This place was SO knowledgeable! We told them we had an allergy and asked what we could eat and they literally took it from there! They changed their gloves, used separate utensils, even had separate areas for our food. We were so grateful that we didn’t have to be nervous to eat there. The food was great and we had lots of options!
Employees explained and took precautions of washing hands, opening a new bag of chips and having separate set up for the food. 8 yr old daughter with celiac was very excited to have nachos. Lots of other options too. Nothing marked gluten free but all questions answered well. Seating area very large, open, bright and clean!
Had a burrito bowl but noticed that servers were smearing sour cream, guacamole and beans on flour tortillas and then putting the spoon back into the container, so LOTS of cross contamination. They did wash hands and change gloves.
Server was great and knowledgeable. All items GF except shrimp and flour tortillas.
The staff was incredible. The moment I said “celiac,” everyone changed gloves, made sure they were working from a clean surface, and were very knowledgeable about what ingredients had gluten.
Food is good. They will take steps to avoid cross contamination. Love the shredded beef tacos and refried beans

Read on this app that they had gluten free options. Online menu even had GF options listed. Walked into restaurant and asked about GF, and they were clueless. Told me everything had gluten. Didn't eat there. Blessing in disguise because went a couple blacks away to Hatch Cantina where basically everything was GF, including dedicated fryer for chips!
Lots of reviews online about which menu items are gluten free or not. Those online reviews are not accurate as I found out the hard way… š That being said the restaurant is very conscientious about “allergens” so if you have questions call them!
Very knowledgeable and accommodating! Food is delicious as well as great service. Have to make a stop every time we are in town.

The staff is amazing and well trained. The second you say celiac they are taking off their gloves to wash their hands and getting new gloves on. The person who starts the order takes care of it from start to finish. If you get chips with your order, they will open a fresh bag to ensure you don’t get cross contaminated. They really take care of their celiac customers! This is one of my favorite places to eat because of that!
This location is great! They are trained well, chips are gluten free, they pull a new bag for anyone that orders gf. They lay down foil before steaming the corn tortillas.
i ordered the burrito bowl and told them i had a gluten allergy. they proceeded to wash their hands and change gloves which i appreciated. however, they had an assembly line style service which had possible cross contamination. before my turn to order, i watched the guy who was working there put beans/chicken/etc. on flour tortillas and accidentally touch the tortillas. it was super good though and i haven’t had a reaction yet:)
Awesome place to eat! Staff throughly explains their gluten free menu! Many different options and they take extra precautions for you! Will be returning soon!
I had one of the best experiences here. The staff was well trained and understood cross contamination. I had the pleasure of talking with the owner who has a daughter that has to be gluten free as well. She personally walked me through the menu and made sure I was comfortable with the process! I am extremely sensitive and I did not get sick!

I honestly don't know how anyone marked this Celiac friendly. It's like a Chipotle, they do everything on the same line. Scoop some meat out of the line, run the soon on a burrito, put the spoon back. Celiac precautions of washing hands don't address the primary mode of cross contamination. Don't eat here if Celiac. I regret taking the risk, it definitely wasn't worth it the sickness caused.
Our daughter has Celiacs and we are based on recommendations. Staff was great, new gloves, liner in the basket, new bag of chips, etc. She had the loaded nachos and no issues.
They got new gloves, washed hands, and swapped out utensils for our GF order. They were very conscientious and asked questions to make sure they handled things properly. Awesome service!

Baja bowls are are my go to for safe food. depending on who is working they are usually really accommodating. if getting tacos ask for them to heat up tortillas between 2 pieces of foil to avoid CC. I was surprised that even their rice is GF.

The staff is very accommodating for celiac, washing hands and changing gloves, as well as opening new food packages (or chips). They are well aware of which items contain gluten, and are careful about cross-contamination. Food is good, too!
They are great. The managers daughter has celiac so he has trained his employees well. They change gloves and lay foil down before steaming your tortilla. They have soft corn tortillas and you can have almost everything they offer (other than the brownies by the register).
This location is amazing. the owner had a child who has to be gluten free. She went over the entire menu with me. our go to place for lunch!
Almost everything is gluten free except flour tortillas and breaded fish. We go here often for a quick meal. Nachos is my go to here with chicken. I've eaten here probably 8 times and never had a reaction. I always ask them to change their gloves before prepping my meal.

Best place in town for GF Mexican. Tortilla Chips are GF! Tons options for tacos, nachos, etc. Mine is an allergy and we always eat here when in town with no problems! Highly recommended!
Server changed gloves and knew the rice, beans and proteins were all gluten free. Was there for lunch and they have lunch sized Rice Bowls that included a soda.

have been in enough to fill 2 punch cards, they will change gloves and make sure there is no contact or contamination. all the meat is gluten free, one space they have has gluten but they make sure to warn you. I highly recommend. great celiac friendly place.
