Delicious breakfast consisting of fresh mixed greens, sweet potatoes, bacon, fried eggs, and sliced avocados. The specific gluten-free modifications I made was to request that the bacon be cooked in a separate pan (rather than on the flat top) and that the avocado mash be substituted with sliced avocado (to avoid cross contact with the spatula that applies the avocado mix to their avocado toast).
