Food was good. We had Gf Nachos! My husband ate a burger with a GF Udi bun.

Nachos were ok but clearly have cross contamination…I’m guessing from the fryer.

My family came here for lunch the day before we had park tickets. We were very hungry and waiting to be able to check into our hotel room. It was dead inside. I was skeptical that they could accommodate my gluten-free needs based on some reviews I read, but I took a chance and I'm happy I did! I don't understand why they don't advertise that they have gluten-free buns! I had a cheeseburger on a gf bun, my husband had a sandwich and my boys got fried shrimp and chicken tenders to split. Our waitress and the servers were good & it's a cool place. The food was yummy.

No longer have a gluten free menu at the Panama City Beach location, per our server. Asked about gluten free options and the server didn’t seem to know beyond ‘gluten free buns available.’ Asked about the fries/fryer, and she checked with the kitchen and they were safe. No reaction to my burger and fries, but be sure to make sure your server knows gluten free.

I have a wheat allergy. I informed my waitress and I got a cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and gluten free French fries. Their menu also has items marked that can be gluten free.

I had a great experience here! I started with the nachos (massive mountain portion btw) and I got the garlic bacon burger with the sweet potato waffle fries, it was amazing! I had no reaction and I am celiac! I’m sure the fries were cross contaminated in the same frier but I’m not positive. Either way, it was delicious and I will absolutely be back!

Server really didn’t know about gluten. The host gave me a list of Gf items when we made the reservation. They had burgers and fajitas on the menu GF. They were sold out of burger buns along with all the other restaurants on the island. The server checked with the kitchen if I could have the spinach dip with corn tortillas. Which they said had no gluten. It wasn’t bad, and I felt fine after. Overall though, my family said their food didn’t taste that good.

I had a good experience here and the server seemed attentive to gluten free needs. I ordered one of the burgers with a gluten free bun, and she informed me the fries were not made in a dedicated fryer. The burger was tasty and the bun was soft. And the bun also didn’t fall apart, which is always a plus!

Gluten free items are marked on the menu and my server seemed knowledgeable. He said they had two fryers and one was dedicated to gf, but I got very sick after eating nachos. I doubt the fryer is dedicated and I would not return.

I came to this margaritaville location last year, and have not been back since. Their menu is marked with items that are gluten free, but my waitress was not knowledgeable with what gluten was (asked me if I needed the sour cream taken off?). I kindly communicated with her that the sour cream was ok, and the items on the nachos I was ordering that would raise a flag to me were either the chili or maybe the chips. I asked if she could speak with the kitchen or specify that it was requested as gluten free (since it was marked that it could be upon request), but I am not sure that happened. Within 10 minutes of starting to eat the nachos I had one of the worst gluten-related allergic reactions I have had, and needed to leave. Two stars because the drinks were good.

The first thing out of the waiter’s mouth was is there any one here with food allergies that I need to know about. It made the whole experience easy and the kids got an amazing meal!

I was so disappointed to find out the nachos were no longer GF because they now add beer to the chili. My waiter was knowledgeable, but there were not many GF options. I ordered the ceviche which took 40 minutes to arrive and was not appealing at all! I did have the option to have nachos without the chili, but I wasn’t going to pay $24 for chips and cheese. I also questioned why the guacamole and chips were not listed as GF on the menu, but the chips with ceviche was. Just made me anxious about the whole process. Not a good experience at all.

Not many gluten free options, I had a cheeseburger on gluten free bun, fries are in a dedicated gf fryer, it was good and I didn’t get sick, but had hoped for seafood which was not marked as gluten free on the menu. This was the Panama City beach location. GF was marked in the regular menu.

This has become a common stop during my trips to Pigeon Forge. Although there is no gluten free menu, the original menu shows items that can be made gluten free. As soon as I mentioned celiac disease, the server offered to bake my fries to accommodate my needs. As always, the service was amazing and the food was delicious.

Food was good. Gluten free bun. Server very friendly. Difficult to get to the restaurant since it is on the island and you have to park in the side parking lots. Atmosphere was my least favorite. Very loud

Our server was really knowledgeable which put me at ease. No gf menu as everything was on your phone which was quite frustrating.
A lot of the menu was gf. My burger was lovely but the bread was just okay. Fries were delicious (separate fryer).
Not my favourite in terms of atmosphere as it's very busy and loud but it is at city walk so shouldn't be a shock.
Good if you're at the parks but wouldn't make a special trip.

I was optimistic about this place but I had a terrible reaction! I had part of the nacho appetizer (beans instead of chili, the server said the chili has beer in it) and the grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun with fries. Not sure which dish causes my reaction, but I would eat here with caution if you’re extra sensitive.

I was really looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately my experience wasn't good😕 I asked my waitress about a gf menu and she couldn't have cared less, and told me to look for the symbol next to things on the menu for gf. I only asked because the menu screamed cross contamination to me. I asked if the fries were done in a dedicated fryer because of my level of sensitivity. She seemed annoyed by my asking and quickly brushed me off and said "yes". She might as well have rolled her eyes. My gluten free order came out and thankfully I opened my sandwich before taking a bite. In between my GF bun was fully a fully breaded onion ring. My waitress hadn't even come back to the table to check on our food after the kitchen staff brought it to us. I had to have another waiter send it back. All of a sudden after they served me the exact allergen I'd been trying to tell her about she acted concerned and came to let me know she'd thrown it away herself (seemingly just to save her tip at that point). I doubt I would ever return to this establishment. There were much better options I found with people who at least attempted to be concerned about celiac.

The food was safe… but it wasn’t good? I have a shellfish & gluten allergy and while I could eat everything I ordered (fries & chicken sandwich cooked in foil to avoid CC from shrimp on the flattop) it was very mediocre at best. I would have preferred no bun over what they gave me.
Hard rock was way better food & atmosphere - I’d recommend there!

Jimmy Buffets was a great place to go with our kids for lunch. It’s a big restaurant with lots of seating even at peak lunch time we were sat right away. For a chain, we had a wonderful experience! I had the chicken caesar salad (marked as something that could modified as gluten free) without croutons and he went back to make sure the dressing was also gluten-free without me asking. Also had the “perfect margarita” that had clear gluten-free ingredients (instead of the “house” simple syrup or other mystery ingredients that can be questionable).

I ordered the Volcano Nachos explaining my need for gf food. I didn’t ask if they had a dedicated fryer making the assumption that the server would mention it when I expressed I was Celiac. Big mistake. I had a major reaction. A good reminder to always ask about dedicated fryer. The worst part is they weren’t all that great

Been here in the past and loved the nachos and being able to have fries. Unfortunately they no longer have a dedicated fryer (they only have one for the time being, and then they will “clean” it once the other fryer is working, I don’t know if I would trust it). The burger was good and the drinks were amazing but very few options.
