Lots of options and gluten free choices clearly labelled. Items marked if they have gluten and easy access to their allergen info for their toppings. Is also self serve.
They label their frozen yogurts by allergen and have lots of gluten free options. They offered to get any toppings fresh from the back. Wonderful experience.
Several machines were out of order. All flavors that were working appeared to be GF. Toppings are easy to cross-contaminate as they are self serve and in small bins.
Very clean, all the toppings were neat, the counters were wiped down, and the staff was very friendly. Flavors were clearly marked as GF, Vegan, Dairy free etc, as well as other flavors having allergen warnings for eggs, dairy and wheat. (And I was sad to learn that Dole Whip has gluten đ)
We had an awesome experience here. Most of the flavors were gluten free today. Everything was marked and I even doubled checked them on the corporate website. They even had the one non-gf flavor in a separate machine as to not have it mixed in with a gf variety which some other fro-yo places we frequent do. Our celiac had no issues even hours after eating. Of course, we never ever have toppings just the frozen yogurt. We will return.
All of the yogurt is clearly marked which are gluten or dairy free. Staff is very willing to get new toppings out of the back to assure no cross contamination. The hot fudge is not labeled so we didn’t try it but they had a bottle of Hershey’s organic 5 ingredient chocolate syrup that is clearly labeled at the register.
Flavors labeled and information available for toppings.
Every flavor is labeled for gluten and dairy, and most flavors are gluten free. Staff will let you check packages on all toppings for allergens/ingredients, and get toppings from the back to avoid cross contamination. It’s been wonderful to keep this favorite treat in the rotation after my daughter’s celiac diagnosis.
6 mo. ago two of the yogurts and one being vanilla ice cream was sour. I told the new clerk (under new ownership) and she says she just changed it, basically she was arguing that it wasn’t. I told her to taste it. I know sour milk when I taste it. Wasted my money. I will not go back to this one.
I had a sub! So yummy! My family loved the regular pizza. Can't wait to try the GF pizza.
Really nice staff. Great variety of gf yogurts. Had a concern about the toppings potentially being contaminated (by people dropping various gluten containing toppings into non-gluten toppings) and the worker, Kaitlyn, brought a new (non-contaminated) container out full of the toppings I wanted.
Great place! Most of the yogurt flavors are gluten free. Tons of topping options! Inside is decorated super cute, too. :)
Love it. Be careful with the toppings as some people get a bit sloppy and some gluten containing items could drop into the ones that are considered gluten free but this location is pretty clean and keeps a good eye on things
delicious frozen yogurt
Great frozen yogurt. Just .49 per ounce. Everything either says gluten free or contains gluten.
Sweet Frog has an extensive allergy list of all of their flavors and they are clearly listed on sign over the machine. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is the open topping bins which can lead to contamination and while the staff showed me how to determine the yogurt they stopped their service there and did not offer any non contaminated toppings.
Above each yogurt machine is the name and all allergens, if it has a g it contains gluten. The first time I went I didn't know that and the staff was extremely helpful by going through a binder with all the names of the yogurts I could have. Almost all are gluten free. The toppings are pretty easy to tell which is gluten free and not.
SweetFrog does a great job of offering and labeling allergy-friendly frozen yogurt, unlike Iggys. I did not have to guess if the SweetFrog NY cheesecake flavor had gluten. The label said gluten free. For dairy and gluten, it will either say contains [allergen], or [allergen] free. Other allergens are only listed if the flavor contains them, such as peanuts, eggs, or soy. (It would be obnoxious to put peanut free on every other flavor, including mint.) There are also some non-fat and no-sugar-added flavors (when I was there it was NSA vanilla.)There is chance for cross contamination, especially when it comes to the toppings which range from fruit to Oreos.
all froyo is labeled gf or not. toppings are pretty obvious
wish there were more GF flavors ...
All of the flavors are clearly marked from allergens
