gfvanessa759 Glutenberg (yellow can) is the best beer in my opinion. Cider is GF as is wine.

briansniffen Distilled hard spirits are generally GF. Beer isn’t. Cider is.

JenBiren Stick with wine or hard cider. Always a safe bet. If those aren’t options, then try hard alcohol without any “flavor mixes” - stick with straight up drinks, nothing risky there. One note: I have heard about some wines@having gluten, I have not found that 1 reply

Lunarsliver Based on what I researched and experienced, you’re fine with any hard liquor. The distillation removes gluten to a level it’s safe. Avoid beer, cider and wine is safe. When in doubt, don’t drink it.

giaspsycho distillation doesn’t always remove gluten to a safe level. if you want to be really vigilant, make sure anything you drink is not distilled from grain. white claw is NOT safe even though it says GF. do some digging on the company websites to see how they make their products and from what, and if you’re ever unsure, just avoid!! happy 21st <3

monicarose16 Hard ciders and GF beers are a safe bet! I can drink Corona and Heineken and like that they are widely available. Both beers are naturally low in gluten, I believe Corona is below 20 ppm and I’ve never had an issue. Tito’s vodka is GF, and also widely available. Avoid cocktails with syrups, I’ve found that house made drinks occasionally have wheat syrups in them.
