Good selection of GF options, have GF buns as well. But, I’m sure they gave me a regular bun rather than GF when I did a take-out order based upon being glutened from this meal. Would not go back.

Great burgers with an awesome GF bun, but beware the fryers are not dedicated! Been here many times and will be back many more though!

I have celiac and was able to eat safely. Staff is knowledgeable but be aware, not all toppings are gf as listed. Ex - Bacon sticks are coated and fried in their fryers which are not dedicated so therefore not safe for celiacs. Yummy meal that my whole family enjoyed. They have an allergen list on their website - by burger combos and not by topping.

Staff informed me that not only did they have gluten free buns but also that the fries are gluten free! I didn’t get sick afterwards which was a huge relief! Glad that I now have somewhere to go for burgers and fries :)

The menu was mark with Gluten-Free options. Per our waitress the fries are not gluten free because they don't have a dedicated fried. There for fries, chips and poutine are NOT gluten free. But would I go back again?? Probably not unless I just couldn't find anything else to eat. The burger was very bland and tasteless. But the service was very good.

Couldn’t believe we found this gem! Staff were knowledgeable about GF and guided me through their menu. Most things on the menu were GF but what wasn’t she said they could adapt. Also had a dedicated fryer just for GF fries and they are bottomless! Burger was really tasty and one of the best GF buns I’ve had as it didn’t fall apart. Great place to go.

We have two kids who are very gluten sensitive, cross contamination causes rashes and awful stomach issues. We spent 4 nights in Niagara and visited this restaurant 3 times! Everyone loved their food including my husband and oldest son who can eat anything but are very picky about what they like! Fries are fried in a dedicated fryer and they have gluten free hamburger buns. Wait staff was incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! This was one of the few times my kids have eaten out and not had symptoms after. Knowing we had a safe place to go without endless searching every day was beyond priceless! Thank you The Works!!!!!

My daughter has coeliac disease and is 9. She loves this place so much we came back again the next day. She had a burger the first day with poutine and the second day they accommodated the cheesey bread from the kids menu in a gf bun. Huge portions and too much choice!

So many GF options that is difficult to choose. They have beer (Daura) and the GF bun is so good that you will doubt if it is really GF. Highly recommend it!!

Good food and the most burger options I have ever seen. This restaurant definitely has character. I have never drunk soda out of a measuring cup before. I was amused by the bathroom signs. CAREFUL WITH THE FRYERS: They are not good at informing people about how their fryers work. On my first trip I was told the fryers are dedicated, but on the second trip I got a manager and he explained that there is a risk of cross contamination. As shown in a lot of the reviews below they tell a lot of people they have dedicated fryers. However, they double fry their fries. In the morning they cook their fries in all the fryers, but then when cooking the fryers later in the day they use the "dedicated" fryers. However, fries that were cooked in the non-dedicated fryer are then cooked in the "dedicated" fryers thus cross-contaminating them. The manager said they are going to work on educating their staff not to use the non-dedicated fryer in the mornings, but that it may be a while before the staff is adequately trained. I would have given more stars if they weren't misinforming people about having dedicated fryers. I am still marking it celiac-friendly as long as you stay away from the fryers.

Great burgers! They have GF buns 🙂 I have never been sick after eating here. BUT on their GF menu they say their fries are GF- not celiac safe as it is a shared fryer. Some locations have dedicated fryers so make sure you ask.

We had to wait a bit to get GF questions answered (including re GF bun ingredients for someone who has other allergies beyond gluten), but server was really accommodating and helpful. The food is good, but nothing crazy special. The fact that burgers are close to $20 made me knock off the 5th star. But it’s great to be able to eat somewhere that cares about GF safety—they have a dedicated fryer and cook GF burgers/buns on separate grill area.

The gluten-free menu was sold and celiac friendly. No reactions 48h later. We did ask the server about the fryer, and oil was used for everything - we avoided anything that came out of that. The gluten-free bun was fine but nothing special. Otherwise, go nuts celiac buddies! Fear not the gluten here.

The staff was VERY knowledgeable and had wonderful poutine (gravy + cheese curds...it was our first time trying it). So many burgers to choose from! The water came in cute measuring cups. They have gluten free buns, or you can go bunless or get them wrapped in lettuce. A must!

This restaurant is within walking distance and I have never had any trouble with the food. As I am allergic to corn, which is in the gluten free bun, I can not eat it, so can not comment on that. I never order fries when I am out, as the type of oil, is a concern. However, the chicken is a real chicken breast and a side of “weeds” ie. salad, is always my choice. The staff does respond to my questions and so far knows their products.

Amazing burgers and gluten free poutine!!!!!! The menu says no dedicated fryer, but that's because the menu is the same across locations and some don't. The one in Niagara Falls has a dedicated fryer. Flavorful and wonderful. They cook the burgers on a dedicated gf surface (the gf buns are heated up there, other buns are warmed up on another surface). The waitress was knowledgeable and helpful.

Just ate here again this evening. Still great service and knowledgeable about celiac disease. A great meal, delicious gf bun. No reactions and I am very sensitive!!...highly recommend! Ate here recently...and it was awesome. Pretty much everything regarding the burgers can be made (or already is) gluten free. The gf buns were the best I have ever tasted. The fries are cooked in a separate dedicated fryer. ..bring your appetite!

The server was knowledgeable and the menu specifically listed which items were / were not gluten free. I had the Plain Jane burger and selected a grilled chicken breast on gluten free bun (which was delicious), added on toppings of avocado, grilled onions and selected one of the BBQ sauces that was gluten free. I also ordered a side salad (as all fried items come from the same non dedicated fryer, according to the printed menu I saw on 7/21/18) but unfortunately the salad I was given initially had croutons on top. They did apologize and bring me a freshly made salad but it wasn't anything special. The reason to go here is for the burger options and milk shakes. I had also them double check the ice cream and ordered a chocolate milk shake and was very pleased with the taste.

I ate here a year ago and was excited by their gluten free menu. I also tried a gluten free beer, Daura Damm, that was recommended to me by the server. I was very clear I was celiac and that cross contamination mattered to me. Unfortunately, I got sick from this and threw everything up after finishing my meal. I commented to the server - as I noticed the bottle of Daura Damm said "low gluten" and not gluten free (too late I already drank some) They said it's a gluten friendly menu and not necessarily completely gluten free. I explained to them how dangerous it was to do this and they need to make sure their gluten free offerings were actually gluten free as people can get very sick. I had to push for them to offer me a refund - they only took the beer off my bill but not the burger even though I got sick because of their incompetence. From other reviews it looks like maybe they improved. However, be wary when you go here. The burger I had was also sub par in flavour/quality. Would never go back.

We had a great meal here. The food is delicious and there are many options for a celiac friendly meal. I phoned ahead about the fries and asked when I got there and both times I was told they use a designated fryer. I see some of the reviews say the opposite - so I guess it's worth looking in to!
