    Delicious food! Great staff who is sure to take care of you. My favorite Chipotle to eat at! No cross contamination! They will get fresh fixings for Celiacs.

    Made a soft corn shell quesadilla for my daughter on a separate griddle covered with foil. Corn tortilla chips too. :) helpful and knowledgable. Ask for a manager or someone who understands gluten free if you get someone prepping who seems unsure.

    Great business model and great food. They are super efficient, and although I am not celiac, so perhaps not as discerning, they're food handling practices seem excellent. The one situation I could see concern is xcontamination from using the same spoon on all varieties and I suppose I could see that if someone touched a flour tortilla while placing meat in the burrito for example and then putting te spoon back in the meat, that might raise some concern. At any rate, for those with milder sensitivities it seems ok.
