Gluten-Free at Planet Hollywood

Was able to get a burger with a wonderful GF bun! They brought out potato wedges instead of fries which were delicious! The waiter also asked about my Gluten intolerance vs allergy/celiac which made me feel comfortable!

Talked to three people including a manager about tortillas asking if they were cooked in a shared fryer. The server went to check and never came back. The manager looked at me weird, didn’t respond and walked away. Food came out and the GM delivered it. He asked if I was celiac and I said yes. He told me it was a shared fryer then still tried to give me the food. I don’t trust them.

Waiter was super knowledgeable, manager came out to confirm everything. There is no gluten free fryer contrary to what some say on this page. You can ask for oven roasted fries though. I had the salmon. The manager and chef said they had GF soy sauce but you have to ask. It was very good and I felt safe eating here.

Das Ambiente ist zwar nicht so "edel" und die Preise auch sehr gehoben, jedoch ist die Auswahl an glutenfreien Alternativen einzigartig im Disneyland und auch der Service und das Wissen der Mitarbeiter hervorragend. Mit Zöliakie hat man hier die einzige Möglichkeit, was Essbares und auch gut Zubereitetes zu finden.

I had a burger on a gf bun. They chef made me “fries” but they were just potato wedges. Food was nothing special, but I enjoyed my burger. Would definitely eat it again.

I gave it 3 stars bc the food was actually really good but even though the server said the ribs and fries were gluten free .. I don’t think they were or there was cross contamination bc my daughter and I both felt it afterwards .. sadly bc the food was so good!

Best and easiest place for glutenfree food at Disney. Great service, not that great food. Very easy to see what was glutenfree with their online menu. I ordered a chicken burger that game with a side of fries, driest burger I’ve ever had. The taste was nice but it was just way too dry

Excellent experience. They do not have a gluten free menu, and nothing is marked on the menu, but when I asked my server he immediately sent over the manger to help specifically craft a meal gf for me. He also assured me it’s specially marked on the ticket, he notified the chef, and it came out separately. They have a gluten free bun option for chicken sandwiches or burgers, the manager told me all sauces are gf (but always double check this was at the time I was there), and they said they have a dedicated gf fryer. Very pleasant experience!

They had an online gluten free menu and were well aware of the measurements which should be taken with a gluten free meal. The service was very good. One evening we ordered hamburger with a gluten free bun and gluten free French fries and ice cream for dessert and the other evening we ordered pizza margherita and ice cream for dessert. They had more options for dinner and dessert. This was probably the only restaurant which could really take car for a gluten free meal in the whole of Disneyland Paris.

Son and I are both celiac and very sensitive. We enjoyed burgers, potato wedges and a smoothie and didn’t get ill. Waiter was knowledgable. No gf menu. I’d definitely eat there again.

amazing experience! the place is a spectacle on its own! The service is exceptional! The food is very good. They don't have an exclusive GF menu, I confess that I was a little afraid, but they present the options and make your food right away, separate from the others! It was a great experience!

Great experience overall! They do not have a specific gluten free menu, but the waiter had the manager come talk to me about how they could make certain meals gluten free for me and even mentioned other allergens (like lactose in the hamburger buns) which was helpful since I’m intolerant of that too. I wish they would have had a few other options to choose from, but not a big deal. Highly recommend checking it out!

Enjoyed a lettuce-wrapped 1/2 lb. cheeseburger. It was delicious! Fries are cooked in a shared fryer so I was offered another side - I chose the green bean medley which was a large serving of fresh mixed veggies cooked just right. Mashed potatoes are also GF. Fresh brewed iced tea and a scoop of ice cream rounded out the meal after a long day of walking. It’s a small restaurant but has some interesting memorabilia to enjoy. Service was great too.

They are super nice I am here for a school trip and they asked if anyone had any allergies or any food sensitivities and they were really good about handling my gf request since I am allergic to gluten

Thank god for Planet Hollywood in Disneyland Paris. If you are celiac it may save your vacation like it saved ours. Disneyland Paris as a whole (hotels, Village, parks) would need to improve just to be considered bad for celiac allergy. Planet Hollywood is the one bright spot. Ended up eating at Planet Hollywood every day while at Disneyland Paris and they had plenty of options.

Took a chance knowing they didn’t have a gluten free menu, or even items listed as such on their menu. That said, our waitress was very helpful and listed items that she knew were bad (breakfast potatoes were dusted with flour) and the manager told the kitchen of our restrictions. I ordered the huevos rancheros with a side of fresh fruit.Food was good, BUT I got sick a few hours later so despite their friendliness and caution, I was glutened.So I’d say they are unsafe for Celiac, but they get two stars for trying.

Incredible amount of menu options. Waiter taking the order understood gluten free and didn't act like it was an issue at all. 3 pages on the menu for gluten free alone which I really appreciated.

Overpriced because it’s in the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, but they actually have the chef come out and approve what you order. The chef actually filled out a special sheet and my food was delivered separately. I loved that!

The chef came out to let me know what was gluten free on the menu. There was a language barrier so unfortunately he was not helpful at all. I was worried about what I was going to eat as the chef was not able to tell me. He was only able to say there is a separate fryer. I asked if the burgers were gluten free after reading reviews on this app, he was able to say yes. Not very reassuring. Food was good, I got a burger, had GF bun and came with steak fries.

Staff was knowledgeable. I ordered the OMG burger with mashed potatoes. Fries they said wasn’t safe because they don’t always change the oil. The GF bun was delicious. No issues, didn’t react. Very pleased. Will go again.

Freddie was a super server, and at first mention, was eager to accommodate our celiac daughter. I had already emailed in advance asking about specific menu items, and was promply replied to by the food director, so I know what she was ordering. She got nachos, and wanted to give it 10 stars out if 5! A safe, relaxed meal. Wush there were more artifacts, though. :-)
