Awesome place awesome sandwiches! They do have a gluten free wrap that isnt the greatest but when it comes down to bread or no bread the wrap is a nice alternative! Super friendly staff! Felt very safe ordering my food.

They offer gluten free wraps which they can make into any sandwich or burrito. I have to keep reminding the lady to use fresh ingredients and changed her gloves and use fresh knifes

Togo’s is my regular place. They do a pretty good job of avoiding cross contamination and have a separate station. I’ve never felt sick after eating there, but I’d take my caution as there are other wheat containing items

I looked online and found out they have a GF wrap and that most items were GF and so I ordered online and when I got to the store they didn’t do my order yet (Chicken bacon ranch wrap) and when I was there, they changed gloves and I didn’t get sick.

This location did not have gluten-free rolls at the time of my visit. If you choose a packaged gluten- free roll, be sure to remind them to use a clean knife as well as switching gloves.
Some staff do not hear well due to the music, I suppose. A new guy did not know what gluten was, thought I wanted salad without meat, rather than wheat, tried to give me the packaged croutons, not gluten free.
Many short time staff do not know the ingredients of soup or sandwich fillings.
They can look it up in the back, or experienced staff can enlighten them.

Gluten free wrap is okay, not sure how it’s prepared or anything but it could be better could be worse.

The servers knew they offered gluten free wraps, but they had no understanding of the procedures they needed to follow to avoid cross contamination. I explained it to them, they followed my guidance, and I had no adverse effects after eating my sandwich.

The employee turn over rate recently has been high and they aren’t training the new employees on the safe and correct way to help limit the cross contamination of their gluten free wraps. I do not recommend this place right now. I hope they get better on training their employees.
No
They have gluten free wraps, but I had to convince them to clean their knife to help avoid cross contamination. They didn't seem all that pleased, but it eventually was gluten free.
While the food prepper changed gloves, Straight out the gate she contaminated my spinach wrap by heating it up in the same small oven as they heat other sandwiches. Then, when adding veggies, she used the same bins as for sandwiches. On top of that they charged +$1 for gf prep. Website also doesnt have option to note 'make gluten free'.
Unlike some other Togo's locations, this restaurant still has the gluten free wrap. The staff wasn't perfect about using separate utensils, and they had a hard time keeping the food from spilling out of the wrap. A little more staff training should fix these problems.

None of their meats are GF! What’s the point of having GF wraps if your meats are going to contain Gluten?
No
They have discontinued their gluten free wraps.

There was no option for gluten free

None of their meats are Gf but they have Gf bread. ????

They have gluten free wraps, and despite my asking, they did not use separate cutting surfaces it utensils.
No
They have a gluten free wrap and the procedures to avoid cross contamination, but one of the younger staff members hadn't been properly trained. Make sure to ask for someone who knows how to treat Celiac customers.
The staff did an excellent job with making sure my wrap was not cross contaminated and truly gluten free.
They have gluten free wraps, but the staff at this location isn't as careful about avoiding cross contamination as they are at other Togo's locations.
No
No gluten free wraps anymore. Had to get salad. Sad.
They have the gluten free wraps... but they aren’t super tasty. Also, cross contamination is almost unavoidable.

My go-to sandwich shop - offering gluten-free wraps
Yes
You can get a fast wrap on a GF flour tortilla and it’s good for a quick bite. The staff is kind but uninformed-they did ask lots of questions about Celiac-so they were curious, but don’t expect them to know ingredients, so precheck online or be safe with the tuna filling.
They have a gluten free wrap and take special precautions when making their sandwiches.
Yes
We actually went to the Togo's on Industrial Drive. However, it is owned by the same couple that owns the Togo's on Farmer's Lane in Santa Rosa. The owner, his two daughters and his granddaughter have gluten sensitivities. They were so receptive to us bringing our own gf bread to have them make our sandwich. They also have gf wraps. However, the green wraps aren't gf. The girl who made our sandwich changed her gloves, got clean utensils and prepared the sandwich at a separate area with new plastic wrap to cover the area just in case.
Yes
Staff is knowledgeable. Most sauces are gluten free. Can get salads or sandwich on a gluten free wrap (a corn tortilla). Some gluten free chip options too.
Yes
I eat here all the time. Most of the staff is very careful.🙃
Typical submarine sandwich shop. They have gluten free wrap. You can look online to find which meats and ingredients are gluten free (which I would recommend because the staff "isn't sure") great option for a cheap lunch.
Togo's do not have gluten free bread. Offer your sandwich in a lettuce wrap only.
No
good gluten free wraps
They have a gf wrap.
The folks at this Togos were so accommodating! They cleaned everything, changed gloves and opened new containers of ingredients to ensure there was no cross contamination! Amazing service!!
My wife likes the GF wrap. They asks if you have an allergy and take extra precautions.
If no stars was an option you'd would be my rating. I walked up to the counter and explained that I can't eat gluten for medical reasons - can you help me with what I can order. The guy looked at me like I had two heads - the other worker did I could do a tortilla wrap. OK... What are they made of? They did show me the package - aside from seeing corn (probably gmo) and soy (probably gmo), I wasn't getting too excited about eating one but thought, oh well. But then there's the clincher - printed on the bottom : Made. on equipment shared with sesame seeds and wheat. Uhhhh.. No thank you! I kindly said to them that this wasn't going to work for me - are there other options? They just kind of shrugged and said no. I thought maybe I could get a salad or soup but since they weren't interested in helping me, I want interested in trying to make something work. Bummer!

They use Gluten free tortillas to make sandwich wraps. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They washed the sandwich board, knife and changed their gloves.
