Alle Saucen sind glutenfrei. Die Gerichte kann man sich selber zusammenstellen (Glasnudeln sind vorhanden) und jede Schüssel am Buffet hat eine eigene Greifzange. Die GF Gerichte werden in einer gesonderten Pfanne angebraten.

Glutenfreie Sojasauce, auf Nachfrage wird alles separat zubereitet. Gemüse/Fleisch/Fisch und Saucen werden beim Buffet ausgewählt. Der Beilagenreis wird separat durch Kellner serviert. Leider ist der Beilagenreis nicht glutenfrei und es dauerte >1h bis ich einen alternativen Reis erhielt (trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen, es dauere nur kurze Zeit). Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten meine Begleiter (nicht GF) schon fertig gegessen. Zusammen essen war auch bei einem erneuten Besuch nicht möglich. Das macht auch der nicht glutenfreie Nachtisch aufs Haus nicht wett. Daher keine Empfehlung! Wer es dennoch versuchen möchte, sollte unbedingt vorher reservieren.
Hier kann man sehr gut glutenfrei essen. Auf der Karte ist alles sehr gut ausgewiesen und die Mitarbeiter kennen sich sehr gut damit aus und sind sehr behilflich, wenn man Fragen hat. Es wird auf Nachfrage sogar der Kochbereich gereinigt um eine Kontamination auszuschließen. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Man muss bei der Bestellung sagen, dass bitte alles separat gebraten werden soll. Man kann jederzeit nachfragen, was glutenfrei ist. Wenn die Kellner es nicht wissen, fragen sie nach.
Fast alle Zutaten am Buffet und alle Soßen sind glutenfrei. Fragt nach einem Allergiker-Tablett, dann weiß die Küche, dass sie euer Essen in einer sauberen Pfanne zubereiten.
The restaurant appears to be conscious about gluten. Most of the “sauces” they use to stir the ingredients of your choice are gluten free. The staff was familiar with gluten related issues. Upon my question they explained that soy sauce used in food preparation is gluten free.
Overall, my bowls of choice were quite tasty.
The raw food section does not include “additional” information on allergens; and more limportantly, if you have other allergies (sea food etc.) this may not be a place for you as the raw food is taken by all the clients from an open buffet - thus, cross contamination can happen.
I saw surimi at the sea food buffet and noticed that there was no indication about gluten (while surimi normally contain what flower). I did not follow this up with the staff but I highlight here that one still needs to take further precautions.
Good gluten-free offer, only a few sauces are with Gluten. Own pans and prepared separate. Mention to the cook it needs to be prepared gluten-free so they are aware and avoid cross-contamination.
Very very poor & rude service.
Main waiter was not pleasant to deal with & after a 45 minute wait, without so much as a drink order taken, we left & went somewhere more welcoming … EigelStein which was next door .. all because we were 5 mins late for our booking
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! You get a Special Allergen board, means your stuff is grilled separate in a pan! Very tasty!!!
Minor risk of cross contamination (selecting from the shared buffet), each bowl had to be taken to the back and hopefully not slipped into all the mix of the others. Also, hostess was super rude to us and other English speaking patrons.

Great chain! Fun concept and most of the food is naturally gluten free. Be sure to tell them you have celiac so they can arrange for a separate cooking area.
Waitress gave me a list of allergenes and it was easy to check that all marinades were gluten free. Delicious food and great service!
Amazing for celiacs, you get an extra marked plate that you are allergic so that they take caution when preparing your food. All the sauces are gluten free, you can choose all the ingredients on your own, so it’s amazing for every taste ! And they even have gluten free chocolate lava cake as Dessert !
Nicely separated, all gluten free food are prepared in a pan instead of the large grill plate.
The restaurant has a special card where you can check if the sauces are gluten free or not. They cook your dish in a separate place in the kitchen. I never had any problems here.
