They take a few precautions to prevent cross contamination upon request, its "hit" or "miss" sometimes. Ordered Anything/Everything Salad, baked potato (always order potato unsliced to prevent contamination). Will NEVER order a steak again! They have to clean grill & order takes 45 mins-1 hr to prepare (even when they're not busy).

Unwilling to eat at Logan's until corporate updates the GF menu which hasn't been updated since 2016. According to the restaurant manager they have asked for an updated menu since the ingredients now used have changed, but no such update has been completed.

They do have a gluten free menu and the waiter did understand what gluten was. Unfortunately first salad he brought out had croutons on it. Even though he replaced it, I got sick after eating here.

There are a few gluten free items on the menu, however I have been here twice and have gotten sick both times from cross contamination.

They are not celiac friendly. Cooks don’t even know what’s gluten free and what’s not. Very disappointed.

Logan’s has a VERY detailed allergen menu and also includes cross contamination warnings on some items. You have to ask for the menu up front. Service was fantastic.

I usually get the steak and steamed broccoli with a side salad (no croutons) just be aware that their butter is NOT GF. So no baked potatoes. Otherwise the food is great and our server was very helpful.

Asked for GF menu. Server had to get it from manager. It arrived looking well-used, but it was provided. Servers not familiar with GF. Pork chops are delicious!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible food, horrible service. 0 gluten free knowledge. I am not picky and this place is completely intolerable for me.

Our server was sweet and friendly, but not sufficiently trained to deal with dietary restrictions. The dairy free steamed broccoli I ordered had been obviously buttered. Cannot recommend for the dairy-sensitive.

I ordered 12 oz sirloin with sautéed mushrooms and baked sweet potato. The steak was cooked perfect. The sweet potato was large, served with butter and cinnamon. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I had no adverse affects. Will certainly eat there again.

Filet mignon had no flavor, homemade chips were so salty I couldn’t eat them. It seemed we were a bother & our waitress didn’t want to help us.

Yes
Do not eat here! Staff noted that they had two types of butter and one had wheat in it. They assured me that food was safe but I was so sick within an hour. This happened a couple years ago and I have not been back since. Not worth it to me to be as sick as I got!

Went at lunch time on a Thursday had to wait to get waited on and another 35’ only to be served a salad with croutons all over it after specifically stating up front with the understanding that I could not have the croutons. Guess what? I left, won’t be back anytime soon.
You have to make it up off their menu and hope they pay attention.
Server awareness is key.

Very limited gluten free menu... VERY LIMITED. Don't expect to eat here is you also have a shellfish allergy. Found out they have shared cooking surface for all proteins.
We are not celiac, and don't worry too much about cross contamination. (We avoid direct ingestion due to an autoimmune disorder.) I asked if they had a gluten free menu, they do not, but the manager did come out to talk to us. Basically all of the meats are gluten free, and they will cook it on a separate grill if you alert the waitress. They were very careful, even asking if it was safe to put bread out on the table. I feel like they were very informative, accommodating, and concerned about making sure our food was safe BUT I'm not sure I would feel comfortable eating here if we had an actual allergy or celiac.
No
I have several food allergies (not just gluten/wheat) that affect me internally not externally. Waitress and mgr were polite, answered my questions to avoid cross contact/contamination however I had issues almost immediately. Meal tasted good but sadly I cannot return. I ordered steak and veggie kabobs plain (without seasonings) so either clean utensils were not used or the grill wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as mgr said it is.
They do have gluten free menu. Salmon was ok. Broccoli was very overcooked. Ribeye was also overcooked and lacked flavor
The waitresses knew nothing about gluten issues. I ended up getting sick, I was really careful.

Very accommodating! Little needs to be done when it comes to altering menu items (other than croutons on salad). All gluten allergens are available online so you can look ahead of time!
We have had pretty good luck with Logan’s until today. Daughter got salad after talking to the manager about safe options. After one bite she was feeling sick. Breaks my heart! If you have Celiac this is not a safe place.
No
Had salad, steak and sweet potato. Very good and good service.
If you want steak and a baked potato with a vegetable skewer, this is the place to go, because that is all you can get safely. Their allergen menu does not match what the kitchen says. Trust the kitchen and the fantastic staff over corporate.

Staff was friendly but not sure they were truly up to speed in what gluten free is. I had ribs, plain, a baked potato, plain, as the waiter said the cheese and bacon bits and sour cream had gluten???? Food was ok but was sicker than a dog about an hour later. Will not be back
You need a much better gluten free menu that is not so hard to read. I love your food and I need to find out what I can still eat there. Thanks in advance!
They are not gluten free they are also not educated on what gluten is (they said cheese has gluten in it). Red Robin down the street was wonderful and very accommodating.

They do have a gf menu and manager was very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was good and a big enough portion that I could share an adult entre with my gf daughter.
Yes
Had steak it was over done. Order sweet potato but they had no gluten free butter and rude about it. Not to friendly. Won’t be back
The staff knew nothing about gluten free. Brought me my order with croutons on the salad. The chicken cane with rice (listed with gluten in it on their website), which wasn’t even listed as a side with my order. I had ordered just broccoli and salad, no sauce. Chicken had sauce. The item I ordered didn’t even have sauce listed. I feel like they ordered me some thing completely different. I saw red flags when they brought out my white wine and it was red, and she said it was Pinot Grigio....

Plenty on their GF menu to choose from. Server was great. Steak was super fatty for a strip, but all in all, was a safe eating experience. No for those with Peanut allergy!!
It took over 10 minutes to get a GF menu, got served the wrong order. Service was terrible. We’ve been to this restaurant before with no issues. Will try again 1 more time
Yes
No one here knows anything about gluten-free and don’t care if you’re accommodated. Yes, there’s salad. Just salad. Hold the croutons.
No
The waitress was very knowledgeable and they have a separate 1pg gf menu. I ordered a salad with ranch dressing. When she brought my salad, she said their ranch wasn’t gf. I told her it was on the gf menu. So I tried another dressing. She came back with two vinaigrettes (yuck) and said she was sorry that the menu was wrong, but she had checked with her manager and these were the only gf dressings they had. I ended up bringing the salad home and adding my own dressing. I didn’t get sick, but I also didn’t get to enjoy my meal with my family. đ
Ask when we went in about GF. Hostess got out the menu. I told the waitress more than once was celiac and needed everything to be GF. Several selections of meat..salad..dressings and plenty of sides. When I ordered I asked the waitress to write on my order.. GF..she did and then I ordered. Manager came around 3 times to check on me and assured me she put the order through and it was GF. I appreciated that. When the food was brought out I asked again and was assured. When they brought rolls I asked them to hand then to my hubby. They did. Great experience. Great food. No problems. Will go again!
We were provided with a gluten-free menu. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Yes
gluten free menu available. staff knowledgeable. we enjoyed ribs and a steak with vegetables sides and potatoes.

not many choices.. WAY better off at an Outback Steakhouse with a Lot more to offer. same basic fare
I had to send back my salad because of croutons on it. I stressed that I had a food allergy and sent it back to be remade. I think they thought it was a joke because they hid the croutons in my salad. I talked to the manager about what happened and me and my family left never to be back again
No
Can order a steak with no seasoning and cooked on foil to be gluten free
I order 6 oz sirloin steak, baked potato with sour cream and butter, grilled mushroom skewer. I always inform the server I can’t have gluten so she doesn’t bring the bread for me. I have eaten there at least 5 times and haven’t been sick. They do have a gluten free menu on their website.
Ed, has Celiac, very accommodatiing.

Loved it. Server was knowledgeable about Celiac Disease / gluten-free diet. Knew where to find their gluten-free menu. He made sure everything was cooked & safely served. A great place to eat with family and friends (you don't feel like your missing out because of your special needed diet)!

From Kansas City but visiting family here, girl friend really wanted Logan's, manager came out and we discussed everything, had to look up the gluten free menu online but they said they'd clean grill and have due diligence in preparing. I was iffy reading the reviews but apparently they've gotten new management since. I'd definitely recommend this Logan's.
