They changed gloves right away after saying there is a gluten allergy. Ordered ground beef bowls and adobo chicken bowls. Their allergen menu lists what has wheat (flour tortillas.) My husband and son had no reactions.

The staff had no idea what gluten was. One girl turned to her coworker to ask if the wheat burrito was gluten free. They didn’t know to change gloves.

Eaten here multiple times and have never had cross contamination issues afterwards. Flour tortillas are the main comcern nut the staff are always changing gloves.Celiac)

Most options for burrito bowl are gluten/dairy free. Yummy. There are a few things you cannot have with dairy free and no burrito for gluten free. Excellent.
They have an allergen menu on display, which was nice. High risk of cross contamination as with any “bowl” place. Overall not a bad airport option if you get stuck.

Limited GF Options but I got a burrito bowl with rice, beans, chicken, veggies, and guacamole. It was pretty tasty. Chips are fried in a common fryer so not GF. Most of the meats and sauces are safe though.

They will change their gloves, but it defeats the purpose when they literally grab cheese, lettuce, and other other ingredients with their gloves hands. That means they touch burritos and put their hands in the ingredients directly. The glove doesn’t matter at that point.

I had hard shell tacos and they were okay. I take a “contamination” prevention pill, but still, I had no side effects from their food. They also have bowls.

I’m so frustrated how it feels impossible to find food when traveling. I went here and the people refused to help me and kept telling me to use the ap but I couldn’t find the menu there. After 5-10 minutes someone said they looked it up and said I can’t have rice. They have no clue. Celiac is a disability and it infuriates me that there are zero options for food. I wound up with a cup of yogurt from a kiosk. I pack food when departing but am always out of luck on the return.

The woman working there gave me a bad attitude when I asked her to avoid cross contamination. I asked what was gluten free and she was clueless and seemed very annoyed by it. Perhaps they used to be good about being gluten free or they are at other locations, but they made me feel uncomfortable so I personally will avoid in future.

This is my first time going to a Qdoba since being gluten free. I had researched which items were GF before going there and ordering accordingly. I have never been so sick in my life - I’m not sure if the meat was uncooked or if I got glutened or something else, but I would 100% avoid this location.

Many of the options are naturally gluten free! Bowls are a safe bet. Sadly they do not have a dedicated fryer so there is cross contamination in the chips.

I have celiac and was rudely informed by the manager that they can’t give any information about food to customers. Meaning no information about what foods contain gluten. Qdoba needs to change this policy and train their staff to handle food allergies appropriately. Also the food was cold, flavorless, and about half the portion you get at chipotle. Never going back!

I actually work here. Great place. The only things with gluten are the obvious tortillas and deserts. HOWEVER, listed on the allergen list online, it says chips are made with corn tortillas. THIS IS WRONG. I have made the chips, and they are made with flour tortillas. I have rarely gotten sick from this place, but DO NOT TOUCH THE CHIPS.

Safest option here is to get a bowl. Some staff were not aware of what items had Gluten but, after I expressed my concerns with having Celiac several staff now remember me and ensure they take precautions. I always request glove changes and wipe surfaces when I stop.

They have an allergy menu and most ingredients are naturally gluten free, but they take no measures against cross contamination. Most items have tongs or scoops but they roll flour burritos by hand and then stick their hands right in the bins of cheese without changing gloves. I ordered here with family and had to give my food to someone else because seeing them prep other items after my bowl was made, I realized I would be sick.

Ordered a burrito bowl, all of their toppings are gf except tortilla strips and have tongs so less cross contamination than chipotle. They also will change gloves if asked and get things from the back. They offer corn tortillas for tacos as well! I'm very sensitive and did not get sick eating here, and it's delicious. Bonus points for not charging extra for guac or queso!

This place doesn’t have a clue. I asked about gf items before ordering and was met with a blank stare. Asked someone else, she decided to get the manager. The manager went in the back to get the allergen list. At that point, I left. Didn’t order. It was just too risky.
