  1. Why are there places listed that are not gluten-free or celiac friendly?

    Good question! Our goal is to provide the gluten-free community as much information as possible. Many people find reading negative reviews very helpful so they know whether to avoid a place or at least what to watch out for. We've written more in-depth about this topic (and more) here.

  2. How do I search by address/city/zip code?

    Tap at the very top of the screen where your current location is listed. You will then be shown the "Change Location" screen. Enter your destination and tap "Search".

  3. How do I edit a review?

    Everyone only gets one review per establishment, so if you go to review the establishment again, you will be editing your existing review.

  4. How do I delete a review?

    View the establishment's listing -> tap the in the top right corner -> Delete My Review

  5. How do I see my bookmarks?

    Tap "My Bookmarks" at the top of the "Local" tab. If the top section is collapsed, tap on the bookmarks icon.

  6. How do I update my email address?

    Go to the "More" tab -> Edit Profile

  7. How do I reset my password?

  8. How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

    Go to the "More" tab of the Find Me Gluten Free app and tap the "Manage" in the Premium section or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

  9. I accidentally purchased Premium. How do I get a refund?

    If you are still in the trial period— cancel here and you will never be charged: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

    If you have already been charged— Unfortunately Apple does not allow us to give refunds, but if you purchased recently, they will usually refund you. Here are instructions for how to go about doing that.

  10. I own a local business. How can I list it?

    Please list it at findmeglutenfree.com/list-your-business

  11. What data do you keep on me?

    The only data we keep about you is the data that you save on your profile to display to other members of the community.

  12. How can I delete my account?

    Please visit findmeglutenfree.com/profile/delete to request that your account is deleted.
