The server was well versed in navigating the menu for GF options. I had the prosciutto pizza with a GF crust and it was amazing! No issues. Look forward to trying the pasta during my next visit.

I ordered the chicken parm with GF pasta for takeaway and called ahead to make sure this could be accommodated. I was told that the dish could be made GF if they used in unbreaded chicken. When I picked up my order the container was labeled “gluten allergy” so I thought all was well. Turns out they swapped the pasta but still gave me the fully breaded chicken. I called and confirmed that this was the case. They refunded my meal but I ended up with no dinner and found this level of mistake pretty concerning. Won’t be eating here again.

Wait staff was very upfront and knowledgeable about my allergies! (Gluten, dairy, soy) and very attentive to confirm with chef. Food was amazing and multiple options that would work. I went with the seasonal vegetable salad and it was so good! I would definitely go back!

Unless you know where you are going with a plan, it is very hard to find gluten free restaurants. Gluten friendly seems to be available but lots of cross contamination. We ate here 2 nights in a row because the pizza was so good and I felt super safe. The waiter was very conscious of my allergy and the manager brought my food out confirming it was gluten free. They do have gluten free pasta available as well. The GF crust on the pizza was very good too not like some of the nasty crusts out there.

I have celiac disease and had the house special, pasta bolognese. (glutenfree). I got an extreamly bad reaction about 1 hour after the meal. This was for lunch. We had no breakfast in the morning. The place was nice and clean and the staff also very friendly. I dont know what went wrong in the kitchen, but we will never take the chance of going back again. The rest of the day was completely spoiled. Date of visit was 21 August 2024

Got the gluten free pesto pasta, zucchini chips, and had gelato for dessert. My partner with celiac had an extremely bad reaction, we won’t be eating here again and I advise anyone with celiac disease or allergies to avoid this place. This is the only place we ate at all day.

Pretty good overall! They took my severe allergy really seriously which I appreciated! The manager came out to let me know the GF pizza is in a separate pan, but cooked in the same oven that has lots of flour. I decided to instead get GF pasta which was pretty good. If you’re not quite as strict about cross contamination there’s a huge number of options for you. Very serious, kind staff.

Got glutened even though we specifically called out our celiac disease to the waitress (it’s also called out on any reservation we make through OpenTable, which we did). She did repeat our order as Gluten Free but the pizza was definitely not GF. My daughters got really sick, and one of them has vomited 10 times up until now (6 hours later). I just feel bloated, nothing compared to what they’re feeling.
I called them and talked to the manager, Ryan, who was very understanding and apologetic. He assured me that they take these issues seriously and that he will talk to his staff. He offered to make it up to us but as a celiac and father of two celiac girls we won’t be running that risk again.

Great experience here for dinner with my coworkers. The waitress was very well versed in what was safe for me to enjoy on the menu and the chef prepared all of my dishes separately. They offered a pita-like GF bread substitute for the tomato and burrata appetizer and the GF penne pomodoro was great. Felt very comfortable and well looked after.

I ordered GF pasta here and the server rang in and brought me regular pasta. After I realized and had already eaten too much, the manager came over and suggested I go to an açaí bowl restaurant if I wanted to eat GF and didn’t even comp my meal.

Wonderful Saturday brunch experience thanks to the super attentive service we received with our server Nisha.
We enjoyed truffle garlic bread using a light and fluffy gluten free pizza crust. For our entrees we had the breakfast pasta carbonara with gluten free pasta and no breadcrumbs.
Both were absolutely delish and it was such a great feeling when Nisha came back and confirmed she saw my pasta going into a fresh pot of boiling water.
Thanks North Italia for doing a great job providing celiacs with delicious options and also for hiring great people who sincerely care like Nisha.
We will be back!

After reading the reviews, I was a little iffy. However, I let the waiter know that I had Celiac and he made sure to speak with the chef. I ordered a Simple Salad. For the dressing I just asked for oil and balsamic. I then ordered Tuna Crudo! The flavors in this dish were so incredible, I ordered a second. It IS an appetizer but I ordered for my main. So So good!! It's hours later and no sickness!! 🙌

So tasty, but so not safe for a celiac. Ate here for dinner on Monday 5/6/2024. Service was great. Talked with the server about my gluten issue. Her assurance and that of the positive reviews led me to order bolognese pasta. Portion suffered from shrinkflation for sure. I am sure that I was glutened here. I had eaten at home for 3 weeks prior and this was the first thing I’d eaten that day. Very tasty and probably safe for gluten preference people but I can’t see why I’d ever go back.
This might be the best gf pizza I have had. The crust was light and crispy. It seemed to be the size of a normal pizza which was appreciated.

Delicious! And creative! Like another comment, I wanted the truffle bread, but gluten free, and they used their GF pizza crust to replicate the dish for me. By far the best GF pizza I've ever had! It's thicker and softer than places like Blaze and Mod and Maddio's. All pasta options on the menu are offered GF, and they'll try to find a way to make other menu items GF if requested. Have already been back! Definitely a new favorite.

I go to this restaurant often with my job and family and order the same safe meal. I always tell the waitress about my allergies. But this time I was glutened. Hoping this is an isolated incident because it’s one of my favorite places to eat. But also afraid to try it again because the pain isn’t worth it.

BEWARE! I ordered a gluten free pizza from them to be delivered and called to confirm it would be GF before even placing my order. When the pizza arrived I suspected it looked too good to be true. I called again and they said "oh we actually ran out of the gluten free crust". They clearly do NOT understand the severity of allergens and offered no compensation for the lie/mistake. I can’t speak for their dine in experience, but I can’t imagine why they would think it was okay to do that. I wish they had been honest about being out of the crust during my first phone call and I would have ordered elsewhere.

I went to dinner last night here and was not my favorite but did feel safe here. All of their pasta sauces are gluten free (they double checked with the chef for me) and they use separate pasta water when specified it’s for celiacs. They did suggest that they could swap the truffle garlic bread my friends ordered to the gluten free pizza crust topped like the bread which was pretty good. The pasta serving was definitely a smaller portion than the non-gluten free and was 3 dollars more. They did have different people serve me than the waiter I ordered with and they didn’t realize one was gluten free but easily figured it out when I asked. For something like pizza, I would ask if it is gluten free when brought to you. I would go back but it’s not a new go to. They do validate parking which is nice.

The server seemed well-informed about avoiding gluten and provided good info about menu items. When she didn't know, she checked with the kitchen and relayed cogent information about what wouldn't be safe, and why. Their menu does not identify gluten-free items, but they say that almost everything on the menu is or can be prepared gluten-free.
Clearly they are making a good effort to accommodate gluten-free customers. Even so, I had some discomfort the next day that tracks my exposure to gluten. I had steak with risotto and a lentil soup; I suspect that if anything the soup would have been at greatest risk of cross-contamination.
Apart from that, the service was good and the food was delicious. I would not hesitate to return, although I would order more cautiously.

This place was great! I called ahead as it is an Italian restaurant just to ensure they were truly aware of gluten allergies and cross contamination. I was almost immediately put on the phone with a knowledgeable server. That evening, we had a different server who obviously knew about gluten allergies as well as my oldest daughter’s tree nut allergy. He knew which dishes were safe for me and her and how to alter any dish to make it safe. The kitchen put pistachios on a shared appetizer. The server(who did not bring our food) saw the pistachios and had the dish remade. The manager also came out and spoke with us Re: the mistake. She was kind and aware of both of our allergies. The appetizers we ordered typically had regular bread so I asked to have it removed but he said they have a gluten free option to replace it. It was a simple gf pizza crust but it was really good and I was able to enjoy my carpaccio and buratta on a “bread” for the first time in a long time. 10/10 knowledge, food quality, and service!

Staff was super knowledgeable, but still got sick. It's my fault after learning it's a scratch kitchen. Probably got cross contaminated by flour in the air. If you are gluten sensitive you'll probably be ok, but celiac maybe not. The food tasted great though. They said they do make the bread on separate pan. Two choices of gluten free pasta, either corn/rice base or vegetable, and have gluten free pizza crust. Staff was really nice. But still, be careful if celiac.

Wonderful pizza crust! Crispy and chewy at the same time. Chef handled my pizza with care and baked it on foil and in a regular oven instead of the pizza oven for my safety. Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free options and substitutions and was really great. Definitely worth the trip. They even have a gluten free cake on the dessert menu and an assortment of sorbets. They have gluten free pasta so most pasta dishes can be made gluten free as can salads.
