I have talked with staff here multiple times and have been assured that there are dedicated GF fryers for their GF items. They seem knowledgeable and accommodating. However, I noticed I got sick every time after eating here and I have not returned.

Wild Wing Cafe is right downtown. We love the big, open garage doors in the summer, the full bar, and the live music. Service can be slow but good gluten free options.

Contractors be aware..you can learn from my experience with this business.
How is Wild Wing Cafe still open for business?!? You still haven’t paid your contractors for the work they did earlier in the year…can we order the tailgate box and then maybe pay you for it in 9 months?!? Or maybe even order $60k worth of tailgate boxes and never pay for them…

I had the nachos and the wings with lemon parmesan sauce with fries. They do not have a dedicated fryer but I did not get a reaction. Wings and nachos were very good.

I get the grilled tenders with lemon pepper, side of brocolli. Never gotten glutened yet. They do a great job at our local location.
They do have a gluten free menu, it is a little old but I use it for the sauces!

Ive eaten here several times since being diagnosed since I knew the wings had their own fryer back in the day. However as a check in, last time I went I asked the waitress if wings and/or fries were in a dedicated fryer. She told me that wings had their own fryer and fries had their own fryer. However she came back and told me the cook told her that there is flour in the oil.
No idea if she meant cross contamination or actual flour in the oil . Mind you, she also said none of their chicken was breaded which is just not true since they serve a ton of breaded stuff, so she really didn't know what she was talking about.
That being said, these wings were my favorite before I was diagnosed with celiac so I do go back for them every now and again and I have never gotten sick from them.

After waiting 45 minutes for a table. The nice waitress (who happened to be celiac) and who was new informed us that they are gluten friendly not free. That fries and wings are NOT cooked in a dedicated fryer and there is significant cross contamination š¤Ø

Not celiac friendly. Food is ok and wouldn’t recommend this for celiacs. Risk for cross contamination.

We have had good experiences here. Their wings are cooked in a dedicated fryer and a handful of sauces (last night 4) are GF. Our servers have always been knowledgeable, but of course you need to advocate: fries came out with our wings. When I asked if they were in the same fryer they ran back to ask (they were from the regular fryer). Again, if you ask the right questions, this place is safe and great if you’re craving wings.

Horrible experience! One item ordered not sent! When I called I was told they didn't offer that dish. When I asked why we were not told she hung up on me.

Reportedly none of their wings are gluten free, I lost my mind and tried them anyway and got sick... that's on me. Not your wing stop...and I was so excited.

They have a separate fryer for the wings and even though fries aren't listed as gluten free I asked and they are gf and cooked in the separate fryer. They are actually potato wedges. Been here 4 or 5 times and no issues and I'm a biopsy proven celiac since 2004.

They went above and beyond here! I’ve lived here 7 years and never knew they catered to gluten free. They cleaned the surfaces, used a dedicated fryer, and had a menu with the marinades, salad dressings, and sides. The chicken feathers with wedge fries were wonderful. We had Justin as our server and he went above and beyond. He checked in with the kitchen 3x and made sure they were taking proper precautions. So happy to know I have another place I can eat that’s safe.

It was great! I was nervous about going there, but I asked about if they have a separate fryer for their fries and the waitress told me that they have a dedicated gluten free fryer š I got the chicken feathers and fries and it was amazing. Will definitely be back when I need a late night place to go eat.

Service was good. Wings were great. The gluten free menu didn't have a lot of sides so I just ordered some cole slaw but they were out. My server informed me that I could also have the sweet potatoe fries even though they were not on the GF menu. I was a little nervous as this was my first time out since diagnosis. He told me they were GF and would be prepared in the GF fryer. When the food came out the wings came first and I was told the fries were still cooking since they had to wait for the fryer. So I felt confident they were taking it seriously. The food was good and I had no reactions.

I called to place a to-go order and the manager got on the phone to tell me that they can't do any gluten free orders because they are PURPOSEFULLY USING their "dedicated" fryers to serve a lot of other customers!!! They admit they use it/don't monitor it's separation when they need to under high volumes. STAY CLEAR. Turned away business AND snuffed people with allergies which is similar to a discrimination just to feed the other non-GF customers!!! Horrible and sick

Placed order through Uber Eats for delivery to our hotel. Several aspects of our order were incorrect including items on salad to be left off but were made with them, no ranch dressing, carrots were warm, half of wing order had no sauce instead of requested one. Oh and not to mention, no utensils or napkins! Food was decent but too many mistakes to really enjoy.

They have a separate menu for gluten free items and gluten free accommodations. They refer to it as a “gluten friendly” menu to articulate the possibility of cross contamination.

Have eaten there several times and not had a problem. They have a gluten free fryer for their fries and staff are knowledgeable. The waitress even told me that she would not be giving me a straw for my drink since they now use paper straws and have learned that they contain gluten
Yes
They have a gluten free menu, a manager came out to review it with me and answer any questions, and they have a fryer designated for gluten free food - I was able to eat my favorite wings (jalapeño cheddar) and fries. They have gf seltzers as well, so I felt like they had options for everything I wanted.
They had shrimp skewers, grilled chicken feathers and wings with many sauce options; three salad options; and ultimate nachos or buffalo chicken dip with corn tortillas for appetizers.

I am here right now and my waitress is great. Gf menu and fryer.
Great food. I'm from out of town and found thus place via this app. Every review said it was good and gluten friendly. After I told my server of my celiac issue he fetched a GF menu and then the manager came over to ensure me they could accomodate me. Food was delicious. I would come back if I lived in this area.
Absolutely love this place. Very attentive to food allergies and good service. Not to mention delicious!

Separate fryer for GF wings. Very pleased!
Yes
they had a “gluten friendly” menu but no dedicated fryer so not a ton of options. ended up having grilled chicken and potato salad and was totally fine!!
Had a gluten free menu. Decent options. Got the grilled buffalo chicken salad. Feel ok. Place was a little sticky...the drink menu was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen...it was so sticky that I didn’t even want to touch it which made me a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the place but I’m several hours post eating and not sick so it seems ok!
Gluten free menu has tortilla chips and salsa or guacamole. Chips are fried in-house with non-gluten free items. Fries do have separate fryer.
They do not have designated fryers for wings and fries

Great food! Fun atmosphere!! No reactions and I'm Celiac š
Yes
I've never had an issue eating wings, but beware-they do not have a dedicated fryer, so items with chips on the GF menu are not actually gluten free. But they do have beer and wings.
They do not have a dedicated fryer and literally everytime I have been here you hear something contrary to the other visit. Completely clueless about gluten.
No
Dedicated menu. Not a ton of options but since tasty ones. Makes it easier to hang out with friends without forcing them to cater the location to my Celiac.
Yes
Food was tasty, and the server was very knowledgeable. The server and the manager who checked on us (something I have noticed this chain do with food sensitivity orders) were both very proactive in making sure my food was safe. There was an issue with the stock of the sauce I had asked for, and they immediately came over to see what I would want to replace it with. I like both locations, but this one is my favorite. It can take a bit longer to get food because they are often busier, but the food is worth it. From my experience, I think they should be reliably Celiac friendly. If this changes I will edit my review.
Yes
I love their flaming Parmesan wings and Old Yelled wings. Manager will come to table and take order. Very accommodating and fun!
Yes
Dedicated GF menu. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a manager came out (without me requesting it) to make sure I was clear on menu options and to assure me they had a dedicated fryer. He checked on me agin during the meal. Server was less knowledgeable, but quick to find one one who was and very nice. We’ll be back!
Excellent gluten free choices! Delicious wings and buffalo chicken dip with no Cross contamination!
Gluten Free Menu, knowledgeable staff. Regular menu is good too!
they have a gluten free menu, although it is not a dedicated kitchen, they have a lot of options.
Yes
Manager came over to assure me that they use a dedicated GF fryer and will make all the GF marinades upon request to avoid cross contamination. Really friendly staff!
Worst service. Was told over the phone they could accommodate Gluten Free for Celiacs. Got here and waited a long time for a table. Dirty tables not being used. Finally was seated and was told by a waitress that they can’t do gluten free. Rude manager. Waitresses too busy taking selfies to wait on tables.
