Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again

Went there this weekend for my birthday and left STUFFED. They are SO gluten-friendly with SO many options.
1st course is Cheese Fondue: All cheeses can be made gluten friendly. They provide gluten-free bread and tortilla chips along with the fruit and vegetable dippers.
2nd course is salad, many options
3rd course is Entree. Endless options of proteins and veggies.
4th course is chocolate fondue. They provide gluten free brownies and cookies along with fruit for dipping.
They do not up charge for any gluten free substitutions. The waiter was extremely communicative the entire time about what was gluten free and what what not.
I cannot recommend enough!!!

Really impressed by how many gluten-free options are available here now. Our server also had a gluten allergy and took extra care to make sure we knew the best options. Almost the entire menu can be made GF. The dessert brownies and snicker doodle cookies are A+. Pricey but worth it for a nice night out.

We had such a wonderful experience! I’m not only gluten free but also have an egg allergy. We made a reservation online and they had not only allergy friendly bread for me, but brownies AND cookies! It’s hard enough for me to find anything to eat, let alone every course! We always come here for special occasions, and highly recommend it!

if you’re reactive/celiac then READ THIS!!! called ahead and thought that it would be safe because when I asked what they did to eliminate cross contamination but when I was there is was clear they didn’t do those things. they still gave me all the sauces including the gluten sauces on the same platter as my food. I think my plate had bread crumbs so I switched with my husband. it did not follow through as hoped so proceed with caution

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Melting Pot with our family. There were 7 of us in the party, two celiac who had to eat gluten free, the food was delicious and the two wait staff assigned to our table in a private room were over the top terrific, both so attentive to our dietary needs and explained everything about the food, the way to choose it, cook it, and not cross contaminate. They had gluten free bread options for the first course to dip the cheese into. We had our two kids who loved the experience of dipping and cooking and both devoured everything served. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious. No issues afterwards at all for our two family members who have celiac. The only thing we wished happened was we didn’t get so full and could have saved room for the chocolate dipping so we’ll definitely go back for dessert!

We eat here often. They take amazing care of us. They have a note on my account so every time I make a reservation, they know I’m gluten free. They even have gf bread dippers for the cheese as well as gf dessert dippers for chocolate. Many options for sensitive belly’s. Highly recommend!! Make sure to plan ahead & make a reservation as they get very busy. Also it is a long dinner so give yourself a couple hours to get through all your courses. Bring your appetite

Melting Pot was safe place for my family member with celiac disease. He’s able to have his own oil, own food, and they’re even able to tell him which sauces contain dairy (intolerance) as well. Only word of caution is from time to time, servers will lower a potato into the water to check the temperature of the oil, and more often than not when scooping up the potato they use their bare fingers to balance it on the spoon first. Just ask them not to touch the food when they check the oil temperature.
They took all necessary precautions and we have been able to eat there safely at least 3x over the last year.

I messaged ahead to let them know my husband is gluten free but also has a rice allergy. They have gluten free bread options for dipping with the cheese fondue, but they messaged back and let me know they did contain rice flour, so we avoided those. GF items are clearly marked on the menu or an alternative is offered, like a cheese fondue that had lauger in it can be replaced with a gluten free broth base instead. Usually a couple shares a pot on one cooktop. They reserved a double cooktop table for us and we each had our own pot. They put items that we could both have on one tray and separated the ones my hubby couldn’t have on a different tray. The manager also said their staff has some kind of gluten training - I cannot recall what he called it. We had a lovely, fun, and stress-free meal! Jordan, our server, was so thoughtful and kind. He made sure we knew what everything was - all the sauces, meats, etc. It was such a treat!

I was so impressed with their food and service! I’m the only celiac in a family of five, and this was the best full dining experience I’ve had in a long while.
They made sure I had my own pot, and that my food was all GF, including the bread, the best brownie I’ve ever eaten, the meats, veggies, and sauces. Hunter and Julia, our servers were super helpful and knowledgeable. What they didn’t know, they made sure to double check.
Warning though: it is not cheap! ($200 for three people, including the tip.)

I put GFDF on the reservation, confirmed verbally when we arrived, spoke to the server several times prior to ordering about allergies (for all at the table) . Was served with non GF batter and dippers. Had to ask for new oil to cook in. Only one sauce is GF and DF. The chocolate dippers (all but fruit and marshmallows) all had dairy, no biggie, can just eat the fruit, but wasn’t told in advance. This should be an easy GF meal with the option they have, but ended up sick.

Absolutely fantastic food! The waitress was a little unsure of what was and wasn't gluten free at first, but very quickly came back with all the info we needed, not to mention how the menu was very clearly marked! They did in fact have gluten free bread as well as a brownie and snickerdoodle for the dessert fondue. There was only one thing there was not any kind of direct one to one substitute was the teriyaki beef and the ravioli, they did also bring out the teriyaki sauce regardless with the sauces despite the entire table being gluten free but we're clear about it being unsafe

Avoid this place at all costs!!! they do not care much about the gluten free aspect. i told them i am celiac and for every course they brought out the gluten one and said “let me go grab the gluten free one real quick” did not feel safe at all eating any of the food. asked for just fruit with the chocolate and the strawberries had crumbs of something on it. super disappointed and will never ever be coming back. i do not think they should have the GIG certification.

Fun experience meal! Waiter (Gavin) was super knowledgeable about GF. The entire menu (minus pot stickers, mushroom ravioli and teriyaki steak) was gluten free. All cheese fondue was (or could be made GF) Gluten free bread available on the cheese course. Every salad was GF. They brought us our own GF dessert board with brownies and chocolate chip shortbread, marshmallows, strawberries and bananas. The chocolate fondue was all GF (there was one that had cookie crumbles but stated that could be left off)

Great menu, everything is labeled GF and indicates things that can be prepared GF as well. Our server said that the manager has celiac disease and takes care to make sure the kitchen avoids cross contamination and offers gluten free alternatives. A separate tray was brought out to me for the cheese portion containing gluten free bread as well as for the chocolate portion which contained GF brownies.

We have eaten here for special occassions with my very sensitive, celiac brother for the last five years or so and he has never been contaminated. The kitchen is very knowledgable about gf, however sometimes the servers bring out the sauce tray with the one not-gf sauce (the teriyaki). They will bring a fresh tray once asked, and we have never had an issue. Very fun experience to be able to enjoy gf fondue! Almost everything is gluten-free, even the chocolate fondue comes with items such as gf brownies and cookies.

NOT SAFE. Went here with a celiac and a non-celiac. One destroyed the restroom before leaving. Other had distress. We communicated repeatedly the food needs, and the server kept forgetting. Brought stuff out and said he “thought it should be fine.” This was ordering everything GF, and the guy still brought out flour and bread based desserts.

Not much was done to be careful after I told the hostess and the waiter my son and I both had celiac. The waiter brought out teriyaki on the sauces tray and told me to “avoid it” when it shouldn’t have even been on the tray in the first place. When dessert came out, he ended up bringing out a platter for us that all contained gluten, and upon setting it on the table, he had realized after analyzing my facial expression that he brought out the wrong thing and said “oh right, gluten free”. He was mindful of the nuts that could have cross contamination and left them off, but then brought out multiple things with gluten on them. It felt like minimal effort was put in and I didn’t feel safe eating there, even after multiple confirmations that it was safe and they take precautions with celiac. For how much I spent here, I really was not amused that we weren’t taken more seriously with our allergy.

This was hands down the best dining experience I have had since going gluten free. I felt so comfortable with everything (because my server was great, but they also prepare everything at the table so I knew everything that was going into my meal). Food was amazing. I’ve been here three times in the last two years and the first two times I thought the servers were very knowledgeable and careful but this last time I had to dodge many mistakes and did end up getting sick despite having one dedicated GF burner with my family. Served veggies with a floured potsticker on top and all the desserts came next to each other— stacked potstickers next to meats, etc etc.

All I can say is WOW!! This was our first time eating here and decided to go to celebrate our anniversary. We made reservations for 7pm and were seated as soon as we arrived. We tried to take a selfie outside the restaurant on our “date night” and the man opening doors came out and offered to take our picture. Our waitress/cook was Raven. She was absolutely AMAZING! Literally the best service we had the whole week! My husband has celiac so we ate together. Raven was very knowledgeable about GF options. We got the 4 course meal. We started with the Fiesta Cheese Fondue with Redbridge beer base. WOW!! I could have made this my whole meal! Next came our house salads. Again, the freshest salad I had eaten all week! Our main course was filet, sirloin, and dry rub pork. So tender and delicious! Last, but certainly not least, we got the dark chocolate fondue. It came with strawberries, marshmallow,s gf cake bites and gf brownie bites. THE. BEST. MEAL. EVER! Not only was the meal wonderful, our waitress was amazing and answered all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend and will be returning!
I went with a party of 4 and they originally put us at a table with one burner. When they found out I had celiac they moved us to two tables of 4 and pushed them together for us so we could be together but the other two didn’t have to order according to my diet. That was above what any other restaurant would do so it was really appreciated. They had all the same options for bread and desserts they give the gluten eaters so I didn’t feel left out. It was a good experience.
