I got a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese with a raspberry sparkler. It was good, but I ended up feeling sick later. I am gluten free and dairy free, not sure what exactly went wrong.

Have never had a reaction here but the quality of the pizza is poor and have been disappointed so many times Ive just given up ordering from here. The gf base is edible but is a bit eggy tasting - Ive had much better elsewhere that cost much less. Ive gotten pizzas overcooked, with hardly any cheese, when ordered extra cheese then with way too much cheese, items forgotten in my order. The final straw was when they ran out of gluten free bases and just decided to give me my pizza split across 2 childs pizza bases without a word. I did eventually get a refund but was so disappointing! Dough balls are very tasty and pasta is fine nothing special.

Highly recommend! Staff knew exactly what they were talking about and took cross contamination seriously. The food was incredible to the point where in one week we went there 3 times and could have gone more!

I have celiac. The servers’ knowledge about their GF items was not strong, but the manager was able to describe in clear terms what extra steps they take to avoid cross-contamination. Their GF pizza is cooked in the same oven as non-GF pizzas, but on a rack that is above the rack for non-GF pizzas, so theoretically cross-contamination should be avoided. The GF pizza comes out on a black slab that is their way of marking GF. Much of their food is pre-prepared or pre-cooked in some way, which is not fantastic for taste but also should cut down on cross-contamination risk. Overall, I was satisfied with their process, and the food is decent.

If you are coeliac, please ensure you tell the staff. They make GF pizza in the same area as the other pizzas if you do not tell them and there is a huge chance of cross contamination. I learned this the hard way. If you tell them you are coeliac, it's prepared in a separate with separate equipment

There looks like loads on the menu for gluten free but realistically it's just a shar base for 15 euros and it had an odd fishy taste and smell to it. The portions are tiny and I can see the kitchen..... I'll be waiting to see if I'm sick tonight. Steer clear unless you have no other choice.

Was super excited because I saw such great reviews on here! Unfortunately I didn’t have as great of an experience. The gluten free pizza crust was some of the worst I’ve ever had. They do have lots of gluten free options though! And if you do end up going here the gluten free dough balls are to die for. I just don’t recommend the pizza.

Restaurant have glutenfree pizza options. Plus was that in the menu it said Glutenfree pizza should always come in black cutting board so I know it was right one when it came to the table. Only minus was glutenfree pizza was really small, almost half size smaller than normal. Dough didn’t taste anything’s and I think I would enjoy more Dr Oetker mozzarella pizza than this one..

Popped in for a quick snack and some wine. Plenty of gluten free options. Manager spoke to me about menu. To correct previous post…. They do not have a separate oven for GF pizza but have a separate pizza pan that GF pizzas are cooked in. They do have GF pasta. I had the tomatoe mozzarella starter - awesome. Husband had the prawn starter. They offered to bring out GF bread balls if I was going to share his dish. Later I asked for some bread ball samples. They were heated and tasted like normal bread. Of course I slathered them in butter.

Got a chicken Caesar salad and then a chocolate brownie and tea for desert. Felt very safe. The menu explicitly states that “GF” means gluten levels less than 20ppm. Tons of GF options including pizza and pasta. Non-celiac members also loved their pizza and salads. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well. Would reccommend!!

Gluten free pizza a lot smaller than regular pizzas. Hungry leaving. Kids gluten free pizza extremely small with minimal toppings, poorly presented. It wouldn’t fill a toddler and it’s advertised up to age 12

I ate here twice and had the caprese salad with prosciutto without the olives, roasted peppers, and I swapped the marinated tomatoes for regular ones just to decrease chances of anything having gluten in it. I did not get sick and they seemed knowledgeable about celiac.

This place was great for my celiac daughter. She’s only 5 and so often times the GF options are nothing she likes. They have a childrens menu here that has three courses and all can be made GF! She was so excited to have GF dough balls, GF pizza, and a GF brownie with a bambinoccino! She enjoyed herself so much she made us go back more than once! It was so nice for her to feel “normal” and able to order off the regular menu. She’s pretty sensitive and didn’t get sick at all. As an adult without celiac- their leggera pizza with salad was amazing. :)

Ordered takeaway from here - GF base available for almost every pizza which is amazing, GF halloumi bites and chicken wings also available. Their choc brownie is delicious and also GF - no reaction and forgot to mark coeliac on order so I think it’s pretty safe.
Unfortunately would not recommend the pizza and won’t be ordering from Milano again, not sure why but the base was doughy and terrible - I would 100% choose a frozen ristorante GF pizza over the one I had from here. In fact I’d be happier with a Schar pizza base from the supermarket and making it myself. Strange as I’ve had pizza express in the UK and it was great so maybe I just had a bad batch.

Very aware of Coeliac and gluten free. Menu has a section explaining their Gluten Free options. We got the gluten free pizza and ice pop for my coeliac daughter. It has to come out on a black board which confirms it’s gluten free. They are very aware of cross contamination also. You can’t get pizza, pasta and even gluten free dough balls with a number of dessert options also.
