Unfortunately they have changed from an off site prep area to one with cross contamination. They no longer will say the gluten free crust pizzas are fully gluten free.
Absolutely do not eat here. They cross contaminate on purpose (due to laziness) and will serve it to the customer knowing they cut it with a dirty knife on a used dirty cutting board. They are not careful though they were trained management and the owner say Gluten free is a diet not a health concern. And told employees that it was not a big deal to cross contaminate. I know due to a niece working here. A customer got very sick yesterday the niece told the manager you cannot serve that you contaminated it and the manager said it didn’t matter at all and served it. Owner knew and said it wasn’t a big deal. So avoid this establishment
It didn’t bother me at all best gf crust I’ve ever had wish all locations had this option
Best crust ever !!!!!!!!!
Have certified GF pizzas (pepperoni or cheese) you can take and bake or you can do GF pizzas cooked at the store with whatever toppings you want but then it is not guaranteed to not encounter some potential cross contamination. I’ve had it cooked there and haven’t gotten sick! I also have gotten the bone-in buffalo wings and haven’t gotten sick. There’s definitely potential for cross contamination with the fryers and the ovens but I have had good luck so far and haven’t gotten sick! (celiac)
Gluten free crust was very delicious, staff was very knowledgeable about what topping were safe, even was a celiac tag on the pizza box!
Staff was a bit nervous but that was ok. They talked thru the precautions they would take. Wash hands, individual tray, separate cutter. Pizza was good. Box maked with special sticker. Small but that was expected. Had cheese and pepperoni. Willing to add toppings but couldn't guarantee cc on those.
The staff was knowledgeable about celiacs and the importance of GF and cross contamination. They informed us that it came prepackaged, and had the toppings already on it. When questioned about their safe handling and equipment the reply was instant “Oh no ma’am, you’re good. That’s GF, that gets cleaned equipment.” Very nice, very supportive of the GF process. They even put a bright green sticker on the box stating Gluten Free DO NOT cross contaminate! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is LLC of topping selection (out of necessity for them, but it is what it is.) I highly recommend them!!!
They have a take out pizza that is completely sealed and boxed to be baked at home. My 7 year old Celiac son didn't even realize it was a gluten-free pizza, and frankly I couldn't tell the difference either! Highly recommend!
There are no dine in options available for gluten-free, however.
Gluten free pizza had under cooked dough and over cooked toppings. They get it pre-prepaired and cooked so it's not their fault but they should change supplier. Very disappointed. Only 3 pizza options.
They have a small-size gluten free pizza option. It was served on its own pan. It was one of the best GF pizza crusts I've had! I will definitely be back for more!
Celiac friendly, but horrible in all other areas. Bad customer service, the pizza was still frozen in the middle besides being the worst I have ever had, very dirty and dingy. Will never go back!
Pretty good. Does have potential for cross contamination. The pizza is premade and frozen.
