The restaurant has been a great addition to N. Conway. We love knowing we have a safe place to go when visiting. Great casual atmosphere and food. Hope we start seeing more being added to differe nt cities/states.

Super celiac safe and take allergies very seriously (dairy free). Everything came out with an allergy sign. Gluten free menu (ask upon arrival) — dairy allergies not specified on menu so you can ask. They can’t make the chicken piccata or shrimp scampi dairy free but I got the vegetable stir fry with chicken (includes gf pasta). Great food.
Probably the best place for GF that I’ve been to in the area. The hostess asked if there were any allergies and gave me a menu which was completely dedicated to GF - and gave my wife a ‘regular’ menu (she’s not Celiac). Ordered the mushroom pasta with chicken and was incredible. The manager specifically brought out my food, which seemed to be the case for other diners with allergies near us as well. Overall they take their food allergies seriously. I think our waitress even used a different (red) colored pen to write down my order

I knew I would like this place when they greeted me with “how many gf menus do you need?” lol. We had the fried pickles and the fried fish. The fish was excellent. They are super careful about allergies.

An excellent restaurant for coeliacs. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. 100% of their main menu can be made to accommodate coeliacs, which was great news for my son and I. Ample parking to the front and rear. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Came on a busy night but had a reservation. Server was professional and patient after I spilled dressing on the floor and when we stayed past closing without realizing it. Felt pretty safe, with gluten free items marked, the server asking right away about dietary restrictions, and things coming out with a gluten free tag on them. Gluten free food was also brought out before the food with gluten. I am vegetarian so my options were more limited but the gluten free stuff our party ordered was: nachos, onion strings, fries, margherita flatbread, and beignets, chocolate tuxedo cake, and another dessert with ice cream, a brownie, and peanut butter. The food was not my favorite (the margherita flatbread for example was less like a pizza than I thought it was going to be and had a generous amount of balsamic glaze, and the beignets were more like a fried muffin than a beignet). But it was such a nice experience to eat out without worries and especially to be able to order fried items without worrying about a contaminated fryer. Definitely will go back!

Went here as we had previously been to two other 110 grills in Massachusetts so had confidence in menue and safety. A bit disappointed this time as the server showed little knowledge and despite the menu saying 100% of items can be made GF, when I ordered mushroom ravioli, I was served with gf penne and mushroom sauce - defiantly not the same thing - and it was cold so had to be sent back. There is a broad menu which is positive but this site defiantly didn’t live up to the others I have been to on Plymouth and Worcester - service was adequate and the menu slightly misleading - had the server advised of the penne substitution Inwould have ordered something else.

Great experience! The manager came over and told me they have been working on perfecting their gluten free breading for the children sandwiches. He asked for my feedback after and seemed genuinely committed to making something that tasted like a regular chicken sandwich. I was extremely impressed! The sandwich was great and I felt fine afterwards.

110 is very careful with GF allergy. They have a GF menu where almost all items offered can be made GF. Food is mostly consistent in taste and presentation. Manager Nick is personable and takes great pride in his restaurant. Must order the gF brownie sundae!

We often have gone to the Wayland MA location, and decided to try this Chelmsford location on our way home from traveling. We were happy that the wait-staff seemed well versed in celiac concerns & with which items may (or may not) be prepared gluten free. Nearly all of the menu here can be made GF. We enjoyed the Fig flatbread, the ahi tuna noodle bowl, pasta, clam chowder, tomato soup, and grilled cheese. Everyone enjoyed their food. Symptomatic celiac - did not get sick.

So many Gf options!!! Nearly the whole menu can be made GF. We have been several times to this location, and have symptomatic celiac family & have not gotten ill. We’ve enjoyed the tomato soup, clam chowder, fried pickles, steak tips, ahi tuna, grilled cheese, salmon, onion rings, and gf pasta.

This restaurant is amazing. All the entrees can be made gluten free. I ordered the fish and chips. The meal usually comes with an average piece of breaded fish ( I think it was cod), coleslaw and french fries. I asked to substitute sweet potato fries and a half salad. Delicious. I didnt have any stomach issues. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely return to this return to this restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. A dedicated menu, makes you feel inclusive to the dining experience. The options AND the food itself is delicious. They take cross contamination seriously and have dedicated kitchen and even who serves the food (a manager). All food is labeled as well (love that little GF stick!). I never had a bad service experience but because the price point and quality is so good, I wouldn’t let it sour my experience regardless and make the best of the wonderful inclusion this restaurant makes me feel. My safety is prioritized and everyone at the table gets a delicious meal? I’ll take a win anywhere I can as a celiac. đ¤

Ate here with my sister in law . We both ordered the same lunch…Fish & Chips with a side Caesar salad …. Mine was GF & her was regular. …it was very good.
However, when the staff brought it out the servers had no clue about GF safety, saying that there wasn’t any difference to either of the dishes, except the “allergy” tag.
So while the kitchen staff i would hope had some education about food allergy safety, they really need to educate the servers as well!

Very safe. They have a large GF menu and the waitstaff are very knowledgeable. All GF items had an “allergy” flag and is brought out by a manager. I had no reaction. Food was quite salty for my taste but safety is more important and other people in my party really enjoyed the food. To each their own!

IM OBSESSED WITH 110 GRILL (all locations). Very sensitive celiac with a million other food intolerances, and my girlfriend is also gluten-free. My go-to is the BONELESS wings in bang bang sauce with fries - yup I said boneless (made egg, dairy and gluten free). I feel so safe eating here. 11/10 recommend.

Every 110 Grill I've been to had been a great experience as a celiac, or any of my friends and family with allergies. Their menu is majority gluten free, and they have a scratch kitchen so almost anything can be made gluten or allergen free upon request. Serving staff is very knowledgeable, food if flagged and brought out my a manager if there are any allergy concerns. I've never felt safer.

We have eaten at quite a few 110 grill locations and have had excellent experiences, however, we are now in a hospital with our son (9) who has both celiac and a wheat allergy.
I had a bad feeling after my son told me that the pizza looked different, but after double checking, we were assured that it was definitely gluten free...

I am historically trusting of 110 Grill, but tonight I was served four regular rolls after I informed and witnessed the server mark our tab with my allergy. When we told the server of his error upon his return, he told me that “I’d probably be alright” and it was his fault because he forgot our table had an allergy.
Don’t let your guard down just because they have a whole statement about being committed to serving safe food. There are still people on staff who think gluten is no big deal.

Wait staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free. There is a separate gluten free menu, which is nearly the full restaurant menu. No gluten goes into any fryer in this restaurant. We had two celiacs in our party. We had fried pickles as an appetizer and both had the 110 chicken caprese. The food was good and portions generous. We both felt fine (no gluten exposure symptoms) after eating here. We definitely felt safe eating here.

I love 110, as I think it’s a good place most of the time. Unfortunately, this last time, I got sick within 30-40 minutes of eating. Could be because it was takeout, but nonetheless it was still all marked as GF and signed by a manager. Just be cautious.
Update: gave 110 one more shot and got sick again. Not worth it in my opinion.

While up in the North Conway, NH area for a long overdue sister's trip with my bestie we dined at the 110 Grille there. I have been to other locations in MA, so, I feel safe eating at this chain. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about all food allergies/sensitivities and the manager brought my food separately. I ordered the GF Shrimp Scampi with GF garlic bread and a side house salad, which I know they just added that to their menu. I love a great House salad! My sister had, who does not have any dietary issues, ordered the huge Blue Cheese Wedge salad. She loved that Salad! And it can be made GF. Overall, great experience for us and highly recommend!
