Great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable about both gluten and dairy allergies. My husband and I shared a 14” cauliflower crust. Where we live I can only get a personal size gluten free, so this was amazing!

Pizza options include GF or GF Cauliflower Crust. They also have GF flatbread served with a couple appetizers. Separate GF pizza ovens are doubtful. Yet, Mini Mia is 7” personal pizza with choice of salad. Great option for groups that cannot decide on shared pizza toppings. They have a great veggie pizza and also provide dairy free cheese as a topping choice. Don’t forget the gelato for dessert!

If you have celiac or a wheat allergy, I would not eat here! They told me the oven has flour in it so even though they offer a gluten free crust it still gets in contact with gluten.

We went here on a Saturday afternoon. Service was great and reasonably knowledgeable about protocol. I though the pizza was good. They were out of the GF kids size and only had cauliflower crust. My 9 year old wasn’t a huge fan. So mixed reviews at our house.

Staff was knowledgeable about celiac and protocols to avoid cross contamination. When ordering they asked if it was an allergy or preference. GF crust is made offsite and preped and cooked in a separate area. Did not get sick.

The food is delicious and they are very careful to make sure meals are prepared without cross contamination. Gluten free pizza crust is available. But the salads are so good that I never ventured to pizza. Each salad comes with gluten free flatbread that is yummy and freshly prepared. I have Celiac and had no issue eating here. Try the hummus and red pepper spread it’s yummy.

After learning that this location had a separate oven for gluten free pizzas, I made the 30 mile drive to check it out. I ordered a mushroom pizza on original gf crust with DF cheese and a Greek salad without fete cheese. Both, the pizza and salad tested positive for gluten with my Nima Partners gluten sensors. This was disappointing, but my wife enjoyed them for lunch the next day.

My daughter (who is celiac) and I went here for a late lunch and had a great experience! We told them we needed to be GF. They asked if it was due an allergy and of course I said yes. We ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and chicken Cesar salad which they divided into two bowls for us. The both the salad and pizza were really good and the service was great. (Though they weren’t busy at all.) My daughter still feels fine so I don’t believe there was any cross contamination. We will definitely be back!

While the food is very tasty and the staff is friendly, cross contamination is definitely a problem in the kitchen. I’ve ate here several times because I was really hoping it had been something else making me ill, but unfortunately it was the food. If you have celiacs like I do this place is not safe for you to eat at.

The Lenexa location uses the same oven for gluten free pizza and gluten pizzas. So I always ask for the largest size that they can put on a pan to avoid any cross contamination!

I’ve watched them change their gloves when handling my food and put a sticker seal on the pizza box. Very well trained staff and pretty much all of them can answer any questions you have.

They definitely go out of your way to make sure you don’t get sick!

They have GF crusts that are really good and not too dry or crispy. I don’t know a lot about their protocol but they have enough gluten-y items on the menu that I caution other celiacs as, especially with all of the flour in the air, the risk is never 0! It would be worth calling and asking.

Their GF crust is great! I haven’t tried their cauliflower crust but have tried various sizes of their original GF crust and they’ve all tasted good. They can make most of their pizzas GF and have side salads.

I haven’t gotten sick eating here. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer questions!

They do offer gluten free crust or a cauliflower crust. They said they would clean the area they make the pizzas and change their gloves. However, when they the gluten free ones, they use the same topping station as the regular pizzas. When they make their regular pizzas, they cover the area in front of the topping with flour, the flour goes into the toppings. They also reach into the toppings with gloves covered in flour. Too much risk for cross contamination.

Would not recommend if you have Celiac and normally follow your GF diet.

Pros- Staff was super knowledgeable. Great GF crust. Some toppings do have gluten (meatball and sausage), but the staff will let you know.

Con- I think that cross-contamination did occur. They make their own crust (both gluten free and regular). After I got home, my stomach started acting up and was bloated. 😔

Loved this place before I was diagnosed with celiac. Ate the gluten free crust and asked them to change gloves and all because I am very sensitive. Got super sick and tested with my Nima sensor and it had gluten. It’s a risk eating anywhere, but sadly it’s not celiac safe!

DO NOT eat here if you want gluten free. They sent us home with Regular flat bread the said was GF. And one of our pizzas was not GF when it was suppose to. Their response, oh well. They do not actually care anything about protecting people so my advice would be to stay far, far away.
