NO GF options here. Personally I have found all of Vegas terrible for GF options and have sat watching my family eat many meals whilst here
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with gf bun and sweet potato fries. Had a reaction but not sure from what. I’d be careful here.
Fries not GF. According to the counter person they are fried in same oil as onion rings. No separate prep area and despite only being open 30 minutes, the buns and crumbs next to the grill are concerning for a celiac.
Waitress was knowledge about what was Gluten-free.
I ordered the king burger with cheese and without any dressings (Lettuce etc). Thr gluten-free bun is an additional $3 but this is the tastiest GF burger bun I've ever had it was super soft and quite large in size! I also had sweet potato fries which were insanely delicious!

I was starving on rt 15 through rural PA when we made a gas stop at the Exxon on rt 14. There was a subway (no gf roll), a yogurt place (closed until warmer weather) and a Fat Burger. Huge win!!! Thank you Fat Burger! I was thrilled to see they had gf buns. I ordered an original Fat Burger and it was delicious!!! The bun was soft and not crumbly. Fries are made in a shared fryer for the less sensitive non-celiacs. Happy tummy.
Fat burger in Santa Clarita is also not gluten-free friendly plus the service is terrible.
They have gluten-free buns and dairy free cheese! They do have vegan options such as subbing with an Impossible Burger.

Offer a gluten free bun, and dairy free cheese and vegan and gluten free shakes! Definitely a possibility of cross contamination.
Great burger choices including of course beef, veggie, Impossible, Turkey, and Chicken, all available on a Gluten Free bun. Or served with two patties and no bun (the lettuce and tomato are in between!). Also GF Fries and fried Sweet Potatoes. It’s been a long time since I’ve junk-fooded out, and it won’t be long until I go back.
Gluten Free Buns are offered. I don’t think there’s a separate fryer for fries, and onion rings are on the menu. So Celiacs beware.
Great gluten-free buns for a small charge. Not a dedicated gluten free place so do not attend if you need to avoid cross contamination. I am unsure if they are willing to prepare it in a different space so if you’re willing to try! Still delicious burger and they have gluten free and vegan options!
I talked to the manager and nothing is separated. Everything is grilled together, so not safe for celiac person.
Disappointing. Only thing GF was the burger- fries not GF. For $15, I expected a lot more. Burger was just okay. Service was incredibly slow- one person in the kitchen the entire dinner rush. I should’ve gone somewhere else.
Hands down the most delicious gluten free hamburger buns- ANYWHERE. Better than Chik-fil-A! And dairy free options like vegan cheese and vegan milkshakes- best burger I’ve had in ages. 10/10 and it blows everywhere else out of the water- red robin tastes like crap compared to fatburger.
Fries are not safe, cooked in shared frier and oil. Had a burger on GF bun and no reaction. Tasty!
They were doing a really good job there for a while and I’m not sure if they got new staff or what, but these people have given me a gluten bun every time I ordered and I’ve had to toss the food. Be careful eating here.
I’m gluten free and dairy free, and had never eaten fatburger even before my dietary issues. This place has gluten free options, vegan milkshakes, and dairy free cheese!!!

Able to get all burgers on GF bun with upcharge. Fries are not fried in dedicated fryer and they do fry breaded chicken and onion rings in the same fryer that are not GF. Offer vegan milkshakes made with certified GF Craig’s cashew based ice cream and coconut milk whipped cream. All shakes (vegan and cow milk based) are GF except cookies and cream or peanut butter. Fat fries are GF (but fried in shares fryer at this location as of 6/26/22). The skinny fries are not GF per Fatburger franchise website. Also have chicken wings and sweet potato fries which both are NOT GF
Not sure if the change is due to covid, however, as of today the staff at Fatberger state: no dedicated fryer, so no fries. Buns and meat cooked on same grill and use the same utensils.
My son is celiac and these folks offer gf buns, only gf fries are cooked here. He ate a burger and fries and even had a shake with zero issues! Thanks so much for making it possible for him to enjoy a burger again
Great burgers. My wife is celiac and loves their homemade buns for the GF burgers. The non GF food is great also for the loved ones of the celiacs out there. Friendly family owned business.
They have GF buns. Server confirmed the fries were not safe, but the burger was so big and good that I didn't need fries! The server spoke to the cook to ensure my burger and everything else was prepared separately and away from everything else. They all seemed very aware of cross contamination.
They have gluten free UDI’s buns but everything is prepped in the same area and were unwilling to take any precautions to avoid cross contamination. Not celiac friendly at at

Fantastic hamburger! Had the fries, which I'm pretty sure were cooked in a shared fryer, with no reaction.

Went to try them a couple of months ago. It was 6:30 on a weekend. They were open for a few more HOURS but we were informed "sorry we are closed." Apparently they had staff not show up so they just closed for the night. What? I don't need to try again despite the GF buns.
Both my children and I are very sensitive/reactive to gluten. so when I found fat burger on here and read reviews of a dedicated fryer and gluten free buns I was extatic. we are on vacation and it's so hard to find restaurants that offer this. however,upon ordering they informed me that when the one fryer goes down they cook breaded chicken in the "gluten free dedicated " fryer, which then obviously contaminates it. my 7 yr old and 9 yr old were very bummed we didn't get to have fries. we did get our gf burgers though and here's to hoping gloves were changed and we don't get glutened. for the sake of the rest of our trip. in Laughlin NV. .
Dedicated fryer for French fries. Udi's buns available. Burger cooked separate from buns which are toasted. Make sure they don't toast the Udi's bun.

We just went to try this location and were told they heat the buns on the same grill with the hamburgers and the bacon contains gluten. So they couldn't guarantee no cross contamination even though they have gluten free buns.
They cook all of the buns and burgers on the same grill. Lots of cross contamination.
