Not safe. There is NOT a dedicated fryer. The waitress brought my daughter's burger on a gluten bun. Thankfully my daughter noticed. When brought back to the cooks, I overheard the waitress tell the cooks to throw her burger on a new bun. When the waitress came back, I explained that my daughter needs a new burger. She was very friendly and complied.... but this is definitely not a safe location to eat.

Dedicated fryer for french fries; gluten free buns for hamburgers. Chef said he was familiar with allergy prep, ymmv. Gluten free bun was listed on the Knott's site - did not notice it on the actual Johnny Rockets' menu.

Fast food avec burgers, frites et hot dogs sans gluten. Ce n’est pas inscrit sur la carte mais ils en ont!! C’est cuit séparément, ils font attention. Très bon! Je vous le conseille pendant votre shopping.

Johnny Rocket’s website has a page that shows all allergens in their foods. My waiter was knowledgeable and there was no up-charge for my gluten-free Udi’s bun.

Staff what no knowledge of celiac - for example, when we asked if the milkshakes were gluten free, the server said “yeah, they’re dairy?” There were no gluten free buns, and no assurance of any celiac safety.

Best burger I have ever had. Udis gluten free bun. That being said, there is high cross contamination. Not celiac friendly. I am gluten sensitive.

The burgers and shakes here are really good, the menu isn’t exactly the most friendly but the staff was really good in helping me. I had a burger with a gf udi bun which didn’t diminish the quality at all. The sauce has wheat in it so the server had to come back and ask me if i wanted it off which was nice. Fries are cooked in same frier as onion rings so obvious cross contamination. Didn’t get poisoned as a moderately sensitive person so it’s honestly up to you. The whole atmosphere is great and i’d go just for a shake

The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They have UDI gluten free bun. Dedicated grill but no Dedicated fryer. Grilled chicken salad was delicious. You can get shakes without malt. Very attentive. Great find for our Spring Break! Ask for Elliott.

I had a bacon cheese burger, fries, and a strawberry shake. I feel great after eating so no cross contact worry from me. They offer gluten free buns and the fries are cooked in their own fryer. The server assured me that they would notify the cooks of my gluten “allergy” and that they would change their gloves. Very good!

GF buns & dairy free cheese.
Any burguer You may want can Be adapted to GF since they have UDI's buns. I ordered the jalapeños burguer and it was delicious. It's located at the Upper floor of the mall.

They had an Udis bun for burgers, it was such a good burger. Waiter asked me if it was for an allergy and made note of it. The fries are in a shared fryer so I avoided those.

They were out of gluten free buns so they offered me a burger on a lettuce wrap instead. When it came out it was just a patty sitting on a piece of lettuce with the pickles and onions in the middle.. Definitely not a wrap couldn't even wrap half of my burger with that. I was hungry and they were backed up so I just ate it anyway. Fries were good and were made in a dedicated fryer.

I ate here because it was the only place in the food court that said they had gluten free options. I was skeptical about how gluten free it’d be by the looks of their kitchen area but they assured me they’d take precautions to avoid cross contamination. Long story short, it wasn’t a bun it was just bread and I still got sick. Guess my gut feeling was right! Don’t recommend it here. Not only is it not safe but it’s really not that great. I would have been better just going hungry.

My girlfriend is celiac and we never really get food together at the Braintree's Southshore Mall because I don't want to eat with out her due to every other option being glutened. We looked online real quick to see if Johnny Rockets had gluten free buns. Turns out that they do!
She just got a Cheese burger with fries.
Usually she'll feel the gluten effect right away. Nope she ate it all with no problems.
Took a risk with cross contamination cuz its a mall area but she was fine.
They told me it is not a dedicated fryer and the guy did not have a clue what was GF except the GF bun.
No
Nothing gluten-free at this location. I asked if "do you have gluten-free options?" and was just told 'No' with no suggestions provided.
No
Burgers delicious and gluten free bun was soft and did not fall apart. Wait staff knowledgeable - informed me no dedicated fryers.
Went for lunch. Waitress/hostess was very nice. Asked right away is it was for allergy/celiac or for diet purposes, and then explained the menu based on that. No separate fryer, but everything else was great!
They don't have a dedicated space to prepare the gluten free meals. The GF free bred is prepare with the normal bred. The only safe thing was a salad.
Not gluten free !!! And staff were rude as I thought since it was on the app they would have something
No
The fryer is not dedicated. They do have GF buns.
They said that their burgers are gf and fries are made in a dedicated frier and they have Udi's gluten free buns. The food was really good! I am not sure how sensitive to gluten I am, so I don't know if it is safe for those who are very sensitive.
They offer GF Buns but no longer have a dedicated fryer or claim safe from cross contamination so we left after ordering our drinks...very disappointed
No
They no longer have a dedicated fryer. Also, waitress said the coating on fries makes that no longer gluten free.
Great gluten-free burger buns, they also had some gluten-free shakes.
French fries and milkshakes knowledgeable cashiers
Yes
This location no longer has a dedicated gluten free fryer for French fries. The manager said corporate changed their policy and they only have one fryer now. Very disappointed as this was one of our “go-to” restaurants for great burgers and fries.
From the moment we walked into this place it was a mess. 85% if the restaurant was empty but they couldn’t seat us because they didn’t have enough staff. We were told a new waiter had arrived and we’d be seated soon, but it still took another 10 minutes and the host was visibly embarrassed. Waited a total of 20 minutes and (and this took place at 11:45). I have no confidence in this place even though I didn’t get sick. I did get a GF bun, fries were cold, and at the end of the meal, I noticed mold on a piece of uneaten normal bun on my kid’s plate. They didn’t discount the meal for it, either. I had never been to Cedar Point and was hopeful the food would be better given the offerings, but let’s face it, they have a trapped audience and aren’t trying to impress anyone. To add insult to injury, our meal of two hot dogs, a kids burger meal, a grilled chicken salad, a burger, two fries and a shake was $65.
Advised not a dedicated fryer. No gluten free buns and chips cannot be eaten as cross contamination. You can have a salad however
No
