Love their gluten dairy free option! They clean everything! I am thankful for option

While there's always a possibility of cross contamination, we had an excellent experience. All the staff was well trained when we said gf crust. They asked if allergy or preferance. I said allergy. They wiped things down, changed gloves, got a new sauce out of the fridge, etc. And it was delicious.

First time in 6 months I felt safe eating in a restaurant. I almost cried when I said I have celiac disease and no questions asked it was called out hands washed gloves changed counters cleaned. My pizza never touched the counter. Went into the oven by itself in a pan that protected it. 30 minutes in still feel okay.

Great experience right from the start! Staff knew what cross contamination was without me having to explain. Counters were wiped down and gloves were changed without even having to ask. GF crusts are made on their own dedicated pans and all toppings (with the exception of the meatballs) are GF.

Amazing friendly staff, asked if GF preference or necessity, as soon as we said Eliac, took off his gloves washed the counter, explained the 3 options but which was guaranteed safe for celiac. Next time you go through Bowling Green, KY, you should stop at Azzip Pizza!

They have Gluten Free and Cauliflower crust options. When I ordered the gluten free crust, the worker asked me if it was preference or allergy, and when I said allergy she cleaned the food prep area and changed her gloves in front of me with a friendly smile, which was very welcoming!

The GF crust came in a different shaped pan than the regular crust pizzas, so the other workers knew to handle it with new cutting equipment and fresh gloves. They have lots of delicious toppings to choose from, too! The GF crust was really tasty!

I was in Owensboro for our summer institute and we found this place. Very friendly and informative employees. They took our time to explain how it works. I am gluten-free by choice as to help with my Hashimoto's but the young lady asked if it was an allergyor by choice.. Very clean restaurant. Love this chain. Ate their twice over the weekend, on way to St Louis and on way home. Take GF “allergy” very seriously. Change gloves, wipe prep surface, use careful separate pan in oven, separate slicer. Handled beautifully. And our whole family loves the selection of toppings & sauces. Assembly line preparation, oven in the middle, cut and plate on the other side.I ordered a Gluten-free crust they asked if it was allergy. I said yes, she waited until the pizza ahead of me was finished being assembled. Washed the counter, put fresh gloves on. Pulled a crust from a closed box that was already in a disposable pie tin. Used ingredients from the same containers. Told the other side and they wiped counter, fresh gloved and cleaned the pizza cutter. I am celiac and felt very safe. I felt the risk of cross contamination from the same ingredients was minimal and I thanked the manager for giving me a safe a safe place to eat.

We were so impressed & pleased with our pizzas, safety & quality of food!! I already wrote to headquarters and asked them to please open a restaurant in Ohio. Absolutely amazing. My children can't have dairy, and I am dairy free and Celiac. It is not easy to find things for us to eat, and especially difficult to find things that taste good. This hits every mark i have. My kids loved it so much, and I did too. The price point isn't bad, and there's really good options. I can't reccomend it enough. Plus, everyone there has been extremely friendly, that I have met.

Their allergen protocol is as good as it could get. They have a separate liner for the gluten free crust to prevent cross contamination, and they use different utensils and change their gloves. The crust is one of the best I’ve found and just about every topping and sauce is gluten free.

The gluten free pizza crust was delicious! When I asked for gf crust, the staff member asked if it was an allergy. I said yes and he immediately wiped down the counter and the tomato sauce bottles. My pizza was cut with a clean cutter and put into a box with a sticker that said gluten allergy on it. Pizza was put onto aluminum foil try in the oven.

This is one of my favorite places to eat out at because of how cautious they are. They change their gloves and the pizza cutter every single time and they always ask if it’s an allergy or preference when you order gluten free. I have eaten here so many times and I have not been cross contaminated and I am usually pretty sensitive to even the smallest amount of cross contamination. The biggest plus of all is the gluten free crust taste really good and you can’t even tell it gluten free!

They are great with all allergies. Once you state that you have an allergy they change gloves, get everything from closed containers and use a separate knife to cut the pizzas. It was a stress free eating experience!

AMAZING!! They pulled out everything new for my daughter at 12:30 on a Saturday! Then cleaned the butcher block cutting board and brought out a new clean cutting board and special uncontaminated papers to cut on and yes a new clean pizza cutter. Thank you Azzip!!
