I went to the one in Derby, and I only had dry ribs with their mild BBQ sauce, and it was delicious and I did not get sick! I am pretty sensitive Celiac, no eggs or dairy and was very hesitant but it worked out great! They didn't have a printed GF menu, but they had a hand written list for the cashier for what was and was not GF and the cashier proactively asked the manager if she couldn't answer the questions herself. I would eat those ribs again for sure!!

Although they say the meats and sauces are gluten free, I have gotten horribly sick each time I have eaten here and I don't think it is just due to cross contamination.

Our brisket was delicious - meat and sauce were both gluten-free. Baked beans and potato salad are also GF. Staff was courteous and understanding. Recommended in a city with seemingly limited options.

Ate ribs here and got VERY sick. BBQ sauce has modified food starch, doesn't list the source, I should have known better. I have since read their rub has gluten in it as well.
