Regular M&S Simply Food at the Richmond stop on the District Line. Good takeaway prepare fixings for picnic lunch— GF sandwiches, chips, fruit & drinks.

Beware of the soft drinks and check labels before purchase. The M&S own brand diet cola for example contains gluten (which we found out after the bottle was opened).

Always good if you need to grab a sandwich on lunch, or a snack. Also great for gf ready meals, huge gluten free section... breaded chicken burgers, goujons, ready meals, gluten free caramel bites.... best place ever

They have labeled things gluten free and also have a free from section of the fridge with gluten free takeaway sandwiches and pasta salad! Great option to grab something quickly. Also have lots of groceries and it's mostly all healthy

M&S is my favorite spot to hit when in town. Their food halls (located around the city) have individual-sized portions of many items prepacked. While I haven't seen GF sandwiches, I usually opt for an individual serving of chicken/turkey, some fruit, and chips/dessert from their "free from" section. Solo travelers who are celiac, this is a great stop to add to your list!
