I had no problem related to my serious gluten sensitivity. My problem was poor service and a bad, seriously overcooked steak. We ate there on Mother’s Day. That was the big mistake. They had seriously overbooked the restaurant. We were seated for one hour- twenty minutes before our entrees arrived. My wife and I ordered petite filets cooked medium with baked potatoes. My steak was well done (burned up). Our baked potatoes were cold. The manager was very nice and apologetic. She took the cost of my steak off our bill. I was very disappointed in the service and the food.

Delicious and worth the splurge. A gluten friendly menu is provided if you ask. There were large chunks of delicious bacon in my baked potato. The 8 ounce filet was so soft, rich, and very well seasoned/buttered. I felt safe eating here as waiter assured they’d handle my allergy with care.

I work at this restaurant and the managers do not care. The servers do not care. Celiacs are not safe in Ruth’s Chris.
I came here for Valentine’s Day and ended up having to end the date early because of how sick I got. I knew immediately that I had been cross contaminated. By far one of the worst times I’ve ever been glutened. The servers are really nice about it, and will accommodate as best they can, but the issue is in the kitchen.

I called ahead and asked about Celiac and they were well aware. The waitress didn’t know about Celiac, but asked the chef personally and then was well aware about gluten free procedures. I got the steak, no butter, and crème brûlée. Absolutely delicious. There is a gluten free menu online. I didn’t get any gluten free bread, unsure if they even have it. Overall great experience. I’m very nervous at new places, but I’d trust them for ordering simple items. I’m not sure about anything else without asking for questions from them. Overall I’d probably go back though!
Update: I’ve been to multiple Ruth Chris’ restaurants and this location again. Sometimes they mess up, but thankfully all been caught. Recently got takeout from the one in NC and their machine broke and it took over an hour to get our food. Chef assured gluten free and there was a bag of fresh gluten bread in it. It was all bagged and in containers so I gave it to my husband. Another time they brought out salad and forgot to take off the croutons, but fixed it. Haven’t gotten sick here and hope I never do, but sometimes they seem to forget or get overwhelmed so just be mindful and double check. Great place to eat at overall!

Gluten free menu. Brussels sprouts made with bacon I asked if they were fried in frier, they were not safe but sub for another veggie. Accommodating. Food was good but very salty! Expect pricey bill.

They have a burger for the happy hour that I have had before and it was ok, but this week was not. The fries are NOT GF as they are fried in oil as other breaded items, and they have no dedicated GF bun. So I order it as a lettuce wrap type with a side of mashed potatoes. Well it had to be remade twice because it first came out with a bun, then on the same plate as the fries, and then third one looked correct but I had a terrible reaction shortly after eating it. Sad. This finer restaurant is now off my list.

I had the cowboy ribeye and green beans (all GF and DF. I tested the steak and green beans with my nima sensor and came back just fine). The waiter was professional and a little knowledgeable about gluten. If he didn't know, he asked the chef. He didn't seem annoyed at all. Great food, atmosphere and wait staff.

We dined here while on vacation and my husband had a rib-eye steak and baked potato. Everything was delicious and the server seemed knowledgeable. At the waiter’s suggestion, he had the sin cake (flourless chocolate cake) for dessert. He was extremely ill all night. He has not been this badly glutened in years. This doesn’t seem like a typical cross contamination reaction. It is much more severe. Although we can’t be certain of the culprit, please beware.

My husband has eaten at multiple locations of Ruth’s Chris, including the one in San Francisco and San Diego. I’d never been to one. We were so looking forward to our meal at the Vegas location, unfortunately it was disappointing and certainly not worth the cost. We made 5pm reservation to have dinner before a 7pm show. We checked in at the desk and were told to wait until our name was called. We waited 23 minutes before we were seated even though the place was almost empty. Over 10 people who came in after us were seated before us. We checked in at the desk again and they were puzzled and it took them another 5 minutes to locate our reservation. The sullen hostess barely offered an apology and seemed annoyed. Eventually a waitress showed up at our table, her behavior and demeanor would have been more appropriate at a fast food diner, rather than a “fine-dining” steakhouse. I had to ask for a gluten free menu ( celiac disease was noted in my reservation). When I asked a few questions about items on the gluten free menu the waitress interrupted me and pushed back in a tone more appropriate to a school yard bully “I don’t know nothing about gluten. I don’t even know what that is. Do you have a problem with parsley, butter, and garlic?” That made me feel less than safe. We waited for our food for such a long time that a couple seated just before us finished their dessert before our dinner arrived. The Brussels spouts were completely inedible, burnt and mushy. If we had time, we would have sent them back, instead we just didn’t eat them, waste of food & money. The baked potato we shared was fine. The wine bottle we ordered was ok but with a lot of sediment. The filet was cooked as expected but not so stellar it could not make up for the other deficits of the meal. I don’t recommend Ruth’s Chris in Vegas, it is not worth the expense or time, the service is decidedly lack luster (my husband was appalled by the service), the Brussels sprouts were inedible, the rest of the food we ordered was just okay and decor is some what faded & dated. While I did not have a violent gluten reaction, I did have some GI tract issues after the meal. Spend your Money elsewhere!

It had been many years since I last attempted to eat at the worn out fake steak and seafood restaurant. It is just a front for sysco foods to pendle over priced and poorly executed food. If anyone that knows how to cook, works here, I couldn't tell it and they should find a new job if so. No thought given to any food allergy accommodations. Gluten in every dish, sauce and feature. Hell they could not even do a gluten free seafood tower for $155. Just trash. Save your money stop by the McDonald's drive thru next door, if you want to poison yourself anyway.

Of course the steaks were fabulous. Service was great. Server couldn't answer some of my questions but was happy to check and get back to me. They had a separate gluten-free menu. The side dishes are family-style, so it required some coordination with the rest of my party, but it worked out OK. The Ruth's Chris in Park City, Utah, had a GF flourless chocolate cake but this one did not. It had some other GF desserts, though. No symptoms afterwards.

Just visited last night. We sat next to the owners at the bar. Our waitress took excellent care of us! She asked all the questions we needed to know and made sure our meal was safe. We each had a filet lobster Oscar, shared some Brussel sprouts, loaded mashed potatoes, tomato mozzarella salad, Caesar salad and a creme brûlée. Food was excellent and I didn’t have any issues (very sensitive celiac). Would definitely go back again!

They are really great at accommodating allergies. We have been visiting Ruth’s Chris for over 10 years and they now have a separate gluten free menu. The waiter will ask if it’s an allergy or preference and they alert the kitchen staff who prepares the food on separate cooking equipment. I have been to this location 10+ times in 2021 and have had no issues! Staff has a separate gluten free menu and are always sure to communicate with the chef with any questions, concerns, etc. and food is prepped in a separate area. The steaks are all gf as well as several side items and add-ons. The only seafood entree that’s gluten free is the barbecued shrimp but it’s great! Creme brûlée is gluten free as well if you’re looking for a dessert item. The staff is really knowledgeable and always willing to ask if they don’t know an answer to a question. Highly recommend

At first the server seemed unsure about the GF offerings and didn't have a GF menu available. He used words I hate to hear in this setting like, "I think..." But I told him please don't think and he understood and went to get his manager. A GF menu was brought and it was smooth sailing thereafter. Maybe the best steak I've ever had and there are two GF desserts! The creme brulee is to die for.
