I have been glutened at this restaurant miltiple times. I will no longer eat here. Discussed gluten issues with management. Manager brought the food and assured me it was gluten free. It was not. I was very ill. When contacted after they dis not care.

My daughter, with celiac, loved the chicken Caesar salad (baked chicken & asked for no croutons). There is quite a bit on the menu for individuals who are gluten free.

Have eaten from this restaurant several times ordering in at home and never had any issues, but went recently to the restaurant. I explained to our server the need for being careful of no cross-contamination and she understood and explained she had an allergy and made me feel confident in safe ordering. I even ordered the gluten free dessert (excited they had one!) However, I was definitely glutened and very sick for several days afterward! Very disappointed, especially because I never had any issues ordering in. Not sure where it went wrong…

I got the cauliflower crust with ham and cheese and it was delicious! The crust was so good. I was worried it wasn't GF because it was one of the best crusts I've had. No issues.

Offer "gluten wise" which is fine for people who avoid gluten. For people who are celiac definitely avoid anything but salad and be very diligent. Ate the "gluten wise" pizza which made me sick.

This place has excellent gluten-free options. I was surprisingly happy to notice I could have the nice chocolate fudge brownie for dessert too.

Would not recommend. I haven't been this sick in a long time. Was reassured my pizza was gluten free but the sores in the mouth started right away and before I left I looked 6 more the pregnant due to being so bloated.

I had ordered their gf pasta for pick up and over the phone they seemed to understand The importance in making sure it’s gluten free but when I picked up my order and looked inside, there was a piece of bread on top of my pasta. I was very unimpressed

Great! Gf pasta comes pre cooked in a baggie for safer serving. All pasta sauces are gluten free and their allergy prep area is opposite the kitchen. Staff are familiar with allergies and cross contact safety procedures. Food is really good too, lots of choices and consistent.

I know it’s franchise, but sometimes the smaller town franchises aren’t as committed to the gluten free process, but they did a fantastic job. Super accommodating for take out and dining in. One of the better Boston Pizza experiences that we’ve had.

Knowledgeable servers. They checked and informed me the grilled chicken was done in the morning at the same time as pitas on the grill, so I could avoid. I ended up with beat and cheese salad with sautéed shrimp. I wasn’t in the mood for baked wings or would have gone for that. I felt safe, not a huge selection, but I’d go again.

Walked in a little unsure as had heard of some bad experiences with BP’s but asked if the accommodated for celiac and the said no problem. Our waitress was great, explained they have dedicated kitchen tools and prep boards. There fryer is not dedicated but it just meant I had salad not fries lol. She informed the kitchen staff I was celiac. I had the chicken club on a gluten free brioche bun (which was amazing) and the garden salad. They were really aware of what dressings and sauces were ok and even let me know before they finished preparing my food that the the sauce for my chicken didn’t have gluten in it but was not made in house so they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination. I opted for no sauce. The food was great and the service was excellent. Can’t speak for BP’s in general but the Acre 21 location was fantastic. Only one thing is there isn’t a whole ton of choices for gluten free.

Awesome g/f burger. And g/f pizza
They always ask if it is an allergy when we order here, and are knowledgeable about which pizza toppings contain gluten. They also now have baked wings as well as fried, and knew which ones were safe (most). We find the gf crust here to be one of the best since they changed recipes! So soft compared to others.

I’ve been here a few times and each time I’ve gotten sick. I ordered salad, gluten free pizza and the jambalaya fettuccini. I always make sure to tell them that I’m celiac, and inquire about cross contamination. But I don’t think the staff completely understand. They did say they don’t have seperate dryers for gluten free as well.

I’ve ordered from here a handful of times. I’m always a little nervous getting food from places that aren’t dedicated to gluten free because of the cross contamination. But I always order the jambalaya fettuccini, and they bag it separately from my husbands non gluten free food. I always let them know that I’m celiac and they’ve been really good. I’ve never gotten sick. They do not have a separate fryer for gluten free though, so don’t order anything deep fried.

J'y vais très souvent pour la pizza. Boston pizza ont plusieurs choix sg. Mentionner si vous etes coelique pour plus d'attention.
Very knowledgeable staff, always ask if allergy/celiac, can explain how food is cooked separately. This is so rare in a chain restaurant!

Gluten free options if pizza, pasta, buns. Great options for kids. Aware of how to prepare for Celiac.
Yes
The waitress at this location was excellent in terms of knowledge of celiac. She was reassuring. Ordered a hamburger on a gluten free bun with a side salad. She told us that a dedicated person would be preparing the meal, wearing different gloves and mentioned safety precautions. She told me what dressing I could have with my side salad. There was even a gluten free brownie on the menu that I did not get, but nice to know there are options.
