I’ve had decent luck at this one (south county mall) but not so much at the Loughborough location. Some ingredients are reached in to by gloved hands — that touch other wheat products. I’m

This is one of the best Qdoba’s. They do a lot of business and the food is always freshly cooked. You build your meal as you go through the line.

I actually work here. Great place. The only things with gluten are the obvious tortillas and deserts. HOWEVER, listed on the allergen list online, it says chips are made with corn tortillas. THIS IS WRONG. I have made the chips, and they are made with flour tortillas. I have rarely gotten sick from this place, but DO NOT TOUCH THE CHIPS.

Safest option here is to get a bowl. Some staff were not aware of what items had Gluten but, after I expressed my concerns with having Celiac several staff now remember me and ensure they take precautions. I always request glove changes and wipe surfaces when I stop.

They have an allergy menu and most ingredients are naturally gluten free, but they take no measures against cross contamination. Most items have tongs or scoops but they roll flour burritos by hand and then stick their hands right in the bins of cheese without changing gloves. I ordered here with family and had to give my food to someone else because seeing them prep other items after my bowl was made, I realized I would be sick.

Much like Chipotle, got a bowl. It was pretty good, felt safe. The safest option is getting a bowl. I wouldn’t have an issue coming back here, felt as though they were careful.

Really good as usual. They have a detailed allergen menu online I recommend looking at previously to ordering. If you tell them you have an allergy, they will change their gloves. **Very similar to Chipotle

Ordered a burrito bowl, all of their toppings are gf except tortilla strips and have tongs so less cross contamination than chipotle. They also will change gloves if asked and get things from the back. They offer corn tortillas for tacos as well! I'm very sensitive and did not get sick eating here, and it's delicious. Bonus points for not charging extra for guac or queso!

This place doesn’t have a clue. I asked about gf items before ordering and was met with a blank stare. Asked someone else, she decided to get the manager. The manager went in the back to get the allergen list. At that point, I left. Didn’t order. It was just too risky.

Fyi, the crispy corn taco shells are now fried in house so there is cross contamination. Suggest a salad or bowl. They are very good about changing gloves. Tasty, too, recommend.

As soon as I said the word “celiac”, the employee started taking off his gloves, he washed his hands, and put on new gloves.
I asked him about their precautions and he explained to me that they would put down foil on the heated press and he’d use new gloves and everything. He didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and he took extra precautions. Highly recommend!!

I wrote a review on Google back in December that sums it up. They used to be good, but have made my wife sick twice and have been miserable and downright mean at times when asking them very kindly to follow the procedures. Most of the problem is a lack of training, but the ownership clearly doesn't care about this aspect of their business enough to solve the problem. See

I enjoyed the food and the guy at the counter was very careful! However I’m very upset because I resent it found out that the chips are not gluten free although employees have told me other wise. I am incredibly upset about this lie! However I’m glad the manager came out to tell me.

The server had no idea what “gluten”, gluten-free, or “I cannot eat wheat” meant. I tried all of these phrases but she looked perplexed, waved a stack of wheat tortillas at me and said, “you want these”?? Someone else overheard and came over to tell her which things I could eat and couldn’t, and then promptly left again. The server did not change her gloves, and left it up to me to pick the items for my bowl that I thought I could eat. The bowl was tasty, but who knows if there was cross-contamination.

Great workers who actively offered to switch gloves and were helpful. Most items on the allergen menu are gluten free, but I knew immediately there was some cross contamination. Would’ve probably had a better experience going earlier in the day when all sides had been made fresh and just placed in the serving area.

I ordered online and used the allergen menu to guide my order. When I arrived they said they couldn’t make it because nothing would be gluten free. I appreciate them telling me rather than making it when they didn’t think it was safe, but I was a bit confused. This could have been one employee unfamiliar with their allergens and cross contamination, so I will give them that. But overall they did not make me feel very confident in their awareness.

Alot of gluten free options! Queso is gluten free. Love the naked burrito!
All of the food here is gluten-free according to the staff person. Except of course the flour burrito wraps. I don’t know what their soft taco wraps are made of. I don’t think they serve crispy tacos. The first person in the assembly line did not know what celiac was (Possible language barrier). The second person knew all the ropes and offered to start my bowl over, to which I agreed. They change their gloves and redid my bowl. That person also knew I might not want lettuce because they touch it with their gloved hands that also touch burritos.

Today, we had the best experience at any Qdoba! It was in Rapid City, SD and I asked the gentleman if he could change his gloves because my daughter has celiac! He not only changed his gloves, but made everyone else change their gloves and then packaged up hers separately! He was so amazing and when we told him “Thank you” for the last time he replies “no worries, I know it’s more than just an intolerance and don’t want her to get sick”!
Again, when we asked if he could change his gloves because of celiac, he was amazing!

All ingredients are GF except the tortillas, unsure about the chips. The person helping me had just returned from break so they were already putting on fresh gloves, but I have a feeling a reminder would have been needed. Had a great experience, food was delicious and I didn’t have to explain anything or ask a bunch of questions.

Server changed gloves and advised me not to have the corn shell as they deep fry it. Had a taco salad. She got a fresh bin of cheese out for me. She was knowledgeable and downright stellar. I’d eat here again. The food was great.
Pretty much the brisket taco salad was the only gluten feee but it was very good.

The server was knowledgeable when I told them that I have celiac disease. She immediately changed her gloves and told all of the other servers. It is NOT a dedicated gluten free kitchen, but similarly to chipotle, the meats and veggies are all GF - avoid the tortillas, potatoes (deep fried), and sauces (except pick de Gallo)

Great place for lunch / dinner. To my knowledge, the only item with gluten is the flour tortillas.
I looked at the allergen sheet and most everything is gluten free except the tacos bc they use flour tortillas. The bowls do not contain wheat. Some of the salad dressings are not gluten free. The chips “may contain [wheat].” I can’t rate on safeness bc I did not eat here. I did not want to risk it since I accidentally ate something with gluten a couple of days ago.
I’ve never had a problem at this qdoba. Andy made my rice bowl and he was so kind about changing his gloves and taking my rice bowl all the way down the line himself to assure I got what I wanted in the safest possible way. I will be returning.

I came in after seeing the positive reviews but was disappointed when the staff told me all the utensils touch flour tortillas. High-risk of cross-contamination, not Celiac friendly. Thankfully, the staff was kind and knew to steer me elsewhere so I wouldn’t get sick.

Excellent. Food tasted great. One of the staff went and washed and changed gloves and then spent the time to take our food down the whole line in order to minimize any risk of cross contamination. Not only did it taste great and feel good in our stomachs but it also was affordable.
