They are lovely people here, but have no apparent training. I asked about the potatoes with breakfast, and swapped out fruit for the potatoes and toast (after they checked). Then my Neal came with multi grain bread. The server looked surprised when I mentioned that I could not eat gluten. Just be aware, and expect cross-contamination. I hope they can get more training!
It was Ok. Gluten sensitive menu items flagged. Salad came out with croutons, even after specifically asking for them not to. Gluten free bun. I’m Celiac and the only way I’d eat is after taking nine GliadinX with the meal to handle the cross contamination (which I just assume occurs). Had a cheese burger. Food was ok, wife’s was cold. Overall, in a pinch at the airport it will do (ONLY if you carry GliadinX, otherwise a for sure no for a true Celiac)
The menu listed 2 salads that could be made gluten free - Caesar and harvest. Caesar had croutons and harvest had farro. When I tried to confirm if they could be made gf, I was told ingredients were mixed together so most of the items would be removed if I'd get lettuce.
The only other item with a gs was the burger. While they put it on a gf bun, they put fries on my plate. Never informed me they were not gf.
Terrible experience all-around. Took 30 mins for waitress to come over. Another 15 for drink to come out. I ordered a burger with GF bun and mashed potatoes (because the fries are not gluten-friendly, per the website). It took roughly another hour for my food to come out and when it finally did, it was on a regular bun with fries. Sent it back and I'm pretty sure they just slapped the same contaminated burger on a GF bun. Nearly missed my flight for all this too. Beyond angry.
Gluten free bun on bacon cheeseburger was great. However the fries are NOT gluten free. The waiter did not mention this when I ordered the gluten free bun; thankfully I double checked their allergen menu online before eating the fries. Their menu marks a couple of burgers, some salads, and one salmon dish as gluten-sensitive option available.
The manager and waitress were amazing. They made sure that all of our food was gluten free, dairy free, and shell fish free. They don’t have a lot of gluten free options, but the ribs were amazing! We ordered Apple Butter ribs and fries with NO seasoning- plain. We didn’t have any reactions and 3 of us are celiac.
Asked for gluten free - my son’s salad came with a breadstick and my salad came with croutons and bacon (which I also requested to be removed). The grilled chicken was not cooked thoroughly. They forgot our appetizer. Will not come back.
The staff really went above and beyond for me. The menu does not have gluten free items, just gluten sensitive. The manager came out and let me know there was probably risk with most GS marked items on the menu if I am severe celiac. She used new gloves, took precautions and personally made me some food in the back. She even brought out the sauce label for me to review for possible hidden gluten. I ended up only eating steamed broccoli, cheese and the impossible burger to be safe. I really appreciated the staffs honestly and effort to accomodate.
Their menu is marked with Gluten sensitive items. Talked to server about precautions (changing gloves, use freshly cleaned pan instead of grill etc ) to make burger without bun. She recommended their Caesar salad where they would pull lettuce from fresh bin. The burger came out alone on a plate just as I ordered but unfortunately the salad had croutons. I told server I could not eat it. She offered to remake which I declined. I did eat burger and did not get sick. It was tasty. I hate to always ask for manager to oversee my order, but will be doing so always in the future.
Told them I had celiac and asked about the options and he told me I’d know better than him. After telling him what gluten was he suggested a burger got the burger and it came with bread on jt told them I couldn’t eat that. It can’t touch bread. They took it to the kitchen and brought it on a different plate but literally has break crumbs left on the hamburger. They said they are a place for gluten free
An ok GF menu. It’s labeled but limited. They have GF buns, which is a major plus. You can have a simple burger (cheese or bacon cheese). No GF fries, a little disappointing. I had the GF bacon cheese burger with a side salad and I received an GF overcooked burger with a side salad, croutons and bread lol. After I told the server I couldn’t have it, GF just hit him. I did get the salad and a better cooked burger. I would return BUT, as a note, the burger was a bit juicy, which change the texture of the bread in your mouth.
Food was delicious and fresh! I got a “Million Dollar Cobb” Salad with Salmon (without croutons) and Strawberry Lemonade. The staff was nice and seemed well informed. Burger was an option and they had gluten free bread. Everything was marked gluten sensitive on the menu. I’ll update the review if I get sick, so if not assume I didn’t. Don’t waste your time walking around the airport and just go here, even if the lines long it moves fast.
TGI fridays concord E , manager (Edward Brown )was amazing as well as server. Great knowledge and honestly about what they can provide as gluten sensitive experience. I’m celiac and was very hungry and it was only place in concord E that I felt comfortable with. They can’t promise GF but they put all the work into making it as safe if an experience as possible. Managers first name might be wrong as I snuck it off his badge from a distance but he was Top drawer with all the customers not just me.
Gluten free options marked on the menu !
Items listed as gluten sensitive on the menu, no separate menu. They offer a gf bun. They offer Beyond Burger. That’s what I got. It was a thick burger and tasted real good. No dedicated fryer so I didn’t get fries. I am also dairy free so there wasn’t much to choose from. They offered fresh fruit as a side but I declined.
I got there expecting many gluten free things. The website has many gluten free sides. However, when we got there, none of the sides were gluten free. They do have a very thick gluten free bun. I got a single burger. So far, no contamination. I am very disappointed because I got a burger that is not the best, and no side in case I was still hungry.
The menu items were marked for Gluten Sensitive, but when I told the waitress that I had Celiacs, she made sure to write down what I couldn’t have and double checked it with me. I ended up ordering the house salad with no cheese or croutons, but added salmon to it (I am currently dairy free too), which was really good. I didn’t even need to put dressing in it.
