I was recently DXd and was super happy to know that Urban Bricks was GF friendly. I had the Cauliflower crust and 3 little piggies toppings and didn't have any troubles. It was actually really good and the guys that were working that day were super helpful and friendly.

Ordered a half white shroom on a gluten free crust and no reaction. The gf crust is vegan. They also offer a cauliflower crust that is gf, but mixed with some cheese so not vegan. To help mitigate cross-contam, they scraped the oven before making mine. Everything is baked in the same oven so your reaction may vary since it’s not totally separate. Overall it was a good pizza. Felt doughy even though it was gf. The white shroom has always been my favorite, even when before going gf.

Not helpful. They have cauliflower crust but manager said it’s only gluten friendly, not gluten free. It also has milk in it. Couldn’t find anything safe to it and manager wouldn’t help.

There GF pizza is by far the best and the dedicated kitchen is awesome!!! I had this listed on google at 5 stars and will do it again once they get it back in stock. I've gone in twice since the first and both times they didn't have GF in stock.

Having gluten free options is awesome. Pizza was delicious. My non-gluten free son had the Big Daddy Mac and said it was “sexy”. I think that means unbelievably good.
The Manager/staff are aware and attentive of allergies. They have a separate station for gluten-free orders and station for other allergies.

Pizza was not very good. I could have gotten frozen gf pizza at Costco that tastes better. The staff was not very nice and they were stingy with the toppings. I'd only go back if I was hungry and there was no where else to eat.
They did a great job dealing with both gluten and dairy issues! My daughter is celiac and they changed their gloves and used a seperate oven. Crust was great!
AMAZING PLACE, LOVE IT!!!!!! Family friendly, coolest draft beer system ever!!!!!!
Dedicated oven for gluten Free pizza!!! Which was so good!!!!

I don’t recommend this place. Though they have all the allergy friendly options, the staff doesn’t care if they contaminate your food. The cashier was wiping excess flour off of crusts into the sauces. Manager was rude too.

They were careful to avoid cross contamination but the gluten-free pizza crust does not taste very good.

They have gluten free pizza crust and vegan cheese, which is great, but the crust was not very good. More like a tortilla that was burnt on the edges.

Came here excited for a good GF pizza. Crushed. The nice young man at the counter, when I mentioned the positive reviews, said “corporate” had mandated changes and they now did it differently. He said they were “gluten friendly.” That means the separate prep areas and ovens are no more. I’m thankful that this young man was honest and told me the odds of cross contamination were pretty high. Sadly, another gluten free place gets crossed off my list.

This was the worst tasting gluten-free pizza I have ever had. Do not waste your money. Many better tasting options in town. I did not react to it at all and their topic selection was great. Even changed gloves, but wasn't worth the money for taste.
They only had one side open. I’ve eaten there In The past and they had both sides open and the dedicated oven. I was told that the other side is just a backup for the main side.. they are not celiac friendly at all anymore. I think the staff was just lazy and didn’t want to be accommodating very disappointed and will never go back.
That’s probably the BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. They make their dough in house.. the freshness cannot be matched.
A friend of mine ordered a gluten-free pizza (allergy option was selected) for delivery, she ended up in ER that night, and they refused to pay her ER bills. It was clearly a regular dough pizza, and they didn't care about their customer and their own mistake.

Best gluten free crust we have had since celiac diagnosis a year ago. They immediately changed gloves and washed hands without asking. Complete separate prep area. And delicious! Wishing we had one in Austin/cedar Park area :)

I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease and this has been a refreshing option since this is celiac friendly rather than just gluten free friendly. The staff change their gloves and handle my pizza with care-- they even used different pizza cutters! Also an added bonus is that the have a section of benches outside that is pet friendly. Love!!!

They have gluten free pizza crust and since it is set up like a Jason's Deli and you literally have someone build the pizza in front of you, you can choose from many different options and avoid other foods that may cause problems for you. Don't miss the Gelato for dessert, either!

When we ordered gf, they got a separate chef to put on fresh gloves to prepare our pizza. There is a dedicated gf oven. My daughter was over the moon to get to order a pizza that we could give her and was actually tastier than the regular pizza that Daddy ordered (per Daddy). You can order online, too! So glad they choose New Braunfels. Kid friendly and fun!
Ordered online for celiac and I showed up at the restaurant, only one side open for all pizza making and the manager explained that he would not recommend eating the pizza if I had an allergy. He stated that is it bound to be cross contaminated, so I had already paid on line and I took the pizza for my kids. I ate at the location in New Braunfels and they were great. Maybe if they had both sides open it would have been a different outcome. The positive is that my kids were happy!

Separate line and oven. Staff change gloves and are knowledgeable.
Separate gluten free ingredient line and oven. Staff changed gloves without being asked. š

A real gluten free pizza, NOT Udi's!!. The risk of cross contamination must be high in such a place but out of sheer hunger we tried it, Ssoooooo good. And although we are very sensitive, we didn't have a reaction.
This is a great little pizza place with fresh ingredients. The gluten free crust is wonderful and tender unlike other places' cardboard. The even deliver!!!
My 12 year old daughter has celiac, and it was refreshing to find a place where we could all eat and she would be safe. The gluten-free pizza crust is delicious and the manager and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. When you ask for gluten-free pizza crust the first thing they ask is "Is that a preference or an allergy?" We said "Allergy," and the server changed her gloves and went to the back room where the GF crusts are made. They use a paper liner under the crust, on which they write "allergy." I then saw the manager clean the stone in the oven before baking the GF pizza. He baked it by itself, and then cut it with a clean, dedicated cutter. The staff really seem to know how to avoid cross-contamination and my daughter did not get sick afterward. Also, this location is much cleaner than the other one on La Cantera Pkwy. When we visited that location a few weeks ago, there was flour absolutely everywhere, and my daughter did end up getting sick.
