nani52433 Sushi Katsuei in Brooklyn has an extremely knowledgeable staff. Anything in the front (sushi bar, not inside kitchen) is very safe for celiacs, and they can accommodate with Tamari GF soy sauce!

melody I know this is an old post from OP, but another vote for Nami Nori. Nobu has options. Miyako on the UWS is good, just call them and tell them you have an allergy. Lilli and Loo is just OK in my opinion. Not many options and too expensive for what it is.
