I’ve never had an issue here and the staff has always labeled it as a warning for the kitchen. Love the food!

Very limited gluten free offerings. We ordered the chopped southwestern salad. It was disgusting. They don’t even offer a gluten free bun for their burger. We won’t be back.

It does have a gluten sensitive menu but there are only 8 items on it. Salmon was excellent and very moist and tasty. Service was super slow.

They have a gluten sensitive menu with few options. But they are NOT careful and my food was NOT GF even asking several times.

Salmon was rich and amazing, it was so moist and flakey but the char held it together nicely. The sides I had were the wilted spinach that was simple and mashed red potatoes that were just right, creamy but not over beaten there was still soft chunks.

Lazy Dog is close to my company. It is often to be chosen for our group lunch. I found out last week that they have a one-page gluten-free menu. (You need to ask for it.) It is not fancy, and a lot less options compared to their menu with gluten. However, I was happy to be able to choose something other than salad.

We ordered from this restaurant for dinner through the grubhub website.
First, we did try to go to this restaurant for their weekend brunch but unfortunately they don't offer anything GF at this time.
There is not a huge selection to choose from (mainly salads). I ordered a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup - the soup was delicious. (The Tortilla Chips were not included so I am guessing they had gluten - that would have been nice to know.). I also ordered their Spicy Edamame - this dish was disappointing. First is was cold, I was expecting the Edamame to be warm. Second, the "Spicy" part of the Edamame was not included. I am assuming it had to be altered in order to be GF but I wish there had been a note when ordering.
All in all I did not get sick so that was a win.

I ordered a southwestern salad. It was horrible. The lettuce was all iceberg (dripping in water) and the toppings were scarce. The dressing was completely watered down to the point that it was difficult to taste.

Don’t do it. Staff is very under trained about gluten. Ordered GF steak waitress said she would make sure it was GF. Started eating then asked what was on the mashed potatoes the waitress said oh that’s gravy that has gluten in it. My dining experience has now turned to “ great I’m going to be sick for a week over a stupid dinner out” Manager said this will be a learning experience for the cooks and could care less that I would miss a days of work and sick as a dog. Go elsewhere.

Got the sweet and spicy wok bowl (did not disappoint) good chicken (coated in a gluten safe batter) quiet filling and the balance between sweet n spice was just right for me. Waitress was very ho eat from the start and I very much appreciated that.

We went to the restaurant with our kids, friends and their kids. Ten total. Dinner was excellent. No wait. My daughter is 10 and has celiacs. She ordered chicken with two sides (rice and beans) from the gluten-free menu. She said they were good and did not get sick.
My food (not gf) was excellent. I had the ahi tuna over cauliflower mash with veggies and coconut sauce. My husband had the ahi salad and our friends had meatloaf and appetizers. All was fabulous. The other kids loved their kid meals as well. Everyone was happily satisfied!

Staff was phenomenal. Separate menu labeled as “gluten sensitive” however all menu items are safe. The manager came to our table and then spoke with the executive chef to ensure all team members who touched my kiddos meal took precautions. Menu items were limited and no kid options. Overall though, food was delicious and staff was so nice and accommodating!

I first ate here and had a great experience with their gluten sensitive menu ordering a cobb salad. I then returned for the southwest salad and has EXTREME reactions. Both times indicated to staff I had Celiac. Will not return.

Excellent meal! Excellent establishment. A complete separate GF menu. I ordered a mixed drink, grilled chicken with pickled cucumber salad and red mashed potatoes. The food quality was excellent. The manager came out and gave me a free appetizer of edamame since it was our first time in and he was notified of my celiac. He said they take precautions to ensure safety. I was not cross-contaminated. I can’t believe someone hasn’t reviewed this place yet! You have to try it. Perfect place for a date night.

Very small gluten free menu, especially in comparison to their normal menu. But they are being as careful as they can to actually be GF even though they just say Gluten Sensitive. Had the grilled chicken and it was cooked very nicely, but was very plain.

I was glutened at this restaurant. I ordered the Tex mex salad. Had a horrible reaction. Their menu says they can’t guarantee that anything marked as “gluten sensitive” will be free of gluten due to cross contamination. I thought it would be fine to order a salad. I was so wrong. I will not be going back.

Our waiter did a great job of making sure our meal was gluten free. The food was great! Will definitely come back

Beware. They cross contaminate only gluten sensitive NOT gluten free!
No
Very attentive staff. The server sent the manager out, who told us he would talk to the culinary team and tell them to use the "gluten-free kit."
P.S. If you get the cobb salad, get the dressing on the side because otherwise your salad will drown in it.
Yes
Carrot cake is made with almond flour and delicious. Just keep in mind they don't have a dedicated gf kitchen so the gf menu is labeled gluten sensitive
Separate gluten-free menu and educated staff on celiac disease. Only reason I didn’t give 5 was because food was good but kind of bland since they leave out all sauces and most flavorings. However, I still had NO reaction! Better than nothing, lol
Yes
Gluten-sensitive. I looked it up online to find out what is suppose to be “gluten sensitive” and they had a list of items. As it is at most places it a mixed kitchen with gluten items. I had a lunch special with chicken tortilla soap and baby greens salad. I did ask for no croutons on my salad and they did but it wasn’t many so I just picked them off. This was my first time trying this place. So over all not too bad but I’m also not a celiac so as always know what your ordering.
Full GF menu, sauces are made in-house and only one contains gluten. The staff are knowledgeable.
I wouldn’t recommend the shrimp tacos, but everything else at our table was reportedly excellent.
Yes
Nice restaurant but little options and they warn you of cross contamination on the “Gluten Sensitive” menu that nothing is gluten free.
No
Very knowledgeable staff. They have a gluten free menu but we’re able to modify things from the regular menu as well. Waiter checked on multiple things I had questions about.
Yes
There is a Gluten Free menu which is rather large and includes a dessert option. It is clearly stated at the top of the menu that there is risk of cross contamination, but with that I spoke to the waiter and let them know I have celiac and he seemed well versed on how to handle the food. I ordered the grilled chicken, with mashed potatoes, black beans and a side of chicken tortilla soup. It was all good, although the chicken was rather bland. They do have a bunch of in house sauces they make but I was a little too nervous to give them a try, not sure if they were GF or not. It’s been about 3 hours since I left the restaurant and I haven’t had any issues. Definitely a place I can add to my “safe” list.
Great restaurant, but not for anyone who is celiac. The gluten free menu is a joke, and has mainly drinks on it. Will not be returning as it is so limited, also staff does not seem to know what gluten even is.
No
Gluten sensitive menu was promising but the hamburger (no bun) I ordered from it came up as gluten found when tested with Nima. My companions enjoyed their meals. Would not recommend for Celiacs.
No
The GS Sweet & Spicy Wok was amazing and the GS Flat Iron Steak was good. Sides were yummy!
GF menu is extremely limited, restaurant is crowded and loud thanks to the poor design. I didn't get glutened – but the meal was bad. The server didn't seem to understand the importance of cross contamination, so I wouldn't trust eating at the place again. My husband ate my leftovers and said he could have gotten something better at McDonalds.
No
lovely gluten free menu with knowledgeable wait staff. The sweet and spicy bowl is delightful!
they also have kids items on the gluten free menu!
Not a 100% dedicated safe kitchen. Risk is explained on the top of the GF menu. With that said, I was made to feel comfortable kitchen would take extra precautions. No issues.
Amazing!! The gluten free menu has many options. I had the chicken tortilla soup and the Tex Mex salad. Soooo good!
Yes
The staff were really nice and tried to be accommodating. They have a gluten free menu however they outright state that they are NOT a gluten free kitchen and there is chance of cross contamination in their kitchen so it’s not celiac safe. My lunch mate said the food is pretty good, though she is not gluten free.

Long story short... I ordered my food off of the gluten free menu, specifically noting that it is not a "preference" and to please note "allergy". The meal I ordered is shown on both menus, and I was not the only one ordering this dish... so I wanted to make it clear. My meal arrived the same as the other, and the server was not aware of one being gluten free. We asked to talk to our waitress.... I was told that it was gluten free and she questioned me on why I didn't trust it. She had 2 other people come out to confirm that it was gluten free... I still didn't trust it due the potato side that is typically made with flour. Finally the GM came over, told me that the dish is gluten free noting that he discussed it with the chef. OK, I feel better. As he turned to walk away, he turned back to me and said "Unless you can't have the flour in the potatoes"... we blew up a little, and he grabbed my plate and stormed off saying "I told him that the flour might be an issue!".
He brought my plate back with a different potato option, clarifying that it is definitely gluten free.
Our waitress came back a while later to check on us... out of curiosity we asked if she noted the order as gluten free. She said "No, I didn't. The dish is shown on the gluten free menu and the regular menu so it should be gluten free". We let her know that the gluten free menu has substituted items to make it gluten free, and that I could have been seriously ill if I had trusted them. She blew it off as a menu issue and not her fault.
In the end, I was still sick that night. Not as severe as it could have been though.
The waitress, general manager, and the chef failed to know what needed to be done for a dish on their gluten free menu to actually be gluten free.
Major fail, and I have no intentions of trying again.

Lazy DOG has a gluten free menu. I order from it and have never had a problem here. Very tasty food choices!

I ordered off the “Gluten Sensitive” menu. Good selection and a nice choice of sides. Even a dessert! I got the Grilled Shrimp tacos and let the Waitress know that I am Celiac not just “sensitive” and they were delicious and I have had No issues! Yay!

They have amazing options on a GF menu. The servers are aware and friendly. My favorite to get is the Chicken Tortilla Soup and also the Hummus with Vegetables which is huge and very flavorful. There are tons of options. Definitely a place I attend regularly.
