Good question! Our goal is to provide the gluten-free community as much information as possible. Many people find reading negative reviews very helpful so they know whether to avoid a place or at least what to watch out for. We've written more in-depth about this topic (and more) here.
Tap at the very top of the screen where your current location is listed. You will then be shown the "Change Location" screen. Enter your destination and tap "Search".
Everyone only gets one review per establishment, so if you go to review the establishment again, you will be editing your existing review.
View the establishment's listing -> tap the … on the right side of where it says "My Review" -> Delete My Review
Go to the "More" tab -> Edit Profile

Go to the "More" tab of the Find Me Gluten Free app and tap the "Manage" in the Premium section or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
