My older son went in to check out the cookies for himself, to my surprise when I went in they did have gluten free options. He grabbed me a chocolate chip gluten free cookie and I wish they were a little more knowledgeable about how to handle cross contamination because the cookies are served warm and I can only imagine extra delicious. However, when the box came out, the gluten free was simply wrapped in a little wax paper pouch and tossed in the same box with the regular cookies (all warm and “sweating”. When I asked the man if he could please take the gluten free cookie back and provide a new one not in the same box as the non gluten free cookies, he was a little argumentative and told that he was told to package it that way and it would be fine for gluten allergies. I literally had to argue with him for about 3 minutes before he actually did, and I didn’t even end up eating the cookie at that point, because I had little faith in the preparation after that ordeal.

I’ve been here twice, both times late in the evening. GF chocolate chip cookie was tasty both times, and no reaction. Not the best GF cookie I’ve ever had, but a nice treat when you’re out and about. They wash hands and change gloves when told of an allergy, without asking.

They have several vegan options for cookies (4-5), but only had one GFDF (chocolate chips) option. Ate at this location twice and both times cookie was fantastic and warm. They took precautions and packaged separately for me.

Never had an issue here. If cross contamination is an issue be slightly careful because they boxed my GF cookie with my boyfriend's non GF cookie (after I specified not to do so). He asked him to make me a new one because I could no longer eat that one. The guy happily did it, however, he put the "glutenized" cookie back in the GF bin.

I have celiac. Was a little nervous when we first went it but the cookies are cooked seprate. Just make sure they scoop out your cookies with a not used spatula. These cookies were AMAZING. They were perfect soft and crunchy. A really good gluten free cookie. They only had chocolate chip.

They have Vegan and one gluten free chocolate chunk cookie option. The employees are very accommodating when letting them know your allergen concerns. The employee that has assisted twice has been amazing and changed her gloves when handling my cookies. I didn’t get sick which is a good sign and now they are my to go when it comes to cookies. They also sell dairy free milk!

VERY impressed. Separate handling instruments, separate pans, very little chance of contamination. The woman who was there was extremely friendly and showed me how they work to keep things separate.

Wow! The only option was the warm gluten free chocolate chip cookie with vanilla or chocolate ice cream. So what?! I’ll go back every time I want one of those delicious treats! They got my cookie from the back with a separate color coded spatula and use a fresh ice cream scoop. They also had 3 different vegan cookies with vegan birthday cake ice cream which my granddaughter said was the best ice cream ever!

Ordered gluten free chocolate chip cookies over the phone. Specifically asked for them to be separated from the regular cookies I had ordered for my co workers at the end of a tough shift. Delivery arrived with all cookies overlapping in box - no separation. Heart broken. This is not safe for celiacs, and I can't eat my cookies. Called the restaurant and they said sorry. That was that. Celiacs, please be careful.

They have one gluten free option which are the chocolate chip cookies. But they are so delicious and also vegan. They bake them made to order and you can’t even tell that they are gluten free! this is a chain, i’ve tried it in two locations now including this one. they have the best gluten free cookie i think i’ve ever had & i’ve tried a lot of kinds since i was diagnosed with celiac. they only have 1 choice (chocolate chip) and i wish they had more because it’s so good! they also have ice cream which is really good paired with the cookie (my favorite is coffee ice cream with the choc cookie. highly suggest finding one near you!!! i’ve never asked how separate it is kept from the other gluten cookies, but i’ve never felt sick after eating here.
