The staff really went above and beyond for me. The menu does not have gluten free items, just gluten sensitive. The manager came out and let me know there was probably risk with most GS marked items on the menu if I am severe celiac. She used new gloves, took precautions and personally made me some food in the back. She even brought out the sauce label for me to review for possible hidden gluten. I ended up only eating steamed broccoli, cheese and the impossible burger to be safe. I really appreciated the staffs honestly and effort to accomodate.

Their menu is marked with Gluten sensitive items. Talked to server about precautions (changing gloves, use freshly cleaned pan instead of grill etc ) to make burger without bun. She recommended their Caesar salad where they would pull lettuce from fresh bin. The burger came out alone on a plate just as I ordered but unfortunately the salad had croutons. I told server I could not eat it. She offered to remake which I declined. I did eat burger and did not get sick. It was tasty. I hate to always ask for manager to oversee my order, but will be doing so always in the future.

Told them I had celiac and asked about the options and he told me I’d know better than him. After telling him what gluten was he suggested a burger got the burger and it came with bread on jt told them I couldn’t eat that. It can’t touch bread. They took it to the kitchen and brought it on a different plate but literally has break crumbs left on the hamburger. They said they are a place for gluten free

Recommendations for this restaurant are incorrect in providing gf options. Just been told no longer serve these meals. Avoid in DFW airport
An ok GF menu. It’s labeled but limited. They have GF buns, which is a major plus. You can have a simple burger (cheese or bacon cheese). No GF fries, a little disappointing. I had the GF bacon cheese burger with a side salad and I received an GF overcooked burger with a side salad, croutons and bread lol. After I told the server I couldn’t have it, GF just hit him. I did get the salad and a better cooked burger. I would return BUT, as a note, the burger was a bit juicy, which change the texture of the bread in your mouth.

Food was delicious and fresh! I got a “Million Dollar Cobb” Salad with Salmon (without croutons) and Strawberry Lemonade. The staff was nice and seemed well informed. Burger was an option and they had gluten free bread. Everything was marked gluten sensitive on the menu. I’ll update the review if I get sick, so if not assume I didn’t. Don’t waste your time walking around the airport and just go here, even if the lines long it moves fast.

TGI fridays concord E , manager (Edward Brown )was amazing as well as server. Great knowledge and honestly about what they can provide as gluten sensitive experience. I’m celiac and was very hungry and it was only place in concord E that I felt comfortable with. They can’t promise GF but they put all the work into making it as safe if an experience as possible. Managers first name might be wrong as I snuck it off his badge from a distance but he was Top drawer with all the customers not just me.

Items listed as gluten sensitive on the menu, no separate menu. They offer a gf bun. They offer Beyond Burger. That’s what I got. It was a thick burger and tasted real good. No dedicated fryer so I didn’t get fries. I am also dairy free so there wasn’t much to choose from. They offered fresh fruit as a side but I declined.

I got there expecting many gluten free things. The website has many gluten free sides. However, when we got there, none of the sides were gluten free. They do have a very thick gluten free bun. I got a single burger. So far, no contamination. I am very disappointed because I got a burger that is not the best, and no side in case I was still hungry.

the Gatlinburg TGIFridays was not ideal for Celiac. wait staff not very knowledgeable about GF and the online menu is not available here. basically a burger - they DID have GF buns but a SHARED fryer (not safe) so NO fries- got broccoli but had to pay extra. was OK

The menu items were marked for Gluten Sensitive, but when I told the waitress that I had Celiacs, she made sure to write down what I couldn’t have and double checked it with me. I ended up ordering the house salad with no cheese or croutons, but added salmon to it (I am currently dairy free too), which was really good. I didn’t even need to put dressing in it.

I got the triple decker donut cheeseburger after being assured from our server that it was GLUTEN FREE! I’ll tell you I’ve never destroyed a bathroom like I did that TGIF’s- sorry in advance. I’ve never had such an instant reaction to gluten like that where it began dripping down my leg. If you are struggling with constipation this is better than miralax.

My husband and I dined here this evening, and I ensured they had a separate GF menu, as well as noted GF items on the main menu. I ordered my usual salmon that comes with broccoli and jasmine rice. I noted to the waitress that I had a gluten allergy, and she said it wasn’t a problem at all. My food came out tasting fresh, and I felt great after dining. No issues here.

The waitress was really mean, I called ahead and asked for a gluten free burger. I needed this for my inbetween 30 min lunch. I opened the sandwich up and on the inside was a bunch of fried onions. I called and wanted to make sure the burger was gf, I got a lot of attitude and ended up scrapping it off and eating. Worth a full stomach ache rather then none. Called and got a refund but when I went to use my refund there was a big ordeal and still got a stomach ache. Upsetting cause they had really good food

Couldn’t have been more exited when I found out they had BOTH gluten free buns AND a potato-only deep frier. Actually got to order a burger and fries, like a normal person, and never got sick. This location did warn to ask about potato-only deep frier during peak tourist season (as when they’re super busy, accidents do happen) but pretty safe especially in the off-season. I’ve also ordered burger with GF bun and fries thru Uber eats and have never had issues.

Waitress: “The gluten is burned off during cooking.” We left while she was getting our drinks.

They have a very limited gf menu. Brought the wrong entree full pasta to me and didn’t apologize. Just took it back and I waited another half hour for the correct dinner. Our last experience at TGI Friday’s in Monroeville was so horrible we don’t plan to ever go back. From being overlooked when needing to be seated to unacceptable wait time once seated to even order to a clueless waitress and long delay in replacing my meal. The atmosphere is one of a noisy cafeteria. A most unpleasant aura.
No
They have a dedicated gluten-free menu with lots of items... salads, burgers, fish, beverages, etc. There is still the caveat about the kitchen handling gluten, though.
Yes
our waiter didn’t know what gluten was, so he gave us a bun with gluten. luckily my mom was able to see it was not the bun we ordered, but we were not refunded or even offered another burger with an alternative bun.

They have a separate GF menu. Their staff was friendly about my restrictions. There are GF buns for burgers. Decent options for airport food. The Cobb salad was pretty good size.

I was wary of eating here, especially at a busy dinner time, but the waitress reassured me that she would make sure the kitchen met my needs. I requested they clean the cook space and use new utensils and gloves. No reaction! I had the American burger “greens style” and a side of broccoli.

I had the burger on a GF bun and it was my best meal of this trip!

I came during rush hour and ordered my meal to-go from the bar. Most of the staff were more interested in each other than customer service. I ordered the burger with bacon, cheese, and egg. They did not seem understaffed but unprofessional. The burger came out in shambles and they did not include utensils for the mashed potatoes.

There on the go shop outside of the restaurant had a few different salad choices that clearly labeled the ingredients. It made it really easy to find something health to eat quickly during a short layover. The salads are quite large, and you get a few choices of dressing.
The waitress immediately asked I was “gluten friendly or celiac.” She then got the manager to ensure I could have something safe. She helped explain to him what I needed. He went and made my breakfast and carried it out. It might not be the most nutritionally balances but fruit and bacon work for me!
