My mom and my sister are celiac. They ordered off the gluten free menu. They brought the food out separate from the rest of our families and both my mom and sister are satisfied and full.

Delicious, they brought our food out separate from my other groups non gluten-free food. Buns warm so it doesn't crumble. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, with fries. My daughter had the volcano nachos, they are huge and delicious. They also have gluten-free brownie sundae. Very happy to have a good meal.

This is a must go whenever we are on vacation in Myrtle beach. After the waiter takes your order, The manager comes out and verifies it. He makes a tag to give to the kitchen that lets them know it’s an allergy and to change gloves, etc. The gluten free orders come out with a separate person. Never have had an issue after eating. Decent selection and dedicated fryer! Only think is it was a 1.5 hour wait on a Tuesday at 4:00. So put your name is first and then go and visit all the shops!

We got the nachos as an appetizer. They were absolutely delicious!! They had a decent amount of gluten free options. I ordered the original burger on a gluten free bun and sweet potato fries as my side. delicious burger and the bun was very good! I felt a little nauseous after, but I probably just ate too much.

Great experience here, they were beyond happy to accommodate and assure us the chef is notified. They have a GF menu if you just ask and everything came out flagged GF. We are 32 hours post visit with no reactions at all. Try the nachos! You won’t regret it- except when you have to eat your meal and you are full because the nachos are giant. GF buns have a great taste but are fragile so eat handhelds fast if you can.

Everyone seemed informed and we felt safe ordering. The gluten free nachos were the best I’ve had in a long time. My son got a chicken sandwich that he said was just ok. Fries were good.
No problems after eating here

Pleasantly surprised! My server seemed very knowledgeable. Ask for a gluten free menu when you arrive. I found the selection somewhat limited, but the food is what most Americans enjoy - burgers, nachos, salads, and a brownie sundae dessert! I had the grilled, marinated chicken with island rice and fire roasted corn. The chicken was juicy, the corn was tasty, and I LOVED the buttery garlicy rice. Someone else at my table ordered nachos and my waitress asked for them to be made gluten free just in case I wanted to try some too! Great food and relaxing atmosphere.

Beyond an UNSAFE eating experience!!!! When you spend a bunch of money on vacation don’t eat here!!! We ordered 2 adult and one kid burger. All three were wrong but we didn’t know at first. The kid’s burger was on normal bun. We questioned it. They fixed it. But when they fixed it, we found out our burgers were on the wrong bun. My wife and I were both several bites in. They did fix it. We also felt sick for the the next 12-24 and counting.
They do have a Gluten free menu, they did ask if we had food allergies, but they didn’t follow protocol beyond that point. I wouldn’t trust it.

NOT SAFE!! Gave me a normal bun, I even sent it back to the kitchen and they said it was gluten free. They assured me it was gluten free and after I ate about 3/4ths started to feel sick and knew it wasn’t. I would not eat here if you are gluten free.

Would not recommend, I got really sick after eating here! They have gf food marked on the menu. I got a burger with gf bun. They said they had a dedicated fryer for the fries so I got those too. Food was pretty good but service was slow. I got super sick after eating here so I do not think they prevented cross-contact. Would not recommend to others with celiac disease, but it would be fine for someone with intolerance or gf preference

I was very excited to order fries since they are said to have a dedicated fryer, however the server said that he would absolutely not trust the dedicated fryer, so I ordered the double cheeseburger with a side salad. The food came quick, but brought out the burger on a regular bun.

Had the Rancho burger and Fries! YES the fries are in a dedicated fryer!!!!! Also had the “Perfect Margarita”. It was all perfect! The bun for the burger did explode on me and I was as messy as a toddler but it didn’t taste dry, so I didn’t care. Great service too, our server was knowledgeable and friendly.

Gluten free items were marked on the menu and they had gluten free buns. I ordered the cheddar burger and nachos as an appetizer. I asked if they could prepare me just a regular grilled salmon however they couldn’t modify anything off of the original menu to make it gluten free. Food was pretty good, it was our waiters fourth day but she handled everything pretty well.

Fun and clean atmosphere. All indoor dining. Good service. Menu is clearly marked with what is GF and it’s a good variety. No upcharge for the GF bun….which fell apart when eating it, but still tasted great. Plan to go back for happy hour. :)

The servers are always great about gf. I always get the taco salad and have never gotten sick. I do go without the tortilla chips as I'm not sure on the cross contamination with the fryer there. But their menu is marked well for gf and we love it.

We were very pleased. Yes, the establishment is pricey but, it’s a tourist spot. As soon as we told our server we were Celiac, he knew what we were talking about and told us that it was a dedicated fryer and that they change gloves before we could ask. Our plates came out separately and were clearly marked as GF. I did not get sick at all and the food tasted great. GF items were clearly marked on the menu and they have GF buns for burgers. Definitely recommend. đđ»đđ»

I was a very hesitant to order fries with my gluten free burger because our waiter was new and could not answer any of my questions so I told him I didn’t want any. When my food came out there were fries on my plate and I was assured by the guy that brought our food to us that they were gluten free and the kitchen takes it very seriously. They wouldn’t even let him put my plate on the tray with the food containing gluten. I ate my food and had no reaction.

I love Margaritaville. The food is excellent, and they even have a dedicated GF fryer, so I am able to eat fries!! Lots of good GF choices. The waitstaff is very considerate. They aren't allowed to bring GF food out on the same tray as the regular food. It is always kept separate. There aren't a lot of safe GF places to eat in the Riverwalk, so I actually ate here twice. Plus, the music is good too!!

We were very pleased with our experience here. Lots of traffic makes it a bit tricky to get here and park during busy times FYI. They take allergies seriously here and informed us they would change gloves and that they have a dedicated fryer for their fries, etc. The server also mentioned they have a dedicated fryer for their seafood (NOT GF) that allows those with seafood allergies to safely eat fried food as well. Their fries were delicious and I got a chicken sandwich on the best Gf bun I’ve ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed. Felt good after eating here. Definitely recommend!

We visit Margaritaville restaurants all over the country because of the extensive gluten free menu and no issues. However, this restaurant added flour tortilla strips to my daughter’s salad and she ate it before realizing. We explained how serious the gluten piece is for us and there bartender who took our order seemed to get it, but the kitchen staff did not. Plus it was NYE during COVID…a perfect storm for mistakes.

I was really looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately my experience wasn't goodđ I asked my waitress about a gf menu and she couldn't have cared less, and told me to look for the symbol next to things on the menu for gf. I only asked because the menu screamed cross contamination to me. I asked if the fries were done in a dedicated fryer because of my level of sensitivity. She seemed annoyed by my asking and quickly brushed me off and said "yes". She might as well have rolled her eyes. My gluten free order came out and thankfully I opened my sandwich before taking a bite. In between my GF bun was fully a fully breaded onion ring. My waitress hadn't even come back to the table to check on our food after the kitchen staff brought it to us. I had to have another waiter send it back. All of a sudden after they served me the exact allergen I'd been trying to tell her about she acted concerned and came to let me know she'd thrown it away herself (seemingly just to save her tip at that point). I doubt I would ever return to this establishment. There were much better options I found with people who at least attempted to be concerned about celiac.

They do offer gluten free burgers. I don’t know if I will have a reaction from them but it did taste good.
