Stopped and it looks super tasty! This is on my next place to try

Lovely place, but they don’t have a gluten free menu. In fact, they have only a few items that are GF. We didn’t stay to eat.

I had cheese grits with eggs. The server was knowledgeable and my food was good. I just wish I’d been able to get something sweet since the entire place smelled like maple syrup. There is flour everywhere, so caution is recommended

Their menu used to be very gluten-free friendly, but sadly they no longer offer safe soups, GF bread, and cannot accommodate simple items like chicken for a salad to be gluten free. I wish they would bring back more GF options!

1st time to this chain-I am hyper sensitive to gluten- as if “just celiac”isn’t enough…. The manager, Rami Zeort, was so friendly and helped me to navigate a gf dinner choice- mostly no gf choices, but he advised what could be made- the chef came to our table and also helped! I had a grilled chicken sandwich on gf bread that was amazing! The appetizer choices had melted pimento cheese, but the nachos are not gf- the chef prepared fresh celery and carrot sticks to dip in the cheese- fantastic!!! I highly recommend this restaurant/the food, the staff, the service all excellent- a shout out to our wonderful server, Gillian! Next time we pass through Franklin/Cool Springs TN, oh, yah, going to stop here for a meal! I

Waitress was lovely, but a little confused about what could be made GF. I ordered substituting the biscuit for GF toast, but a few minutes after they came back and said it wasn’t possible. Only one option was actually marked GF on the menu so in the end I went for that to be safe and it was very tasty. So the overall experience was good but if it’s menu variety you’re after this definitely isn’t the place :)

Many red flags that I shouldn’t have ignored. Waiter didn’t write anything down which means he didn’t write down my gluten allergy when I told him. The pork I ordered came on a cast iron pan that may have been contaminated. He brought out macaroni and cheese on my plate instead of grits that I ordered. I’m writing this as I lay here sick :( wouldn’t recommend.

I've eaten here before and remembered loving the shrimp and grits. The menu has changed. There are very few GF choices. My "shakshuka" was just okay, and we waited almost an hour for our food. The dining room was pretty empty.

I always look forward to breakfast/brunch here when I visit the area! The staff is always so friendly and very knowledgeable about the GF options and make sure that I am taken care of. Such great food!
Menu has (gf) marked after items. Great cocktail list, including mocktails! No starters are gf. There are around four main options for the meal and sides. I got the fish, and the serving size was about 1/3 of the pork roast so I left hungry. No gf desserts.

Only a couple items marked as GF on menu. I have had the shrimp and grits a few times, including last night. It’s amazing and I have never had a reaction and I consider myself to be pretty sensitive to gluten exposure.

The menu doesn’t have a ton of gluten-free options, but the ones that it does have are delicious! I had the cast iron pork and it was yummy. The server was knowledgeable about GF but a bit flippant.

Waiter was very knowledgeable. GF items were marked, but they also had GF bread to substitute for breakfast and sandwiches. The kitchen staff and GM were made aware of my restrictions and they made sure everything was safe. I had the avocado toast and it was very tasty!

Not many gluten free options aside from salad. I decided to go with one of the salads and added shrimp so I would have some protein. Adding the shrimp cost $6.50 so I was expecting a good amount of shrimp. My salad came out with only 4 pieces of shrimp! The salad was not worth the money, and I’m hungry 2 hours later.

Menu items marked as GF but not actually GF (shrimp and grits) according to server/cooks. Server warned of cross contamination on all foods. I got soup and so far not sick. At least they were nice about it and they comped my meal for all the hassle, but I would be wary of any prepared food based on conversations with the server.

There are gluten free options on their menu. Not a lot of options, but I had the pork and it was DELICIOUS! The staff is very knowledgeable and answered my questions with patience. I will definitely go back to try their other menu items.

Had brunch here. Menu items clearly marked GF, separate toaster for GF toast, if you can handle a little cross contamination the potato cracklings are so good. Avoid the fries—they are “breaded” with seasoning flour. Grits with goat cheese were yummy.

Not a lot of GF choices, but menu items are clearly marked and they are knowledgeable about cross-contact. Foods that would normally be gluten free (e.g., Brussels sprouts) are not listed as GF because they are fried in same oil as gluten containing items.

There were limited options for gluten free at this southern cooking themed restaurant, but sufficient to make do. I did not ask about modifications or other options and just ordered what was indicated on the menu. What I had was very good quality and taste though. Ordered the cast iron pork which had great flavor, along with sides of collard greens and grits. Interesting cocktail choices also. Giving it less than 5 stars only because of limited choices.

There were a few gluten free options, but not a whole lot. I would say the restaurant is safe for those with sensitivities or intolerances, but NOT celiac. The green beans are listed as gluten free, but when they were brought out (after ordering and alerting the waiter that I am celiac) I was told there was a chance of cross contamination. I poked through them and found bits of fried chicken batter stuck to them, so definitely shared fryers. Our order also took an exceptionally long time (waiter forgot to put it in) and we were brought biscuits for the meantime with no other options for the gf individuals.
However, I got the cast iron pork which was extremely tasty, and had no chance for cross contamination.

Maybe it was the service but we did not have a good experience here. We mentioned multiple times that we had 2 celiacs in our party. When asked about the gluten free options for breakfast the waiter seemed bothered by us asking and said that the gf logo was next to what we could eat. Since none of the breakfast items had that specific logo, we asked since there is no logo there is no gluten free breakfast items and he said they could be substituted but there is a possibility of cross contamination. We we’re getting ready to leave and he stated 3 items could be modified gf. Of which we ordered 2 of those items with the substitutions and we still got sick. I would eat here at your own risk!

Usually only 2 items are gluten free and every time I go they are sold out of these items. When I ask for substitute they can’t accommodate because even their chicken is marinated in soy sauce. Major cross contamination issues.

For breakfast, this is no go. Nothing on the menu. I had eggs, bacon, and grits that I'm still not positive were gf. Not a lot of food for $13. Waitress was not informed and did nothing to help me find other options. I've been for dinner and have found more options. Not for breakfast.

Menu was extremely limited— salads and one or two entrees. Staff was super helpful where they could, but all cook spaces are shared and hard to customize. Would not recommend for true celiacs.. I only ate sides because I felt they would be safest, and so far so good, but there was no good selection that I felt comfortable trying.

Delicious. Accomodating. Never gotten sick.

Very knowledgeable staff. Said everyone was trained. Menu clearly marked with gluten free options.
Very good GF selections - chicken, fish and pork, plus a variety of sides. Everything was fresh and well prepared. I have celiac disease and have not been cross contaminated here.
I love the food here, particularly the shrimp in goat cheese grits which is what I always get at brunch. They do mark some menu items as GF but if you just go with that I think your options are a bit limited. However, I always just ask for what I want to be made gluten free and either leave the piece of bread that comes with it off or else substitute it with GF bread. Some servers are more knowledgeable than others but in general they're very willing to work with you. Of course the gluten free bread is not as good as the fresh biscuits but that's to be expected...they will bring you separate jams and butter too, but often have to be asked. I give them 5 stars because the food tastes so good and the kitchen understands about celiac and cross contamination, even if sometimes the servers need a little explanation.
