Good food, nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Being coeliac with several other intolerances and allergies they were able to inform me of what I could have. Will come here again. Brilliant.
Pizza was great and they had gluten free Stella. The downside was we were looking for red wine and they were sold out of 3 of 4 types.

Staff asked if there were any allergies on arrival and put a flag on the table. Clear options on menu, food was fine okay for a meal but not that tasty.
The Marco Polo gluten free pasta was great! They have gluten free beer, and all the food was tasty. We have very sensitive allergy eaters and all the food was great. Fun atmosphere and all the staff treated us extra careful due to the allergies. Would definite come back! Also had dairy free cheese!

Wonderful and safe Italian food! It was just what we needed and had plenty of options that were gluten free. Tasted great and didn’t get sick!
We went in with our fingers crossed and came out full and happy! GF pizza bases and pasta meant the majority of the menu was available to Coeliacs. The pasta carbonara and anything that started with a roux were not GF as (I’m assuming) used flour, but otherwise we had a positive experience.

Sadly one of their ovens was out so i couldn't have the pizza on this occasion. Instead. I had a burger. It was surprisingly nice. Bread roll not amazing but certainly not the worst i have had. Would order again. It was clearly labelled with a little flag also when served.
Top! When you get into the restaurante, the first question they ask you is, if you have any allergies. Then we got a glass with a flag in it that said that there is a gluten free meal needed. It‘s super there and they really know about celiac and other allergies

Ordered from Gojek, GF garlic bread, pizza & penne carbonara. All really tasty and no reaction. Pizza was my favorite, really nice hand made base.

Friendly staff, many choices, plates marked clearly as gluten free and staff follows protocol. Perfectly ok pizza with prefab base, but not the best we have had by far.
have allergen cutlery, managers have to take orders and bring it out. felt really safe and it’s clear that they take care with all allergen food

We stopped in just to see if we could get a dessert and they had amazing options, they had cookie dough, brownie, gelato, and sticky toffee pudding. We got the brownie and cookie dough and they were both very delicious! the menu was marked for what was gluten free
Lovely Italian restaurant with a large variety of gluten free options. Had pizza, omelettes, beer, prawns and the cookie dough dessert without any issues! Staff is very knowledgeable and understanding to allergies.

Incredible Italian food! I felt SO safe here - they asked for any food allergies before being seated, and flagged everything that was served with allergy cautions and GF stickers. The service and food were both amazing! Highly recommend the flatbreads!
Upon seating the waiter asked for food allergies and was happy to answer any questions. Items marked gf and gfo, and they also put a little GF flag on top of your food.
Lots on the menu to choose from, I had a beautiful GF pizza, french fries and GF Peroni, staff were lovely and well aware of the gluten free options, very reasonably priced too, would definitely recommend a visit.
My daughter and I, both celiac, ate here. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We had delicious flatbread. I had a pasta dish and she had pizza. Both were excellent. They even had dessert choices, of which we tried 2. Great food and great service. We did have to make a reservation ahead of time, as we tried to go the day before with no success.
We had an amazing experience at Bella Italia. The wait staff were brilliant with allergies - it was the first thing they asked us about when we walked in. They identify the table as an allergy table, so other staff know. There were so many GF options for both kids and adults. And the pizzas, pasta and burger were all delicious. It was so nice to eat out at a restaurant where my son felt safe and therefore not nervous / anxious. I’ll definitely go back on our next visit to Oxford.

I really enjoyed my dinner here! The waitress was very attentive to the fact that I am gf. They had 5 different desserts to choose from! I had the lemon cheesecake and it was delicious!
Not only was all the pizzas and pastas gluten free option available but they were delicious!! literally an amazing restaurant as a celiac. The staff were delightful and extremely accommodating. The food and restaurant overall for me was a great experience
Spot on. Gluten free food clearly labelled on the menu and discussed with you by waiter/waitress in ordering. Nothing is too much trouble to find out. Drinks like Cocktails are available gluten free - delicious. Would recommend. I've saved all my little flags that are put on the food so as not to confuse and worry.
They had average pizza and food. It was packed when we arrived. The service was okay. They had overbooked but offered a free cocktail while we waited.
Ordered the gluten free bruschetta and pepperoni pizza. It was average overall but the best, I didn’t get sick!

This was a huge disappointment. The service was terrible and they brought the adults dinner about 10 min before the children and then got the children’s menu wrong. Sub par gluten free options — I would avoid this. So much better pizza options around.
Gluten free, but not separate ovens. Pretty terrible service (and we are pretty low maintenance and used to eating in continental Europe.). Regardless, not safe for celiacs and honestly pretty mediocre. Olive Garden level food, at best.

Great service at the till, GF clearly labelled in the menu, reassured separate section in the kitchen and trays for pizzas. Also have an allergen aware flag which was reassuring. Travelling as Celiac.

Excellent! Food was great, service was great, prices were reasonable. Had such a lovely dinner here. And never felt sick (I am very sensitive). Near Paddington Station.
Not a huge selection of options for me being GF / DF Had the GF arriabiata penne pasta ... delish ... not huge meal but sufficient enough... they also do GF pizzas and have steaks etc so anyone should be able to eat here ... just advise them of dietary requirements and ask questions... staff are happy to help
Asked about allergies upon requesting a table. Many options for gf pizza and pasta. We chose the margherita pizza which was just ok- was really just a cheese pizza with 3 basil leaves. Pizza was labeled gf when brought to the table.
