Went there twice during our stay and very pleased both times. Would recommend for celiac

I work at the St. Hubert Express on Hunt Club & Riverside. Any of the original rotisserie chicken is gf, the salads can be made without croutons, rice and the fries are gluten free but not celiac safe. They have their own fryer but at the end of the night the oil that they are cooked in is strained through the same strainer as the other gluten oil. The fries are not cooked at a high enough heat to kill off all possible cross contamination. The creamy coleslaw is NOT gf but the traditional IS gf. Also the gravy does contain gluten. I hope this helps :)

A dedicated space in kitchen for gluten free meals.

Menu sans gluten offert, personnel bien informé. Très bonne expérience.

Delicious rotisserie chicken with fries and coleslaw. Kids meals can come in a paper car that is cute. The server was very knowledgeable about what items were gluten free. Four stars instead of five because they had no gluten free dessert.

Staff was very knowledgeable, had a special menu and a kid’s GF option. I felt really comfortable ordering for my daughter.
Yes
Went last week and was advised that the gluten free menu was no longer available. Staff said it was too much trouble. Only option left was chicken and salad. No more ribs, soup or fries. Also rude manager and hostess

I ate lunch here twice. It’s not too expensive and they have a gf menu. They take great precautions so you don’t get sick. I had the rotisserie chicken with a salad my first visit and the ribs for my second. Both visits turned out great for me with no reaction. They wear gloves and were very accommodating for me. I would recommend if you are in the area.

Ordered catering for an office function. The staff member I spoke with over the phone at the local restaurant (not the contact center) was very knowledgeable and explained which options were gluten-free. They also have a dedicated fryer for French fries.

We were in a hurry when we went here so perhaps if I had tried harder I would have found a knowledgeable server. However, the person knew absolutely nothing about gluten or gluten free and it did not inspire confidence. I ended up not eating anything. My daughter, who is not gluten free, enjoyed the chicken and french fries.

Many dishes can be served gluten free & menu is fairly clear as to what is safe to order! I recommend always letting the server know that you'd like your plate served without bread or sauce (as these come complimentary to your order & are not gluten free).
Yes
Went there for lunch with my celiac kid. One option : chicken with fries without bread and sauce. Staff not very sure about things but try to be helpful. No desert option not even ice cream. Kid friendly but not as much for celiac. At least they put the meal in the St-Hubert car.

We just visited the new location in Rockland. They have a dedicated fryer for fries and a nice GF menu card.
Ugh. I'm so sorry to have to add this 2 star review because I've also had one great GF experience at St.Hubert but I wanted to share 2 words: Game Night. When there is a hockey game across the street this place is basically a shit-show and they don't do anything gluten free - they won't even give you their usual GF menu. So here I am at the end of the bar crying (literally!) over my second glass of thank-god-it's-gluten-free wine and starving. They earn a second star for being honest but otherwise it's been a 1-star kind of night.

The wait staff is not very knowledgable, but the kitchen seems to understand allergy preps. Though the rice is listed as free of gluten, our host said she heard from a customer that it wasn't. We had the chicken and fries.
Went to the St-Hubert on Maisonneuve blvd in Gatineau (Hull) and was disappointed to be told that they don't have a separate fryer there for the potato fries ... So, not all St-Hubert restaurants offer gf fries, which I thought was the case.
Love st Hubert. I usually order the one in Verdun. They have a designated fryer for the fries. I always have chicken and you can have the traditional coleslaw.
Yes
My family, especially the children who are not GF, enjoyed the restaurant, but for someone with Celiac or gluten sensitivities, the menu is very limited (plain chicken, salad, and french fries.) However, I did not get sick and that is always a good thing.

All St Hubert locations have chicken and gluten free fries. Their regular coleslaw is also gf.
Yes
Be carefull with fries at St-Hubert, It's not all the restaurant that have dédicated fryer for GF.
Rib without BBQ sauce with Thaï sauce on the side Works fine for me
Chicken legs or breast is GF .
Yes
We went here because someone said the chicken was good and they were right. I couldn't have the gravy (wheat based) but the chicken was moist enough without it and skin was the best part. My husband (a gluten eater) had the ribs and they were literally falling off the bone. I also could have the fries and didn't get sick so that is a good sign!
