Y’all! We just went to Azzip Pizza on 31 and stop 11! Not only did they take my GF allergy seriously ( changed gloves, wiped down all counters and sauce tops, and put my pizza in a protective pan), but they were super knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t gluten free and what I could substitute! When I was ordering, I mentioned that the crab ragoon pizza sounded so good but that I was SURE it wasn’t GF. The person taking my order told me that she could make it gluten free. I decided to stick to my order and got the biggest surprise when I picked it up! She went ahead and made it for me gluten free for free just so I could try it and have crab ragoon after nearly 8 years without it! So super impressed! We will for sure be going back!

One of my favorite, quick options. I love the gluten free crust + ability to add dairy free cheese. Sometimes the GF is a little too crispy but it has flavor, nonetheless. If you specify GF as an allergy, they will do a glove change and wipe down the counter.

I've eaten here safely 3 times. The important thing is to ask them to pull ingredients from the bottom. Once you tell them you have a gluten allergy they wipe everything down and make sure your pizza only touches cleaned surfaces. They have done a great job.

They have a GF crust (you pick the toppings). When you tell them you have an allergy they wash hands, sanitize counter, wash hands again, put new gloves on, and get fresh toppings from the fridge.

They will also do the same with a dairy allergy. THEY DO NOT USE SEPARATE OVENS (hense the one missing heart).

There's not really a "GF menu" but they do have a crust, and you pick your toppings (meats, veggies, sauce), it's like a subway but pizza. So you know and can see what exactly you're putting on your pizza.

This is my fazzorite place to eat here, I have had them cook my pizza in the pan and in the mat, I got sick from a mate one time out of the many dozens of times I have eaten here I have never gotten sick off leaving it in the pan . I eat this place weekly

Love their gluten dairy free option! They clean everything! I am thankful for option

While there's always a possibility of cross contamination, we had an excellent experience. All the staff was well trained when we said gf crust. They asked if allergy or preferance. I said allergy. They wiped things down, changed gloves, got a new sauce out of the fridge, etc. And it was delicious.

First time in 6 months I felt safe eating in a restaurant. I almost cried when I said I have celiac disease and no questions asked it was called out hands washed gloves changed counters cleaned. Amazing friendly staff, asked if GF preference or necessity, as soon as we said Eliac, took off his gloves washed the counter, explained the 3 options but which was guaranteed safe for celiac. Next time you go through Bowling Green, KY, you should stop at Azzip Pizza!

They have Gluten Free and Cauliflower crust options. When I ordered the gluten free crust, the worker asked me if it was preference or allergy, and when I said allergy she cleaned the food prep area and changed her gloves in front of me with a friendly smile, which was very welcoming!

The GF crust came in a different shaped pan than the regular crust pizzas, so the other workers knew to handle it with new cutting equipment and fresh gloves. They have lots of delicious toppings to choose from, too! The GF crust was really tasty!

I highly recommend!

I was in Owensboro for our summer institute and we found this place. Very friendly and informative employees. They took our time to explain how it works. Love this chain. Ate their twice over the weekend, on way to St Louis and on way home. Take GF “allergy” very seriously. Assembly line preparation, oven in the middle, cut and plate on the other side.I ordered a Gluten-free crust they asked if it was allergy. I said yes, she waited until the pizza ahead of me was finished being assembled. Washed the counter, put fresh gloves on. Pulled a crust from a closed box that was already in a disposable pie tin. Used ingredients from the same containers. Told the other side and they wiped counter, fresh gloved and cleaned the pizza cutter. I am celiac and felt very safe. I felt the risk of cross contamination from the same ingredients was minimal and I thanked the manager for giving me a safe a safe place to eat.

We were so impressed & pleased with our pizzas, safety & quality of food!! I already wrote to headquarters and asked them to please open a restaurant in Ohio. Absolutely amazing. My children can't have dairy, and I am dairy free and Celiac. It is not easy to find things for us to eat, and especially difficult to find things that taste good. This hits every mark i have. My kids loved it so much, and I did too. The price point isn't bad, and there's really good options. I can't reccomend it enough. Plus, everyone there has been extremely friendly, that I have met.

Their allergen protocol is as good as it could get. They have a separate liner for the gluten free crust to prevent cross contamination, and they use different utensils and change their gloves. The crust is one of the best I’ve found and just about every topping and sauce is gluten free.

The gluten free pizza crust was delicious! When I asked for gf crust, the staff member asked if it was an allergy. I said yes and he immediately wiped down the counter and the tomato sauce bottles. My pizza was cut with a clean cutter and put into a box with a sticker that said gluten allergy on it. Pizza was put onto aluminum foil try in the oven.

Amazing pizza and they wipe down counters, change gloves, and use clean utensils before handling the food! Definitely made me feel safer!

The staff is clearly educated on cross-contamination. You feel confident when you are able to visually see them taking every measure to ensure no cc occurs. Delicious and safe place to eat.
