anita7802 King Arthur has a great bread/pizza mix. I make it quite often for my hubby. I make the batch, split in half. Wrap half in plastic wrap, then place in a ziploc freezer bag, then place in freezer. Hubby loves the crust.

Jennifer886 I love the GF Jules pizza crust mix you can purchase online and have sent. It has crust that puffs way up just like pizza with gluten in it. I would recommend watching her video before making it because she gives great tips and I have never had gf pizza even close to the crust it makes. I buy a box of 8 crust mixes at a time.
