Their hot chocolate fudge cake is Gluten free and it’s delicious! The carvery can also be made gluten free but you have to avoid some of the trimmings (dishes).

I specified my needs on arrival and was brought the 'glass onion apps to search. I asked that my food not be from the carvery deck to prevent CC. I was given a form to list my options and it was made in the back and brought out. Gravy was also brought separately. I did have to go to carvery deck for meat. Server washed his hands before serving me but I had to avoid pork as it was right next to the Yorkshire puddings.

Could eat moat of the carvery minus the stuffing and Yorkshires unfortunately. Pork has gluten on the outside but they cut me abut from the centre and i ate it and was fine ( depends on your sensitivity if you wish to that but i am coeliac). Vegetarian gravy is Gf. Had a gf warm chocolate fudge cake with ice cream to finish.

After telling the waitress I had coeliacs I was given a very grubby tablet with a allergen statement they said they can’t guarantee no contamination. The tablet also had a list of what allergens each item contained. Yet the tablet was taken away before going to the buffet , so you have to remember what contains gluten.
However everything bar sausages, Yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese were not made with gluten.
Is a buffet though so a risk of contamination.

Able to provide carvery dinner from the kitchen instead of using utensils at self service. Lovely waiters and understanding about accommodating for dietary requirements

They use an app called ‘glass onion’ which lists all allergens in specific foods which is helpful. A bit complicated to use as there are so many options but everything is clearly outlined. HOWEVER, this restaurant is not good for coeliacs as there is a VERY HIGH CHANCE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION. Yorkshire puddings are handled right next to the meat with no thought to mixing allergens into safe food. I would avoid if you have coeliac disease.

Staff have glass onion app on tablet for allergens so you can read through before going up for your carvery. Veggie gravy is gluten free

Have been a few times as a coeliac. I also double check each time I go and ask what is safe for coeliacs and always ask if the vegetable gravy is still gluten free. Never had a bad experience other than crunchy veg.

Started off well. The server had an iPad which bought up the full list of products and allergen contents for me to browse before getting the carvery. You needed to write down what was GF otherwise a lot to keep in your mind. However, when served up, (they do for you due to CoVid) I had 6 pieces of pasta from another dish on my plate and there was stuffing in the potato tray which isn’t GF. So really not hot on cross contamination. Wouldn’t go again.

While specifically GF, the carvery service makes it easy to chose GF options.
Yes
While not especially GF, the carvery service makes it easy to pick the GF options.

Gluten free gravy is available here so the only part of the carvery which isn't gluten free is the Yorkshire pudding. Also there is Gluten free ice cream available for dessert.
