Took my celiac girlfriend there this past weekend, and she did not get sick. They have a separate GF menu. Some items on the menu let you know that you need to ask for a separate fryer. Decent amount of options to choose from, but when we go to a steakhouse we both primarily get the same things
— Separate gluten-free menu
Sagebrush offers a gluten free add on menu to use to order in conjunction with the regular menu. The kitchen is not 100% gluten free but has separate appliances for gluten free orders to ensure no cross contamination

Stopped for dinner while on the road. They gave me a gf menu and a regular one so that I could read description of dishes. Very pleasant and knowledgeable waiter. I had ribs and grilled chicken both of which were very tasty.
I had a wonderful waitress (Kat) who happened to be celiac herself. The gluten sensitive menu had grilled chicken, steak, ribs, etc. There were also several sides (including fries!) I had no reaction after eating here (wheat allergy), and my waitress reports she has no reactions.
They no longer have a gluten free menu. The kitchen manager had no clue what I was asking for, asked an older member of staff who said they got rid of it when it was proved inaccurate. However, he helped me pick out the safest choices. I had a sirloin steak, broccoli (I asked for it plain), and a baked potato and had no Celiac reactions.
They have a pretty good gf menu but lots of things were not available My son got the kids burger with lettuce wrap and sweet potato because he couldn't have the bread as appetizer the waitress brought him a bowl of strawberries. (No charge)
How can you get sick from a baked potato??? I was specific that the potato needed to be away from any source of gluten and staff should use clean gloves and I did not want butter or sour cream due to potential for cross contamination. I asked that the potato be brought to me uncut. And I still got very sick. Stay away!!!
We were traveling and decided to stop and see if this sage-brush did gf. Talk to a manager and she said they have glutenfree option and also gf buns. We had salad's and did not getsick! Knowledgeable server named Bob. Great job!
Aside from salads, this business offered gluten free buns for their adult entrees and kid cheeseburgers. GF sides like veggies and fruit were offered. Condiments like ketchup were in a bottle and mayo was in packets which helped with any potential cross contamination! Food was tasty!
Fairly good gluten free menu. I cannot confirm if it is celiac friendly but I personally did not have issues after eating here. They have a large lot behind the restaurant where semi trucks can park - a bit of a rarity for a restaurant with gluten free options plus it is located within sight of the interstate highway (I-40) exit.
GF menu and a separate fryer for fries and potato skins. However, it clearly states on menu not a certified GF kitchen. This is meant for sensitivities not Celiac. I have Celiac, advised hostess and waiter and still got glutened.
Did not seem to care. I have ate at other locations with no trouble but this one was scary bad service. Waitress from bar just blew me off as I was trying to explain the kitchen concerns. Do not go here if you are celiac.
