• giannashocky Trix doesn’t contain any gluten directly, but may have some cross contamination from manufacturing

• kitana I just had their cinnamon Trix cereal and it is GF. Unfortunately, hard to find in stores. I ordered it on Amazon.

• Eland I’m really sensitive (usually end up in the hospital) and have gotten really sick from it before. I’ve also had times where I’ve had nothing after. I would say your safest bet is to stay away from it if your super sensitive.

• Okra I just stay away from anything that isn’t labeled gluten-free. It’s not worth the risk.

• Beverly8888 ALSO- please be mindful of “Bioengineered Ingredients” aka GMOs! They took me to the floor first starting this journey & that was the one component that did it eating GF Bisquick! Many gluten-free cereals (General Mills) state they have Bioengineered Ingredients (what are they anyway??) & they totally aggravated gluten-sensitivity issues like mine! Totally avoid all GMOs (USDA organic can have NO GMOs) along with gluten & doing awesome considering our limitations.
