Only gluten free items on the menu were salads and the salmon. Also one of the tacos but those were an appetizer. The steaks aren’t even labeled as gluten free. We got up and left. Disappointing

I have eaten here many times but it's been a few years. Never had a problem. Tonight the bartender told me there is a good chance everything is cross contaminated. Like most California restaurants, they apparently only cater to those who pretend to be gluten free.

There are not any GF options available. Upon request, a burger without a bun was offered. Even the salad dressing has gluten.

I have eaten there multiple times with friends. I usually order salmon, broccoli and salad and don’t have issues. Always fantastic service. I have gluten and nut allergies.

They didn’t have a separate gluten free menu but we asked what was gluten free and they knew and also told us options they could make gluten free. Really good food.

Ask at front desk for info but no menu. Food was fine but service terrible. I’d go elsewhere.

The waitress was nice but she had to ask if they had a gluten free bun and didn’t know the fries had to be cooked in a separate fryer. I ordered the kale salad instead to be safe because it had “gfo” next to it on the menu. My salad came out with croutons all up in it :( seriously? I had to watch my boyfriend eat while I waited for a new salad and I hate feeling like the annoying gluten free customer :(

I'd give it a zero if possible. Are there yesterday. The service was bad. They have no gluten free menu and the server had no idea what gluten was. Horrible. On top of this, it wasn't that busy at 9am...no exaggeration when I say it was 50 minutes from the time we ordered until she brought out 1 meal. Then 5 minutes later the rest came out. Please don't waste your money. The Handlery Hotel recommends this place because it's downstairs... but you'd be much happier at Chipotle, 10 feet down the street.

The food was marginal. Maybe a step above Denny's but still just an average hotel-based restaurant. We had breakfast there, but not planning to go back.

Not safe for celiacs. Panko encrusted items on the menu labeled "gluten friendly" I left because they obviously don't know what they are doing

Cobb omelette was delicious! No gluten free toast, but a great breakfast anyways!

Very knowledgeable waitress who knew exactly how to cook for celiac..She also had several very good suggestions for breakfast items..

it looks like the reviews are mixed and I can see why. Here is my take. I came for breakfast. The menu was not marked at all. However the waitress was helpful. options are very limited to items that don't use bread or the fryer. No GF bread available today. The omelet I had was good.

Not happy They no longer have a gluten free menu!! Why are they in this app???

My celiac child ordered rice with vegetables. It is listed as a gluten free dish . It came with balsamic glaze on vegetables. Not Gluten Free! They apologized and cooked a new one but the chef should have known!!

Gluten free items are identified on the menu with an icon. I have had the tilapia and the simply grilled filet mignon and enjoyed both. Very helpful staff and relaxing environment. Wish there were more dessert options but other than that pretty good food.

Agreed. Safe options are bland. And minimal. And if you go for lunch, hey! You can have salad. That's about it. At least for dinner they offer steak. If you CAN find something they serve that is to your palate, they scrub down the kitchen to avoid cross contamination, so they're at least aware. It's just... not much to choose from. I won't be going back.

Service is a bit slow and it was not that busy. Not many choices to pick from the menu. Had mandori chicken which was very good. It was a large portion. The starter salads are a good portion. The waiter said it wasn't. Not sure how much a side order of grilled chicken would have been. For lunch this place is expensive.

GF options are pretty limited, but very clearly marked on the menu, and staff seems very knowledgeable.

It would be no stars if I could. My 'ham and cheddar' Omelet had a melted slice of American for cheese in it, and the fried potatoes were still raw. My wife's food smelled spoiled. WAY over priced for breakfast. Find somewhere else...

Food was ok. It was gf but a little over cooked. Waitress was awful. She forgot our drink so we asked for someone else to get it. Couldn't find her for the bill either so we had to ask someone else to get it.

Great food and service. They were very accommodating to gluten, dairy and nut allergies. Great quality food. Clean eating

I've eaten at the DC location many times & they used to have a separate GF menu. Now everything is on the same menu and says "GFO" for gluten free option. Kinda confusing and annoying for a celiac. There's literally nothing else nearby that's legit. Grilled petit filet, asparagus & baked potato 🍷

Server was very helpful. The chicken Caesar salad was good.

Excellent service and menu choices with gluten free options. I had the wild salmon which was cooked to perfection! It is in the theater district, and the food is fresh, so you will pay top dollar. It's worth it to me to have a Knowledgeable staff and excellent food. We ate dinner here and it was lovely. They were also conscientious about our time as we were on our way to the theater.

Been here a couple times. This restaurant has been through a certification process to learn how to avoid cross contamination, so that always makes me feel a bit more comfortable. Good selection. Will be back.

I was a bit concerned because of some negative reviews, but because of time, I had to grab something close to the hotel. I asked for and received a GF menu for breakfast. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet. I had the Cobb omelette. It was too large but very good. Service was friendly and excellent. They seem very knowledgeable and concerned about cross contamination. The down side is there are no carbohydrates except for the fruit. And unfortunately I am also allergic to one of the fruits offered in the fruit salad so I had to get the tomatoes. It gets three stars because, what they fix is very well done. But because a low carbohydrate meal is not that palatable to me, I would probably not go back. But in a pinch, breakfast is a safe option if you do not miss the bread and potatoes.

Originally from New Orleans, Seattle has been my home for almost 15 years now. Blair cured my homesickness with the best service I've ever had in Seattle. His knowledge of the menu and gluten free options was masterful, refreshing, and solid. He was quick to suggest thoughtful alternatives to items that contain gluten delighting my Foodie self and meeting my medical needs. This was our first time at the Daily Grill. Thanks to Blair, we would go out of our way to return.

They had a GF menu but the salad I had was OK and that was much better than the entree! I went with Grilled Salmon w/Asparagus an it arrives w/no seasoning whatsoever. I had to add salt to both just to get some flavor (I rarely if ever use salt).

This is not a cheap place to eat so feeling not so good walking away from this dining experience.

They use shared equipment to cook their food, but at least they were up front about it. I didn't end up eating, just had a drink.

I was so disappointed when I got sick after eating the Cobb salad off the gluten free menu. It was a relatively minor reaction so I am guessing it is a cross-contamination issue. I have moderate gluten intolerance so anyone with severe intolerance or celiac beware.

Idk how this place got five stars. Yes, they have gluten free options but the food tastes terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if they made the omelets in bulk. I wouldn't recommend. Tourist trap.
