Great food. Fabulous for gluten free dietary needs (also free from nuts, fish, and shellfish). The staff however didn't give me what I asked for so I was overcharged and then they also forgot my salsa, but I'm hoping it was just an "off day" due to who was working... as I said food was delicious though.

I agree, if you ask them most do not know about allergies. But I go to the internet and look up their menus to confirm the ingredients. This place is completely safe for gluten free people.

They do try very hard to protect you if you are gluten free, however I have still gotten sick after eating there a few times, so if you are allergic I don't recommend it.

This particular location is one of two that I have had a problem with from the Chipotle chain. The staff when asked to handle gluten free bowls they did not know they needed to follow the cleanliness protocol of throw away the gloves, wash hands, and apply new gloves. Also when adding the garnishments of cheese and lettuce which is handled by hand and should have had its own dedicated location. But instead they had touched the generalized handled ingredients without use of a dedicated section to said garnishments. Will be filing a complaint for this particular location as the staff did not understand the gluten free and cleanliness protocol and because of it became sick.

Great gluten free options! Staff is willing to change their gloves and utensils upon request. Everything is gluten free except for the flour tortillas and the soft corn tortillas are warmed on the same warmer so avoid those or ask for them not to be warmed. Hard taco shells are safe as are the bowls. All salsas, meats and beans are gluten free.

Awesome!!! Everything is gluten free except the flour tortillas. Staff is very friendly and will change their gloves and utensils if you tell them you have celiacs or a gluten allergy. Bowls, hard corn tacos, all meats, beans, rice and salsas are gluten free.

Very concerned over my diet @ S Campbell & National locations. Changed gloves, pulled out NEW meat, cheese, lettuce, etc for my order vs using what was on the line. Have had chips & guacamole without any issues ever! I was so pleased after so many bad experiences with the way they handled themselves, my concerns/food, etc. Will go back & have many, many times!

This particular location is a bit short tempered with celiac guests and doesn't take the disease seriously. I was laughed out of the restaurant when asked them to change gloves. BUT I have found OTHER chipotles to be very safe and accommodating when it comes to Celiacs.

IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE OR GLUTEN INTOLERANCE DO NOT GO! The waitstaff do not listen to your request to change their gloves after handling the tortillas. You have to tell them over and over again you are ordering gluten free and they do not accomidate. Both times I have eaten at a Chipotle (this location and Southlands), I have gotten incredibly ill.

Told the server I was gluten-free and he looked at me confused so I repeated that the next three orders were gluten-free and he nodded at me. I noticed he was resting his hand on the tortillas so I asked him to change his gloves. The food is always good here but more education is definitely needed.

Food was pretty good. The corn tortillas are not actually gluten free. The burrito bowl was good and less likely to have cross contamination (wheat tortillas are slid across counter like at subway). A good option for food on the go.

Love this place. They will wash hands and change gloves. Also they will use new lettuce and cheese if you want it. For those of you with soy allergies, all their stuff is cooked in a soy oil. I have a soy allergy and still eat there. I seem to only have minimal side effects.

They person behind the counter happily switched gloves when asked and made my tacos neatly. I liked the chicken better than the steak, which I found to be too chewy. Corn shells fragile, but tasty. Love that there are fresh limes to put in beverages. : )

It's a good thing that I could see what is going on in the kitchen. I see a lot of cross-contamination. They use spoons from a bowl of condiments onto a regular flour (rubbed on it) and then put it back into the condiments. I cringed and left. I didn't order anything. Sorry.

Great food! When I mentioned I ate Gluten-Free, they immediately handed me a card that explained every ingredient they had and also told me they could put on new gloves because they were handling flour tortillas. You just have to ask, as they don't change gloves for every order. They have corn tortillas to choose from as well. I highly recommend this place and frequent here often!

We told them that we are gluten intolerant and one of the ladies changed her gloves, washed her hands, got clean spoons for everything we asked for, and even pulled out fresh cheese for my mom! We went on Friday 4/5/2013. Husband newly diagnosed with Celiac disease. Have been trying to find a restaurant that takes care of their customers with special diets. This is the place!! They washed their hands changed their gloves and the spoons on the line for the ingredients he wanted in his bowl!! We all enjoyed our meal and he didn't suffer afterwards!! We will make this our new go to place.

While Chipotle doesn't have a dedicated GF menu, just about everything is safe. Obviously we can't have the flour tortillas, but I feel like I can have a great, satisfying meal by ordering a burrito bowl. I don't feel like I am being deprived or singled out here, and it's tasty!
