Thanks Find Me Gluten Free, we’re traveling through Hays and needed a Pizza. My wife showed up to get it and it’s a frozen take home pizza!! Nothing states that on your site but it does on their web. Paid for it also!
My family loves Papa Murphy’s. Certified gluten-free crust made by Udi's is an option here. Unfortunately as a chain cross contamination may be very likely. I ended up having issues after eating here.

They use Udi’s GF pizza crust. I requested staff to use ingredients from back including clean utensils to help prevent cross contamination and they were willing to do this. I watched her change gloves, and although the surface she used looked clean, I did not watch her clean it.

I have gone a number of times to this location and asked for the GF crust with toppings/sauce from the back. Each time they are SO nice about it I am extremely sensitive and have not had an issue here. They also now offer a DF cheese. The pizzas are take and bake, which I also love!

They have GF pizza. If not too busy my twin and I have had good luck requesting staff to use ingredients from back including clean utensils to help prevent cross contact which is very appreciated with ingredients pulled from unused containers that have not been on main line which is very appreciated. I don’t order it any other way here. Staff will change gloves if asked.

Always really good pizza but cross contamination is rampant š„. I order the gf cheese pizza with extra sauce and take my gluten assist pill. Good coupons on the email and app.

Gone here a couple of times- they can make any pizza on the gluten free dough. It tastes pretty good, just a little tough to chew. They’re precautious and I haven’t had a reaction ever. Owner is super nice as well.

They always do a great job of making sure there is no cross-contamination! The pizza is fantastic. Only thing that could be better is there are no GF dessert/ side options.

They will make nearly any pizza gluten free. The only exceptions are any with items that are not in themselves gluten free. Meaning you can't get the pizzas that have gravies etc because the gravy is not gluten free. Most of it is common sense stuff like that. There's also the risk of some cross-contamination although they do make an effort to lower that risk. I have to say my least favorite thing though is seeing everybody's faces when they get the gluten free order. They follow the rules but nobody's happy about it.

We come here about once a month. They are very knowledgeable about Celiac safe measures. They offer gluten free pizza and have a special counter for preparing it: it's own sauce, cheese, toppings, etc. My daughter hasn't had any problems with their pizza and the whole family enjoys it.

Called to see if they have any gluten allergy procedures at this location. Unfortunately, they do not. All pizzas are made on the front line with shared ingredients. Ok for some, not safe for those with celiac disease.

Disappointed. In CA and AZ, I was able to have them get untouched toppings, to make mine. I moved to TN a week ago, went in and asked if this location would do that. The response..”I can only change spatulas for you.” When I explained about my other experience, she repeated, “I can only switch spatulas.” Bye bye.

My son has Celiac and is very sensitive to trace amounts of gluten. You can opt for crustless “keto-friendly” or the Udi’s crust. This location is good about practices to prevent cross-contamination and my son has not had a reaction after eating here. He actually likes the taste better than some other pizza restaurants that serve GF options.

I ordered over the phone and the manager has celiac. They took out new gloves and got all new ingredients from the back. Also used news spoons. It is a pizza place and of course cross contamination could happen however I love that they did everything they could to prevent it. I’m willing to take that risk. I have never gotten sick from the Owatonna store. Oh by the way, they have a gluten free crust that is sent in not made there or you can get a crust less pizza.

The pizza is always great there, it’s take & bake so they put all the ingredients on but you bake it yourself. They have a gluten-free crust option and if you don’t like crust they even have a crustless pizza option which I have gotten multiple times and loved it, it tastes just like regular pizza. Always fresh ingredients and they make the pizza at the time of the order so it’s not like other chains where they make pizza and keep it around for a while until needed.

I had a great experience here! I’ve been wanting pizza locally and they were great with the extra precautions. The GF crust is pre wrapped and the worker took all of the sauce and ingredients out of fresh containers after changing his gloves. You bake it at home yourself so no CC risk in ovens! They also have DF cheese. It was so so yummy!!

My husband has gone in to pick up pizza for us here and is always a great experience!!
Zack is the guy you want to make your pizza! He takes cross contamination very seriously. When he hears "celiac," he understands what it means. He washes his hands and changes his gloves and apron. I've never gotten sick eating pizza from here. I order the gf veggie pizza and it's so nice to have yummy pizza. The crust is good too!

The chain itself states that they cannot guarantee gluten-free, but the team at this particular restaurant goes above and beyond to provide a completely guaranteed gluten-free pizza. The manager has multiple allergies and sanitizes the entire preparation area and ensures that all of the ingredients are pulled fresh onto the Udi’s gluten-free crust. It was a wonderful experience, and I had absolutely no issues. What a great experience and a great group of people š

When I went in, I told the cashier I had an allergy to gluten and asked if the staff could change their gloves or whatever. Haha, she did not look amused and said, “We change our gloves every time anyway.” I ordered two gluten free pizzas. They only come in medium, and the crusts are premade and wrapped (I think maybe Udi’s). Before I could ask about maybe getting sauce from the back because they use the same utensils on every pizza, she started putting sauce on the crusts. I’m still figuring out my sensitivity level, so I just prayed that I wouldn’t get sick. And I didn’t, whew. The pizza tasted great. The crust wasn’t amazing. Pretty thin. But everything tasted great and I’d go there again.

You have to really REALLY explain to them to use separate gloves, clean surface, & fresh toppings!! I’ve had their pizza multiple times and never got sick from them but I’m slightly over the top when I explain to make my pizza in a separate area. It’s a hassle but worth it. Wouldn’t suggest eating there if your not confident in explaining your situation.

I love the crustless pizza. You can customize them, so I would say they are aware of possible cross-contamination. I have asked for a fresh one to be made, and they were fine with that.

I've ordered here many, many times over the years. When they first got the Udi's crusts, we were told all GF pizzas were prepared in the back in a designated, GF area with all fresh, uncontaminated toppings.
For a long time, that's how it was. Not sure when it changed.
Today, I ordered online. I went in to pick it up, and they were still preparing my pizzas... on the regular pizza line. Great.
It seems that at some point, without notice to their customers, they changed their procedure.
Now, they ONLY prepare in the GF space *IF* you tell them it's an allergy.
Yet, when we've ordered, no one has ever asked; and, there is *NO* notice in the store to let you know this.
(Ordering a GLUTEN-FREE medium pizza that costs more than a regular large pizza isn't enough. :/ )

pizza is Udis and its ok, good price considering others are smaller and more expensive. Pretty good customer service but ask that they use fresh sauce and cheese from back since they use spoon and sauce/cheese on regular pizza and double dip.
Love their take and bake pizzas! Becomes a regular place for my family and I!

They have several toppings that are gluten free. The prepackaged gluten free crust is really good. I recommend ordering while you are there and asking for fresh ingredients asking for fresh gloves. Then you can watch them prepare it.

We’ve been very happy with our pizza here. I still remember what gluten filled pizza tastes like and had given up on GF pizza. This is the best I’ve had and it really does not taste like the typical GF cardboard pizza.

Ordered here tonight and had a great experience. I mentioned on the phone that I was ordering gluten free for an allergy, not for preference and that the prep surface needed to be clean. The girl on the phone said she would be sure to let the kitchen know. When my husband picked up they reassured him that it had been prepped in a safe area. It was delicious and I feel great. We will be going back!
Yes
One of the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten!
The pizza is very good, only comes in the medium size, but you can make your own pizza. It is a little more expensive, but a lot of places add on for GF. But when they have 25% off or bogo
Instead do the normal gluten free crust I went with the crustless Keto style pizza. I told them I have celiacs. They changed their gloves and pulled out all fresh toppings.
Yes
Entire staff, including manager, said the “only thing she could say was Gluten Free was the crust”. Had NO idea if there was gluten in the sauces. We high-tailed it outta-there.
No
They changed their gloves, used a separate prep space, and used toppings/ingredients from separate bins in am effort to minimize pote vital cross-contamination. As previous poster mentioned, the GF pizza only comes in a medium and is on the pricier side....but it sure does taste delicious esp when you're craving pizza š
