Dedicated fryer, breaded fish and chicken, sweet potato fries. This was a wonderful stop.
We went for a gluten free hot dog, I'm not sure what it was, maybe there was contamination, I felt sick.
All chicken is gluten free as are all sauces, and the tenders and fries were good. Staff knowledgeable and we felt safe.
Came back a second time, this time the location near Times Square. Still good Eats, felt safe, no reaction. GF Fish & Chips!

I’ve been going here for 15 years even before I had to go GF and I always enjoyed it without knowing the chicken was GF. I think they are very friendly and LOVE the self serve all you can drink sodas.
I got chicken tenders and fries! Very yummy! Went with 2 other friends- me and 1 other received our food very fast, but another friend didn't receive their food. When they asked where it was, the staff claimed that they were already served. They were very rude and almost didn't serve my friend. Food was good, but nasty employees.
Amazing to get to have gluten free fried food. But I don't think it is as amazing as others here say. I had the chicken fingers and fries. Both were good, but not great.
Ate a quick tasty meal— glad someone recommended it as normally I would skip this kind of place, but really enjoyed the Chicken strips and fries.
SO good!! i went twice when i was in town because the chicken tenders were nothing like anything i’ve ever had before. i got the chicken tenders and fries and i would highly recommend it to anyone (gluten free or not)!

Ordered takeout from here. got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was not good. Mushy, soggy, bland, and the bun was falling apart. Milkshake & fries were okay. so disappointed because it was the only GF chicken sandwich I could find on uber eats. waste of $40
Service was fine, food all seemed safe but food was pretty average is suitable for a quick bite to eat.
Great place for a quick bite, especially before getting on a train. Celiac daughter was in heaven with the GF chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. Counter person was very knowledgeable in what items she could have.
Went here and my gluten free tenders were touching someone’s in my parties gluten containing tenders on the same tray as they brought it to me. As someone very sensitive to cross contamination I could not take that risk. Was disappointed in my experience
Always good food. Chicken fingers are naturally gf and excellent. Less crowded than location on 8th.
Great for a quick bite of burgers, hot dogs, GF chicken tenders and fries or salad. GF buns available. Perfect with kids! Two Celiacs and no reaction.

I’ve always heard about their precautions, and I ordered my salad today making sure to emphasize that I have celiac. Halfway through eating my salad I found a crouton in the salad. So this place is off my list.
Many options and a clear menu. Communication with the service was not optimal, but the ladies at the cash register were clear and knew what they were talking about. Chicken fingers and fries were good!
Easy and fast after a Broadway show. The chicken tenders and fries are made in a dedicated fryer. The sauces are also gluten-free.

Ordered a burger and fries and a chicken tender meal with sweet potato fries. My gluten free fries came out on the same tray as someone’s gluten burger. the burger was good and I felt safe otherwise and did not get sick.

The food here was AMAZING. The chicken tenders are a must get and the cheese fries were also super good. We ordered to go, so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the restaurant, but it was clean, organized, and had a cute vibe to it. I loved this place and felt great after eating here.
A new favorite. Actual, good chicken fingers! They have a separate menu and many many things are available on it. The quality is very good overall.
It wasn’t busy when I got there, but the cashier handed me a small gf menu to choose from. It’s one of the few places I’ve found where I can safely eat chicken fingers.

My daughter had chicken fingers and cheese fries! All fries are dedicated GF. All sauces are GF. I was concerned about cross contact considering the GF food was served on the same tray as gluten food. But my daughter is very sensitive and had no problem. Very casual. Order at the counter, self serve fountain drinks.
Very good. They offered gluten free items as well as non gluten free but fries and chicken tenders use separately fryers. My daughters have celiac and enjoyed the fries and chicken. Kind of pricey but overall would recommend.
Staff are very knowledgable about what is gluten free on their menu including the sauces. They’re super helpful when ordering too. The chicken tenders and fries combo is great, certainly fills a gap for something I miss!

Gluten free chicken tenders!! Pretty expensive but that’s to be expected where it’s located. Definitely recommend for a quick bite when moving around Times Square.

This is my go-to spot in Midtown! The Chicken Fingers and French Fries are always excellent and I’ve never had an issue with cross contact. Great for a quick pre-show meal, or late night after-bar snack.
Ate a quick dinner here. Good food and good portion. My GF Chicken Strips and Fries came out on the same tray as my son's non-GF food. Had to forfeit some of my fries that were touching his hot dog bun. Didn't get sick after, thankfully.
Have eaten here a few times now and enjoyed it. It’s nothing fancy. But having a solid option for gf fast food like this is nice. A bit $$, but hey… it’s NYC.

Was very happy to find this place while walking in Times Square! Workers were knowledgeable and shared that the chicken fingers were cooked with gluten free flour and fried were gluten free, so I ordered chicken and fries. Very tasty and I definitely recommend 🙂
Always an easy and safe place to stop in. The gluten free buns are quite large and they have a dedicated fryer. I usually get a hamburger with an over easy egg and sweet potato fries
The convenience of being able to get a safe hamburger and fries super quickly in between port authority and getting on the subway is still an exotic experience to me. Fries were amazing, burger was nothing outstanding but I’m thankful for this place and their clear GF menu.

Fantastic gluten free chicken tenders. Their recipe has always been gluten free. They have other options too, but they're known for the chicken tenders.
My celiac son Loved the chicken fingers they are gluten free and they don’t have them with gluten so basically also the fries are gluten free.. Also my non celiac boys loved them..

They have gluten free menu with separately frier for fries etc. Good choice but you need to be very careful. They mixed our order, forgot that we had gluten free and gave us regular. When we asked the waitress if it’s really GF she confirmed it is but the bread did look right so we asked chefs. Of course it wasn’t and they needed to prepare new one and forgot fries… generally chaotic…

My celiac son and I enjoyed the juicy burgers, side of chicken tenders, and vanilla milkshake. If fried comfort is what you’re after, this is a good and fast option. I appreciated that the farm source of the hamburger was mentioned on the menu board. And seriously, gf chicken tenders? Crispy fried comfort goodness.

I was excited to eat here visiting NYC, but it ended up getting me sick. It may have been the bun. I was clear about gluten free, ordered a gluten free bun, but I’m unsure if that’s what I actually received. Woke up the next morning stomach hurting trying to not vomit. Food was OK.
Delicious and safe! Ate the fried chicken and sweet potato fries. Separate gluten-free menu and staff was knowledgeable and informed the kitchen staff to use the dedicated fryer and separate the food when serving.
Amazing and family friendly celiac safe. The best gluten free fries, burger, and crispy chicken tenders. Just a block away from the heart of Times Square. Quick service, plenty of seating, clean and really nice staff. Loved it and celiac daughter says it the best fries she’s ever had. Can’t wait to go back.

I was nervous about eating here given how much gluten is on the menu. I've always seen good reviews though, so we gave it a try. I had no reaction and the food was delicious. All stars for taste. 3 hearts for safety just bc there is so much gluten in the facility. They seem to do a good job with it though.

The staff were really poor at telling me what was gluten free.. they have a small menu which I guess is nice. But when I ordered my chicken tenders the girl at the front just said they are gluten free. Wasn’t super convincing. Plus the receipt didn’t say anything about them being gluten free. I confirmed with one of the cooks behind the counter but I mostly went off the reviews from this app. Next morning and I’m not sick… yet lol
The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Nearly everything can be made GF, and the crispy chicken is already GF. I went back the next day!
The fried chicken is SO absurdly good. Get it on a salad. If you tell the staff you have an allergy they will make sure to change gloves etc. I’ve never gotten sick here in dozens of visits. The buns are probably Udi’s — not amazing — which is why I like their salads, but the burgers are also great even with the meh bun.

Wow, loved it. I haven’t had cheese sauce in so long. I ordered the impossible burger and cheese fries, absolutely loved it. I have it 9/10, my husband ordered a regular burger and also gave it 9/10! Wish we had one in Orlando!

The food (GF and non-GF) did come out on the same tray so I'm not sure it's 100% safe, but I'm celiac and pretty sensitive and didn't get sick at all.
Never have I ever walked into a restaurant and been asked did anyone require a gluten free menu... until I went to Schnippers. Several gluten free items on the menu. Excited to see chicken tenders are GF, but they were not dairy free. Offered dedicated fryer. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
We are with a tour group. My daughter (celiac) has had the WORST time being accommodated for food. We walk in Schnippers, and when she said she was GF, they said, “What do you want?”. Thank you!!
Had a quick lunch before a show and I was happily surprised! I didn’t expect much but I was very happy with my sandwich and the precautions they knew to take. My food came out separately from my family’s and it was actually pretty good. Will likely be my go-to before a show going forward.
this place was awesome and quick. we got chicken tendies before seeing a show and they were amazing. a lot of their menu is inherently gluten free - separate fryers for the fries and tendies - it was quick and service was awesome. we took some home and reheated and it was just as good!

This was the perfect place for my celiac daughter and I to grab food after ice skating. I had an impossible burger in a GF roll and my daughter had chicken fingers and fries. My bun was crumbly but the burger as a whole was very tasty. The chicken fingers were very juicy and the fries were yummy. Would definitely go back!!
Had a burger and fries while eating saw food being cooked in the same area as the burgers. Cross contamination, was ill after eating. If your like me very sensitive I wouldn’t advise eating here.
