Got a pizza and salad. Crust is your typical thin and crust crust, pizza makes up for it by being nice and cheesy.
Here is what the company said when I reached out on my gluten free ABQ insta page: ““Our procedures are to use separate food prep utensils for gluten free pizzas to try to prevent cross contamination. Our regular dough area is separate from where we prep the gluten free pizzas. It may also be helpful to mention your concerns to the CSR upon placing your order and mention to them that it is vital extra precautions are taken when preparing your order. However unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% that no cross contamination will occur.”

Great pizza, staff was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what was safe. I got a simple pepperoni pizza and it was delicious.

Pizza was delicious and my celiac daughter didn’t get sick. Staff was very friendly & understood what celiac was with no explanation they changed gloves etc. If I lived in NM I would be a regular of this establishment. Honestly it was so nice to not have the normal super thin crunchy gf pizza so many places serve.

Not GF friendly. We ordered the barbecue chicken pizza with the gluten Free crust option. Unfortunately it seems that the sauce was not GF. I’ve been paying the price for two days now.

This is my go-to gluten free restarant chain when I visit NM. The pizza is tasty. The owner is a Chicago transplant. The staff is friendly and always assure me they will be careful after I mention celiac or gluten allergies.

Very good experience at Pizza 9. Staff was very knowledgeable. There was no need to explain celiac as always. GF pizza took longer but came in individual closed boxes.

I give five stars since I’m celiac and did not get sick. I would have if it was cross contaminated. We talked to the manager and explained that I would get sick if it was cross contaminated. She made the pizza herself. I just got a gluten free pizza with pepperoni. I wouldn’t say it was one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve had in terms of flavor and spices. But it was just fine for Gallup NM. I would go again.

Holy cow the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had! The crust was a real crust, crisp outside and chewy inside. My husband had a calzone (not GF) and said it was the best calzone he’s ever had. My kid (not GF) had the pizza bites and just kept mumbling it was amazing 😆

My wife and I got 12 wings with Buffalo sauce and a medium GF pizza with different toppings on each side, she got Mushrooms and Olives, I had chicken and green chile. An employee came over and asked if we wanted the wings cooked twice, because in her experience they can be “gummy” if only cooked once. The sauce was spicy but not overwhelming.
This place is Chicago style, but of course the GF crust is thinner. It was gooey and this was the first, but not last time I’ll have green chile on pizza.
The place is connected to the mall, but there’s a separate entrance so even if the mall is closed they are still open.

Honestly the safest I’ve felt getting pizza. They showed me the gluten free items with ingredient lists, and had an awareness of celiac. Pretty sweet that they offer different crust types and sizes. Was only passing through, but would return if lived in the area.

Finally a truly gluten free pizza that ACTUALLY tastes like pizza. I particularly love that it is not super thin crust & available in multiple sizes and toppings. I was a little nervous at first because the crust was sooo good, but 3 days later no symptoms. I am absolutely thrilled to find a good pizza. Delivery is a bonus for lazy days.
Maybe we tried them on a bad day but the g-Free pizza was awful. 😳
Crust hard and topping only on about 2/3 of the pizza. Dry and bland.
California Pizza in Uptown is much better w a designated area for g-Free. I’m celiac and do fine there.
Yes
awesome gf pizza. I like the 10 inch crust better than the 12 inch crust.
glutin free pizza is really good
Amazing gluten-free pizza! Will eat here every time we come to New Mexico.
Amazing gluten free crust! I love that they have eggplant as a topping option! The gluten free brownie was mediocre and the prices are way high. The 12 inch gluten free was $17 after the $4 gfree upcharge! I'm not saying I would stop ordering, but it's definitely another story of gfree extortion-like prices. ;)
I went into this restaurant very hesitant. I am a Celiac and pizza places especially can be iffy. everyone assured me of the procedures to make sure cross contamination did not occur, and they pulled out an allergy binder to make extra sure that the toppings I wanted were safe without me asking. Very tasty pizza!
Best gluten free pizza crust we've had! (Besides our homemade crust) it's seriously delicious! Definitely a plus that the service has always been great at this location as well. I saw the company owner on a local news broadcast a couple years ago talking about their gf options and he mentioned that he makes sure his staff and managers are very aware of cross contamination because his very own sister suffers from celiac disease. Good to know! Little bit pricey but it's always worth it!!

I absolutely love their gluten free pizza. We eat here pretty often!!

Good gluten free pizza. Two thumbs up.
Good gluten free pizza. Two thumbs up.
I am gluten-intolerant and ate here with no problems. Their g.f. crust is thin, moist and tasty. Plus they can deliver! Will definitely be going here again.

Sold me a GF pizza, brought me regular! Very sick, never again!

This is one of the few places in Albuquerque that does not make me sick, and they have great pizza.
I ordered the fire eater it was great!! Best gf crust ever. It's a little pricy but very good.
Always loved eating there in Albuquerque!
My boyfriend and I were on a roadtrip through Albuquerque and craving pizza. The location is a little old very casual for the price but the gluten free pizza was probably the best I have ever had. They use crust from a local factory called Smart Flour Foods and also get their brownies from there. The supervisor, Terrell, was very friendly and split our toppings half and half for my boyfriend and I. He got pepperoni and I chose the veggie delight. I didn't get sick at all and the cooks were very clean and educated. We will definitely come again on our trip back.

Nice staff. Good pizza. They only have 12 inch GF crust, but all but one topping is GF. GF crust is $4 more. They also have GF brownies. Glad we ate here while visiting. Would eat here again.
OMG! Incredible GF crust. And the toppings were real food! It only comes in a medium so have someone to share with or enjoy the left overs.
Best GF crust I've found. Sauce is excellent. I wish they were a little more generous with their toppings, but overall it's delish.
No Chicago deep dish in GF, but this is the best GF pizza I have had as yet.
Delish gf pizza! Crust has good texture and flavor...but you know the toppings make the pie! I got the deluxe, with fresh and generous amounts of spicy italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, peppers, onions and cheese. Tasty sauce. Wish they had coke not pepsi, but that's me. The food was great! Friendly helpful staff, as well. If I lived here I'd be a regular.
Had a great experience! they were very patient and friendly. we wonderful to eat pizza again and not get sick!
I eat there all the time. Not only. have i not gotten sick But the service was great
Best GF pizza in the city! Doesn't have the usual crispy GF crust. It's softer and tastes like normal people crust
Excellent Gfree pizza! Helpful, patient and honest service!
