728 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402
Exceptional! Worth the extra time to get there while traveling. Large selection of gluten free options. Every item we ordered was delicious. The vegetables were just as scrumptious as the main course! The restaurant was very clean, the staff was excellent. Wish there was one on every corner.
518 Market St, Lewisburg, PA 17837
I ate here recently and was sick. They must have changed kitchen staff and are no longer changing pans for gluten free meals because my meal had random vegetables in it. Unfortunately I didn’t discover it until the end of my meal.

Amazing dining experience! GF bread was delicious. Had the gnocchi with truffle and it was wonderful. Even got to have a house made gelato with salted caramel and chocolate espresso sauce. Such a treat!
6701 W 119th St, Overland Park, KS 66209
Lots of GF choices on the menu, and ones that celiacs don't usually get. The food is excellent. Great flavors and textures that are very unique. This chef can really cook! The calamari and dipping sauce appetizer was amazing, and the fish and chips were a rare treat for those on a GF diet (GF fryer here, of course). I also really enjoyed the dessert. If you get the apple crisp, be sure to mix the whipped cream with the apple crisp in every bite; they complement each other perfectly.
325 S Main St, Breckenridge, CO 80424
Imported cheese that was very good. Be aware that you need to bring your own gluten free dippers, like bread. They also charge for everything like potatoes as dippers. If you have been to the melting pot, this place will disappoint. Overpriced to boot.
2539 Bruce Randolph Ave, Denver, CO 80205
My husband and I went here for coffee and breakfast this morning. Their food and coffee were amazing! Loved having the option of a breakfast sandwich and multiple GF pastries. The cashier asked if I had an allergy or preference. Super tasty and safe!
1040 Colombo St, St Albans, Christchurch 8014, New Zealand 8014
Thanks to all the reviews suggesting we stop here, otherwise we wouldn’t have! Great selection of gf items - fish n chips; hamburgers, chicken strips, fritters, donuts, etc. see pic of menu & cost - it was also a lot cheaper than we were expecting. Note: cash only, but there’s an atm down the street. Worth going to the atm for!

Pretty iffy. My son's gluten intolerant & loved his shrimp fajitas. But being a pretty sensitive Celiac, after talking to the manager & the waitress, I wasn't convinced that I could safely eat there, so I chose not to order. Very disappointed.
119 South Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92262
We ate here two nights in a row while we were in Palm Springs. The GF crust is thin and crispy, and they have a wide variety of pizzas. The servers were very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about their GF options.
3490 Kildare Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511
Cross contamination is a concern. Staff made sandwich on counter where regular subs are prepared. When I requested that it be prepared on a separate surface I was told there was no room. Gloves were changed and clean knife was used.

I was in town for the weekend and ate here twice! I had a Popeye's the 1st visit and a Junker the 2nd. Both were fantastic and I bought the large the 2nd visit so I would have some left over for breakfast!! The staff was knowledgeable and provided great service. The pizza crust was really good, light, crispy and it was hands down the best g/free pizza I've had since being dx'd 6 years ago!! I will definitely be back.
6223 State St, Murray, UT 84107
This place was awesome! Our server Nikki did a great job and made our experience even better! The food was so delicious! They have a great variety of things on their gluten free menu (pizza, appetizers, pasta, handhelds, etc.) I had the Bridgett’s flatbread off of their appetizer part of their GF menu. It was amazing!! We will definitely go back.
6523 Academy Blvd N, Colorado Springs, CO 80918
I am from out of town and decided to order take out based on the good reviews. They did not disappoint. I had the sesame chicken and it was actually breaded and fried! It tasted great and I will eat there again when I am back in town.

My daughter and I went to LYFE at N State and Pearson on a layover between trains in Chicago and had a wonderful, quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon when other options were closed. The staff was great and even made my daughter’s flatbread to order (no onions please). The GF protocols at LYFE made for an uneventful evening as we continued on our trip. Will definitely stop again on our way home.

Sat at the bar. Ordered 3 appetizers. Buffalo shrimp, steamed oysters, and peal and eat shrimp. I also have a soy allergy and they were very helpful in checking the ingredients and adjusting for me. Very accommodating!
Disney's Animal Kingdom, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
We had kids Mac n cheese meal $8, grilled chicken sandwich $12, and chicken tenders $9 with wild berry lemonade. The portions were big. It’s a better deal just to order kids meals. They were excellent. Ask for the GF menu.
Space C-2160, 7000 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218
Ate here once before and do not recall getting sick. This time, not the case. I asked specific question, was clear about my Celiac Disease and cross-contamination issues, and double check that she would note on my ticket about my severe allergy, which she confirmed. I got gluten-bombed right away. Not ideal pre-flight.
416 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203
The staff was knowledgeable and changed gloves, got a new cutting board and a clean knife, AND pulled out a new wrapped pork shoulder for me, but I got sick not 10 minutes after eating my meal. I think cross contamination is just unavoidable with the sides. They are labeled gf or not, but it seems like sandwiches are their top service so as they hand trays down the line gluten hands are handling sides throughout the day. Also, I’m super sensitive, so it might be okay for those fine with cross contamination!
1001 E Washington St, Louisville, KY 40206
I ate here a month and a half ago. I spoke with the manager prior to visiting and was assured that everything would be safe and advised my safest bet for choices. I usually test food with my Nina tester but I was out of testers on this night. Ended up sick for 3 weeks. I won’t be back.
5123 Hana Hwy, Hana, HI 96708
Tough to eat in Hana. Not many options. This is Mexican food with Hawaiian influence. Hit the spot.. Not my favorite meal on my vacation, but the chicken tacos had lots of flavor. Homemade corn tortillas were different but good. I would suggest if you're starving by the time you get to Hana. Just go.
167 Church St, Whitinsville, MA 01588
God send in this area. Absolutely 100% gluten free, Celiac safe and many vegan options. We are a family of 6, 2 Celiacs, 3 pescatarians, one severe dairy allergy. The food here is safe and delicious. It's very healthy, not my young Celiac son's fave, for him gf fries are a must but, the overnight oats are a great treat. The bowls, wraps and detox salad are all delicious. Definitely expensive but a lot of love and truly the best ingredients are used. If you enjoy healthy food, a friendly face and great coffee but you happen to have Celiac, this is for you!
1400 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605
This place is a true gem! Hungry Guy size portions, reasonable prices, and easy on the eyes wait staff (I know that doesn’t matter). Menu item: two eggs your way $8.95 I ordered two eggs over easy, seasoned potatoes (off the hook good), three sausage links and gluten free pancakes with blueberries (they added $1.00 for the blueberries). Incredibly fast and attentive wait staff and they play decent music as well. If you’re someone who wants a real country style and size breakfast at a reasonable price this is the place to go. I found it while visiting Chicago and the McCormick Place convention Center.
1448 Lawrence Ave E #7, North York, ON M4A 2S8, Canada M4A 2S8
We love it here! I can’t remember the last time, if ever, I have had gf Chinese food. So many options to choose from and everything is so delicious. The owners are amazing and the fact that I was able to buy frozen gf food to take home was an added bonus!
1810 N Highland Ave, Tampa, FL 33602
This local Tampa restaurant has probably about 40% of their menu with clearly marked GF options on their menu. Our waiter, Evan, was very knowledgeable and provided some great insight to the options. The portions are a nice size and I felt like I got my money’s worth.
3722 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105
We have such good experiences at this Blaze pizza. Every time they ask if it’s an allergy or intolerance. They change gloves, use the dedicated pizza press for non gluten dough, scrape the oven before cooking the pizza. They also offer vegan cheese.
591 S Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145
Server was very helpful but forgot to leave the garlic bread off my salad plate. Said he'd go their the bread away and switch it to a different plate for me and be back in a minute. Another server overheard and took it from him to explain that it needed completely remade. Overall good experience and didn't get sick. The food was just ok.
20 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601
Gluten free crepes are made with buckwheat. The waiter did let us know that, though they keep the hot plate very clean, they do not have a dedicated cooking area for the GF crepes. He definitely seemed knowledgeable about the risk of cross contamination. Because of positive reviews written by others with Celiac, I decided to risk it and ordered the Nutella crepe with bananas and a side of bacon. I consider myself very sensitive, but I did not have a reaction so I was pleased. My husband got a savory crepe (not GF) and said it was great. I also ordered a mocha and it was the best mocha I’ve ever had.
2 Preserve Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852
Their menu changes periodically. They used to have a filet mignon that I was able to get steamed vegetables with. The one thing that really concerned me was that I got conflicting answers on whether their sauces (béarnaise, bordelaise, or chimichurri) have gluten (and dairy) in them. For example, one server would go ask the kitchen and come back and swear that they were safe and a week later, a different server would do the same and tell me they were not safe. I avoided the sauces just because I felt like I couldn’t trust the staff, so I still don’t know whether or not they’re safe. I hate to write this restaurant off because they do have a relatively extensive menu with a variety of GF-labeled options. Just make it very clear to the waiter/waitress that GF is essential; not just a preference.
200 East Middle Lane, Rockville, MD 20850
Disappointed that this restaurant doesn’t offer better GF options - they don’t even have GF buns for their burgers. I get that they brew their own beers, so it would be difficult to offer a GF beer, but they don’t even offer a cider. They have a “gluten sensitive” menu that states, “If you have extreme allergies or have celiac disease, this may not be the menu for you.” It’s great that they’re honest, but frustrating that they can’t be more accommodating to their guests with food intolerances. The few GF non-salad entrees that they do offer are smothered in butter and/or cheese. Their Gorgonzola Pear Salad is good (I have to request no cheese, which removes a key part of the salad, but I enjoyed it nevertheless). Overall, I do not recommend.
5455 Wisconsin Ave, Chevy Chase, MD 20815
The staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free options at all. I ordered a salad, the waiter told me it could be made gluten free. He then brought a plate of kale to the table, with nothing on it. When I asked why he didn’t tell me that it would have nothing on it when I ordered he said the kitchen didn’t know what gluten is.
800 N 3rd St, Marquette, MI 49855
Amazing staff who double checked food for me, answered my questions, and were extremely patient and accommodating. Honestly the best gf texmex I've ever had. I reccomend the Barbacoa tacos with corn tortillas and pico de gallo for the chips
