Delicious diner food, we went for breakfast and it was great. I asked what kind of bun I had for my breakfast sandwich and an employee came over to talk to me. She was actually celiac herself and she informed me they took extra care since I said I was celiac. 10/10 recommend!! We will definitely be back before our trip is over

Decently priced, good portions, decently knowledgeable staff. It gets really busy (which makes me worry about things getting missed) but I’ve yet to have any issues. This place is definitely heavy on my rotation.

They have a GF menu. They asked if it was a preference or allergy/medical condition. Since I said celiac, they changed gloves and made sure to cut our gf bread with a clean knife in a seperate area. It was very good food. All four of us commented on how fresh the vegetables were in our dishes. My daughter has celiac disease and ordered a burger on gf bun with fresh fruit. I have celiac disease and ordered a vegetable omlet with grits. We had no reactions to the food.

Great hearty diner food, sandwiches burgers and of course breakfast all day. Definitely better quality then a greasy typical diner. The salads are great. They have a gluten friendly menu. Bread and buns are available.

Very respectful and safe with gluten allergies and those with Celiac. They change their gloves all the time, and make sure gluten free orders stay separate from all the other food. Tastes great. They even gave their own gluten free toaster for toast!

Excellent service and food, but would not recommend for Celiac. GF toast is prepared in shared toaster. Waitress tried her best to recommend what would have the least Cross Contamination.

The sever had no knowledge of allergies or what had gluten in it. She had to go get a manager only to find out that the salads are safe. Will not be going back.
Also my family said the food wasn’t that good anyways.

This is my go to restaurant, very good food, portions and knowledgeable service. They grilled breakfast links to prevent cross contamination. Although French toast wasn't on the gf menu, they were very accommodating. Cooks are knowledgable with cross contamination and measures to prevent it. I'm a frequent eater at metros since gf options in the city aren't very big. Metro's is a chain and I've never gotten sick at any of the locations.

Needed a place near the interstate to meet friends for breakfast, and this fit the bill. Glad they had a separate GF menu with GF bread. Breakfast was average for taste and wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but none of us got sick and it was conveniently located.

Celiac boyfriend Order breakfast items for dinner. Taste was good but 2 hours later he ended up with debilitating stomach pains vomiting and diarrhea. Not sure if it was cross contamination or food poisoning or both. We have been here before with no trouble this time was just bad on our part for not triple checking how they prepared our food.

We travel in a 45’ RV and got into town too late for dinner, so we were seriously hungry when we sat down at the diner for lunch the next day.
I had an American burger with American cheese and “pickle slaw” which is chopped lettuce, chopped pickles and mayo. They had both bread and buns. I always get the bread as I never like the buns.
The waitress was sweet and accommodating and brought me more pickle slaw when I requested it. (I am a huge fan of pickles lol). My burger was great and the side of Cole slaw was really good too.
He got fried chicken and waffles which he said were good but he regretting not getting the eggs Benedict when he saw it on someone else’s plate because it looked amazing.
They had plenty of GF choices and a separate GF menu.
Great little diner!

The staff don't know where their GF menu is. And the waiters and manager are clueless. When I finally got the GF menu...it was ALL EGGS! The only non-egg item was avacado toast. 😐 Seriously?!

Not very confident that they take allergies seriously. I didn’t feel very comfortable after speaking with my server but was with a group of people so crossed my fingers and went with it. I did ask if they had separate toasting area for bread but my server said they did not. I ordered a burger with a GF bun that was toasted with the burger. I did not get sick but the burger was pretty awful. Go to baha burger if you want a great GF burger or Big bad breakfast if you’re craving breakfast/brunch as I know they have separate toasting areas and take allergies seriously. They did have a separate GF menu which was nice but I would not recommend and unfortunately won’t be back.

When I mentioned gluten-free as an allergy to the waitress, she was knowledgeable and flagged my order. It took a little longer to prepare but someone (I thought manager) brought my plate out with the waitress carrying the other orders for our table. He said he completely understood and assured me I was safe. I love that I never got sick and they were so serious about it for me. I’ve only had breakfast here.
