Wow, the only thing you can safely eat here is a bowl of white or brown rice.
“Panda uses ingredients that contain all the major FDA allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, milk, soy, wheat and sesame). Panda prepares its entrees fresh with shared cooking equipment and therefore allergens could be present in any entree. No MSG added except for that naturally occurring in certain ingredients.”

Went there yesterday because I was running out of time to find something before work and I hadn’t eaten anything yet that day. I ordered what you think would be gluten free. Wrong. You can imagine the stomach ache I woke up with. So I took a look at the allergen menu. No entree, side, dessert, NOR THE VEGGIES are safe. The only thing safe there is the drinks and white/brown rice. Not recommended. Love the staff though!
I spoke with an employee to ask if there is anything on the menu that would be safe for my family member with celiac. She said she would not recommend eating anything here if you have celiac because all of their food is cooked in the same fryers. She said no precautions are taken to make the food allergen safe.
There is nothing gf at Panda express except rice and I wouldn't even chance that.
The are very good am very proud
Nothing much available that's gluten free. Rice is about your only option.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is gluten free here.
They are really good about not cross contaminating. For me, I don't even have to tell them that I have an allergy and I have to say that I have allergies everywhere else. they are good about not letting the foods touch. Some of the foods do contain gluten but if you stay away from those foods you will most likely be fine.
Does anyone have a gluten-free list for Panda Express?
Staff said even their rices aren't gluten free.
