I used to be able to eat here no problem, and loved their food. However, twice now I’ve gotten sick: once from their fries (previously fine & only fries I could eat) and once from batter free halibut and a Spot salad. I don’t feel safe eating there anymore and that makes me sad.
The server was knowledgeable about celiac disease. We ate here on May 23, 2019, and they did NOT have a separate fryer as someone else had noted on the app.
I have only been here once and had the cheesesteak hash with shredded hash browns instead of the smashed potatoes. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Will go again.
Really great! They have made errors before but correct them quickly. We eat there all the time
Don't trust the dedicated fryer as I was served fries from that fryer but it had a large chunk of fish batter in it. Will not ever eat the fries again. On the positive the burgers in the lettuce is great.
Small GF menu but made a great burger on a gluten free bun!
Have a dedicated GF fryer but I only found out after my meal. Server was better informed than the hostess. I was comfortable with the level of information staff provided that I would be served a GF meal. They also have GF buns and pasta. Server explained they also have separate fryers for chicken and fish allergies. They seemed very allergy aware and pro-active.
Always a good, quick choice. Burgers are great! Dedicated fryers, salads are good. If you're celiac, make sure you tell them not to toast the GF bun in their toaster. Either get it un-toasted or have the toast it on the grill, or they have a lettuce wrap option.
It's hit or miss. Sometimes I get sick and sometimes I don't. I just love the legendary burger too much to not keep going. It's the only thing I ever order so not sure about the rest of their GlutenWise menu. I used to bring my own gf bun before they started to carry their own. I really wish they would bring back the turkey gravy which was GF because you could get that as a side or as a poutine and be GF still. They took it off last year and it's still disappointing.
My server was also a celiac, which was a good start. GF options are pretty sparse, but it seems as though they take celiacs seriously and the server was very knowledgeable about my breakfast options.
Always love eating here as their fries are in a dedicated fryer so no cross-contamination. They now have gluten-free buns for burgers but still offer wrapping the burgers and lettuce. They also offer gluten-free pasta.
Service was slow but the server was extremely nice. The food was ok but not great. There was an extensive GF menu.

The GF menu is kind of dumb as they suggest the smash browns for all breakfast items yet they are deep fried, cross contamination?!? When I went to the Maple Ridge location I asked for the shredded hash browns instead and the waitress in a not so friendly way said "those are coated in flour you know", I asked her why then they are an option on a GF menu? And that I have had them before without an issue. She said "well I guess it doesn't affect you then" long story short I got the smash browns, felt like crap for two days and the shredded hash browns do not contain any flour. Been to a few white spots since but only for breakfast and no issues.
Awful Celiac accomodations. I've gotten sick there every time I tried it.
