You need to ask. They have gluten free soy sauce that they can use, and they claim they can make most gluten free. I steered clear of things I know that aren’t typically gf like wide rice noodles.

My daughter and I were camping and forgot that not every area is as food aware as Olympia. So after visiting a few grocery stores and not finding what we wanted, we found this gem. We got the Garlic Chicken and Glass Noodles. Good flavor and great quantity/2 meals worth. I love their Covid 19 precautions too.

The menu had “Always gluten free” and “Ask for gluten free” on many items. The manager said they wash the woks between each use and use a new wok for each individual meal. No dedicated fryer so all the fried foods were out. But there were many choices and it was very good!
