Really enjoyed pizza here, felt safe and staff made me feel very comfortable when requesting my dietary needs. The only thing that made me a little nervous was I forgot to clarify if the cutting of the pizza was done with specific utensils to avoid cross contact concerns. But I remained well and had no issues following dinner.

I have eaten at Settebellos multiple times. It’s my go to for gluten free pizza. Their gluten free pizzas are wood fired in a seperate oven. The crust is to die for!

The pizza was incredible! Sooo delicious, did not feel like a gluten free substitute. They use imported wheat from Italy that has had the gluten removed. If you have a wheat allergy, this place is not for you. They are super careful with cross contamination, very knowledgeable about celiac disease, and I did not get sick.

Literally THE BEST AUTHENTIC GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER! They are a separate oven for gluten free. If you are ever in the area.. you gotta check this place out. Plus they have amazing gelato;)

The gluten free pizza is incredible here, they also have very unique style of pizza that isn’t lost on the GF menu because you can get any pizza gluten free for $5 more. The bolonase and quattro formagi are amazing!

Just ate there with my family and daughter, who is Celiac. The variety of GF pizza is wonderful and the taste is amazing. The server was very knowledgeable about the process and said that they prepare the pizza in a separate location in the kitchen and cook it on its own, clean tray. Cross contamination could possibly happen as it’s not a dedicated GF facility but this was by far, the best GF pizza dough we’ve ever tasted. It was even stretchy!

I have had good experiences eating here. The thing that is unusual about their gluten free flour is that it is actually made with wheat. It is imported from Italy, where they have devised some process to remove the gluten. Maybe that is why it feels like some kind of transgression to eat it…. Yet I have had only positive experiences and I love the wood fired oven aspect. The waitress seemed a little condescending, but I think that was just her personality.
PS. They have a great gelato shop next door that I also eat at. I’m not sure it’s totally gluten free. But eating ice cream with coffee probably is going to be an issue no matter what…

Just okay. Crust was good but flavor was bland. I’m from the east coast and pizza is a lot different out here. I think it’s good for west coast

Truly delish GF pizza but don’t fool yourself… this is cooked in a shared wood-burning pizza oven. Ask for your GF pizza to be baked on a separate pan in the oven, otherwise it is bound to be quite cross-contaminated. The pizza is prepared in a separate space, & the staff is thoughtful about accommodating… but all the pizza is baked in the same wood-burning pizza oven.

The pizza is awesome. I am told they cook the pizzas on a pan instead of directly on the oven floor.

Holy WTFunk did I just eat? It was EPIC!!!
I sat at the bar, and my server/bartender Michael was great. Friendly, professional, and had great suggestions.
I tried their signature pizza, the Settebello. Holy Stars & Garters it was amazing. And I got it on the gluten free crust... And this was at a different level that other pizza places. Most others use a frozen crust, but not here... They make tgeir crust in house, and fresh daily.. it isn't the cracker thin crust you find everywhere .. this is a proper risen crust. Handmade, and just WOW!!!
Other people have said it's the best GF pizza they have ever had, and I don't think so can argue with that assessment.
If you love pizza, and can't eat the gluten in a typical crust, then you have to try Settebello... You won't regret it.

I got very seriously I’ll after eating here. If you have Celiac’s, I would 100% avoid! When I called to order, they described their process to avoid cross contamination, and I felt comfortable taking the risk. I should’ve known with a shared oven space that it would be a no-go.

The pizza is the best ever. No process to keep the gf pizzas separated in the oven. I really wish they would come up with a safe process. Scary. The gluten burns off in the oven? Thankfully we didn't get sick but too nervous to go back.

Amazing gluten-free pizza. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross-contamination. Pizza was prepared in a special gluten-free room, and while cooked in same oven as gluten-containing pizzas, they put my GF pizza in by itself to avoid contamination while cooking. Having traveled through Italy (both before and after celiac diagnosis), I can say this pizza rivals what I've had in Italy. Amazing.

After asking some questions, as a celiac, I decided not to eat here for the following reasons:
1.) gf pizzas are cooked in the same little brick oven as non gf…on the same surface…no separate pan
2.) girl that works there has celiac and told me the heat in the oven “kills the gluten” (insert red flag)
I used to eat here pre-diagnosis and it was my favorite pizza in town. While it might be ok if you’re gf by choice, if you are celiac, please be aware and ask all the questions. (Also, a separate pan would easily and inexpensively solve this issue)

First of all the address for this establishment is 140 S Green Valley Parkway Henderson NV. We followed the directions on this app and found ourselves in the middle of a housing section. We passed right by the restaurant but weren't looking for it at that location! Pizza was excellent. Nice place to eat. $6.00 upcharge for GF crust but I didn't get sick so bonus!

I’m a very sensitive celiac and never have had problems here. The GF crust at this place is so good I almost had a panic attack the first time I had it thinking they had accidentally given me gluten. This GF pizza is made completely in-house in a wood-fired oven and it is a whole other level! I found the place years ago with some Italian summer students and they said it was the closest pizza in Pasadena to what they had at home - so you know it’s good!! Definitely save some space for the Panna Cotta dessert.

I made the mistake of eating at the bar one night and saw the cook preparing regular pizza, getting flour all over his apron, and then going over to the gf prep area to make a pizza there. They claimed that the oven burned off the gluten, so that's why they could go in the same oven. Dude, that's not a thing.

Can’t vouch for Celiacs, I have NCGS ( non celiac gluten sensitivity), but the handmade GF crust from imported Italian GF flour is the best I ever had. Puffy, yeasty, chewy, you can’t tell the difference from regular crust. I had to ask 3x, “are you sure this is GF” that’s how good it was. They have restaurants in Las Vegas and S Cal

I ordered 2 gf pizzas for take out along with a beet salad. The salad was really good! The gf pizza dough was not bad, but not good, either. Both pizzas were very salty to the point that I think I'm throwing the rest in the trash. I am really disappointed because I was excited to have some good pizza. I guess I will just have to make the drive to Thousand Oaks when I want gf pizza. Also, this order was shared with my husband and 2 teens. 3 of us don't like it, and 1 thinks it's OK.
